Outstanding company. Just had Leon and Juan come out and remove dead from several trees, cut down dead tree and they trimmed a little extra that was not seen before or would enhance the health. The trees look amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional. Very happy, and they call ahead which is a huge plus.
Trevor came out and reviewed my needs and gave me the quote and he is amazing and extremely knowledgeable as well and very kind and helpful and great prices. Great experience with Tall Timbers in Colorado Springs. Their consult visit was quick, and the arborists on staff are all top-notch. They gave us a thorough appraisal for a number of jobs, from pruning, to felling a dead tree, to fertilizing a variety of trees on our property. The work crew was courteous, professional, and did the work safely. Clean up was great, too. We look forward to using Tall Timbers in the future and will recommend them to anyone looking for arbor work!

Tall Timbers has continually provided me with excellent service for fertilization, weevil treatment, and tree maintenance. Today, crew 7, with Jacob, Solomon, and Eric, did tree trimming for shaping, health and lifting on 3 of my shade trees. Their work was excellent, they answered my many questions, and taught me a lot more than I previously knew about good tree health. Thanks to your company for always providing the best professional tree care!

We obtained several quotes to spray our aspen trees for poplar borers. We received a quote on July 31st from Tall Timbers and based off of reviews and the initial customer service, we decided to proceed with Tall Timbers and informed they on August 8th. Due to the severity of the issue, we requested that they look into expediting the spraying for us, within 2-3 if possible. After a number of phone calls and several follow up calls, not from them, but us reaching out, we were finally scheduled for our trees to be sprayed on September 10th. September 10th came, and they were a no show and no call. After speaking with the office, they rescheduled the appointment for September 17th. What do you know, another no show. After speaking with them again, it turns out they had an event scheduled on the 17th which is why no one showed. They told us that they would have the manager call us on September 18th and shockingly, no call. Needless to say, I called them today and cancelled all services, not that there was anything to cancel. On top of all of that, we have come to find out, by speaking with 3 other companies, that spraying for aspen poplar borers in the fall is ineffective. So they were going to charge me for service that would have had no impact on my aspen trees. Rip off and poor customer service. Not sure how they received all the positive rating but maybe management has changed. Apparently, they do great with clearing trees but spraying and other services...steer clear and be aware. I gave them many opportunities to make the situation right and they have clearly shown they are not interested and have no sense of urgency. There are other solid companies that offer the same service and I would highly recommend doing your research.

The Tall Timbers crew are very efficient and professional. We had three trees that needed to be removed after the latest wind storm. They showed up and got the job done in a few hours and even left the site clean

Professional, good price, nice workers. They did a great job with a tree really close to the house without damaging the tree next it. The crew was polite and cleaned up everything, including the neighborhood street. Scheduling was a little slow and confusing but we're definitely happy we went with this company.

Tall timbers did a wonderful job on trimming the large tree in my front yard. They were on time, efficient and very reasonable pricing compared to others I got quotes from. I will use them again!

We were truly amazed by the work that Allen, Irving and Solomon did at our house. Watching them cut down the huge dead tree on the side of our house was a cross between watching synchronized swimming and Edward Scissorhands. They truly work as an efficient team and are very polite and professional. A shout out to Dylan as well he was our salesperson and he gave us a fair price based on the three estimates we got and we are very pleased and will use them again in the future.

We've used Tall Timbers for many jobs on our heavily forested yard, over many years. They are always very professional and manage to save trees we think are too far gone. Their staff's depth of knowledge is remarkable. It feels like we have a partner in maintaining our beautiful yard. We'll continue to use them for anything requiring an arborist.

I used Tall Timbers after reading other positive reviews, as well as the fact their quote was approximately $400-500 under what I found elsewhere. I was quoted at a price and paid exactly that price. The team (Team 1 I think) worked fast, I was actually shocked it only took a few hours to seriously trim 4 of our trees and clear some dangerous horizontal branches from directly over the house. No damage to the house, no damage to the yard. The team raked and cleaned up everything dropped...I wasn't expecting that. They were safe the entire time and even called for a team huddle when one of the members said they didn't feel particularly safe maneuvering out over the roof; I think that's highly important...I don't need someone getting hurt on my property providing a service and glad they made that call and swapped roles. Would recommend and would use again. Oh; their admin assistant is excellent as well, forgot her name, but highly professional, worked with me on dates and a reschedule on my part. Check out the photo; you wouldn't believe that the 2 end trees in this photo were a good 20' extended over the house before the team showed up. Also; note how clean it is (I didn't do that!).

Crew 2 was awesome! They did a great job shaping a cottonwood bush, and cutting back some ash trees that sit near the house. They cleaned up everything very well. I highly recommend Tall Timbers for any tree service you may need!

Team 3 did a phenomenal job. Upon arrival, they confirmed the estimate with me to ensure the correct branches and trees were being trimmed. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up exceptionally well after the job. The work looks great and improves the overall look of our yard. Will definitely use them again in the future :)

Brian and his crew were fantastic! They performed the high quality tree work I expected! From first initial call to the final product. Tall Timbers Tree Service definitely exceeds any other tree company I have used and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about Tall Timers. Dylan was prompt and professional and explained his quote as he was writing it. When Brian and Jacob came out to do the job they were also on time (a little early even!), set clear expectations, and followed up at the end of the job. The end result was great work, a clean yard (much appreciated!), and happy customers.

Wow! Many dangerous, extremely large branches and a dead tree taken down, others trimmed of dead branches, firewood left for my fireplace, and all at a reasonable price, four men, the chipper, the bucket truck all operated safely and in record time, one day! Extremely highly recommended!!! This company has served us nearly 20 years.

Our entire experience with Tall Timbers Tree & Shrub Service was excellent! The scheduling of our first encounter with Tall Timbers was very prompt. Alex, the job estimator/salesperson, was courteous and listened carefully to what we needed done regarding the pruning of our two 35+ foot Ponderosa trees. He offered useful advice and scheduled our job very quickly to accommodate our insurance requirements.

The three trimming/pruning individuals, Ian, Lauren, and Luke, were also awesome. They were very interactive throughout the pruning process, making sure that our expectations were met. Ian, Lauren, and Luke were so skilled at their jobs; mindful of safety issues and respectful of property.
