These guys did an OUTSTANDING job! This is a service I think many people (including myself) consider doing themselves. I am glad I entrusted them to do it instead. Very reasonably priced, I wouldn't trust anyone else to do any future tree removal!

They have been to my house several times over the past couple of years for tree and stump removal. They have done a nice job and clean-up every time. Service charges have always been reasonable.

Very disappointed! I scheduled Advanced Tree Service to come out to do an estimate on a job (one tree and a few stump removals), we liked their prices, honesty, and promptness to the estimate. It all changed after that... They stated during the estimate they would call us back to get us scheduled and never did. We ended up calling back and scheduled an appointment which was about 3-4 weeks out. Our appointment was slated to be in the afternoon on 16 August. My husband took the day off of work to be home to meet the workers. Here it is quickly approaching 2:00 and nobody has yet showed up nor did anybody call to give a status, apologize for tardiness....nothing.

I proceeded to call to get an update and the lady I spoke with had no clue as to what was going on. We hung up so she could call the owner to get an update. A few minutes later, she called back and stated that there was a hand injury of one of the employees during the first job and that it was taking longer than anticipated (completely understandable). However, she then went on to say that nobody would be coming out to my house! No offer to reschedule, nothing.

Here we are under the impression for the past month or so, we would finally be able to get some yard work accomplished and beautify our property to be shot down with only an "I am sorry" from the secretary. The owner didn't even have the audacity to phone his apologies to try to make it right. Bad business.

I originally chose this company after conducting thorough research, referrals from neighbors and close friends whom I trust completely, and they are local. To be this disrespected is completely uncalled for. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will never refer this company to anybody!!

These guys did an awesome job! They worked really hard on a complex tree and respected our yard and wishes regarding how things were done. I asked if the cost would be more because they had to remove a section of fence and do extra cleanup in a neighbors yard. They stuck to their quote. I gave them a little extra above the quote anyway just because of how nice the guys were and how hard they worked. Won't use anyone else in the future!!

Fantastic work! Friendly people, and cost less than half of what i was quoted by another company!

Very friendly guys, they even answered honestly about questions and tips on other trees i had in my yard and how to keep them alive, rather than try to get me to cut down good trees.

The only con is that they were booked up for about 2 months, but they do offer emergency services if you think your tree is about to go down any day. (popular for a reason i guess)

Also, a tip to avoid my mistake, dont wait too long into spring or until summer to book it cause they start getting really busy shortly after first bloom when everyone can tell which trees are and aren't coming back after winter.

Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else for tree removal or trimming!

I don't normally take the time to write reviews on companies with the
exception of the ones the I feel they did not do very well. Taking a
moment to issue a review for Advanced Tree Service is easy.

We just moved into the C.O.S's area in April of 2015. In July, there
were a few trees that were growing between two fences in the
neutral zone between my yard and the backyard of my neighbor.

I had the estimator come out to the house for a quote. Seemed
reasonable, so I agreed to have the work done. The company
was very busy so I had to wait about 9-10 days. (That was ok,
I was pleased that they were busy). Don't know if I would have
used them if they would have come out the next day!

The Advanced people did a wonderful job at a very resonable
cost. I have already used them this year to trim the trees back
again. These weed trees were almost back to their original
move-in height. Per usual, the guys did a great job, fast, clean,
policed the area and gone. Absolutely no "Dilly-Dallying".

I have already referred Brooks and the company to a neighbor.
Going forward, I would not hesitate to referr "Advanced" to anyone.

Awesome company, I had a tree fall on my house during a storm. They came out the same day. The price was more than reasonable. They even cut up the tree for fire wood. I will definitely use them for any tree work I need done in the future.

I got a quote in about 30 minutes, and less than a week later, a crew of 3 guys showed up and got all the work done in just a few hours. Fast, friendly, courteous, on time, and professional. If you want excellent service, Advanced Tree Service will deliver!

The Bomb Cyclone caused an Aspen tree to lean quite a bit. I called Advanced Tree Service, LLC to see if they could come out and look at the Aspen to see if it could be cabled and possibly saved. Brooks called me back right away. He gave me an estimate to cable one Aspen tree to another. The cost was very reasonable, so a few days later he came back out and cabled the Aspen. The cabling is not noticeable and the Aspen looks great. Time will only tell if the tree will reestablish itself. I am very pleased with Advanced Tree Service, LLC because they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

We live in the Old Broadmoor neighborhood - high value trees, needing expert care. We've worked with other Arborists and Tree Companies for the past 16 years we've owned our property and finally found Brooks and the great team at Advanced Tree Service a few years back. We do not trust our trees to any other company! Consistently on time, courteous, English-speaking, knowledgeable and they don't charge us "Broadmoor Pricing". What we like best is the amazing work they do to keep our trees in top condition. They clean up after themselves. We’ve used Advanced Tree Service for the last 5 years. Brooks and his crews have been excellent, reasonable, professional and conscientious. Of all tree folks I’ve dealt with In different parts of the country I lived, these guys are the best all around experience I’ve had by far.

Not only was Brooks from ATS able to provide a competitive estimate in a timely manner, he was able to schedule the tree removal at my convenience. The crew from ATS arrived as scheduled and removed a rather tall ponderosa pine that was surrounded by other trees and located close to my house. Despite a lack of felling options, they were able to remove the tree (including clean up) expertly and without issue. I highly recommend Advanced Tree Service LLC.

Advanced Tree Service saved a favorite tree for us by bolting it down. It has thrived and provided welcomed shade and beauty for the last few years. They recently came to check on the wiring and tightened it after the recent hail storms and winds. Great professional business with reasonable prices and first class service! This is the second time I use Advanced Tree Service. During the last snow storm that damaged so many trees in town, our giant silver maple got decimated. A third of the branches broke and fell over the yard, the sidewalk and the street. Every company out there was overwhelmed and no one would even stop by to look at the damage. I texted Brooks a couple of pics and he showed up within 2 hours even though they were overbooked and over extended. He was going to come back the next day to do the cleanup but he just could not bear leaving me with such a mess. He took his chain saw out and cleared the street and the sidewalk himself. Wow! That's caring! His crew just finished reducing and reshaping the tree so that it can grow back and be healthy again. 6 hour -job that turned out great. Professional and friendly guys who cared about my opinions and questions. I highly recommend using Brooks' company if you care about your trees and want an expert job done.

I was referred to Advance Tree service from a co-worker. They are excellent, professional, timely and respectful.
I had a huge dying tree in the backyard, they skillfully took it down between utility wires and my shed. I was amazed.
They cleaned up and made sure I was satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them.

We are so happy with the service we received! Brooks was knowledgeable, professional, and polite during the estimate consultation. He seemed happy to answer all our questions. The men that came for the removal were very professional, polite, and efficient. They even cleaned up after. It's as if they were never here.

We had a cottonwood that grew into our property from our neighbor's tree. (The root system went under the fence. The tree was in between both our homes.) It was uncomfortably close to our house and said neighbor's house. As soon as the hazardous tree was removed, we instantly felt better. Thank you for such outstanding service!

The employees have been on time for every appointment and their rates are very reasonable. My tree always looks great after they trim it and they leave the yard neat and tidy. I feel very fortunate to have found this company and will continue to do business with them.

Great service, professional, and comparable cost. I received several quotes and all three companies estimate was within $20 of each other. I went with Advanced Tree Service based on their availability and was not disappointed. Although they are very busy, they have consistently been on time and completed the jobs on schedule. At the completion of each day, they cleaned up the work area in manner that would allow children to play without injuring themselves. At the completion of the job, they conducted a thorough cleanup of the work area. They finalized the job with preventive sampling growth and we are pleased to say, no new growth. We highly recommend Advance Tree Service for tree trimming and removal.

Brooks came out to check my silver maple tree. Recommended that I have another company come check the health of the tree. I took his advice. Other company came looked at tree, said tree would live another 5-10 years. Called to schedule tree trimming. Two guys were there right on time, worked all day, no breaks, finished up, yard neat, and job was all done in one day! How can one ask for better service than that?
I will definitely use Brooks' tree service again in the future. I highly recommend this company for service, fair prices and good employees!.
