I had a tremendously great experience with 360 HVAC. Mario was incredibly helpful, did an awesome job servicing and cleaning the 3 units in my mini-split system, and also provided me with some really useful tips on maintaining my units and keeping the overall temperature efficiently regulated in my home. He definitely went above and beyond to provide stellar customer service. I would definitely use this company again. 10/10.

I contacted Mario in the late afternoon, and he came out the next morning to look at our AC! He was friendly and easy to communicate with over text, on the phone, and in person. So grateful for his advice and expertise, as we are selling our home and needed an immediate solution to keep the sale on track. I would highly recommend him and 360 HVAC Pro!

Mario has done a great job through the years helping with our rental properties! He does a great job diagnosing the issue and helping me to think through a new purchase, remaining shelf life, or the likely repair costs/scenarios. Today he made multiple trips to pickup the correct parts to ensure tenants weren't cold for long in this freezing weather!

I couldn’t recommend Mario more! He was incredibly communicative, extremely honest, and did great work. He was prompt in scheduling and got the job done (water heater replacement) in less than 3 hours. His price was 5X cheaper than the lowest bid price of a large competitor and he even fixed a hot water issue my shower was having for free when this same competitor wanted $865.

Mario is professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process to show me what a problem was with my furnace. His company has 24-hour emergency service. He came to my shop on time. After our AC went out,I reached out to Mario at 360 HVAC and he was able to get my system assessed quickly. He explained all the options and I am so happy with my new dual heat pump and AC! Mario was a professional since day 1. When we were buying our house he was prompt in coming by to get an initial estimate which helped us with concessions since our house didn’t have AC. After closing, he was easy to get a hold of and get out for a deep dive into what our options were and offered a TON of detailed information where we were able to geek out a bit on the tech of the new unit we’d be getting. He was even able to get us some significant rebates and tax credits which was able to get us all in at less than the original quote but with a way better, and larger, system. Whole install was done in a day, and was very polite, informative, and fun to talk with. He even installed our new smart thermostat. Would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone looking for AC work!

On closing day of our new home we encountered some faulty work from the HVAC company that the flippers had used. After reaching out to Mario, he quickly responded and made time to come to the house to help diagnose the issues we were experiencing and walked us through the next steps to get the system up and running properly. Mario also provided a prompt quote that allowed for negotiation at the closing table. After closing Mario was able to squeeze us in to repair the system and get us back up and running. Mario was extremely patient with me and all of my questions and was very thorough throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Mario and his team for any/all HVAC needs.

Mario was great! I called about a loud whirring noise before the heat blows around the house. He quickly identified and fixed the inducer motor’s O-ring issue, took the time to explain helpful homeowner maintenance tips, and did a quick pre-winter furnace check to make sure everything’s running smoothly! Fast, professional, and informative service. Mario carefully answered all my questions!

Mario did a great job inspecting my HVAC systems and took a lot of time to explain how the systems worked and what to look for for preventative maintenance. He also helped created a custom exhaust duct for my microwave hood and came back later the same day to install. Excellent service, very knowledgeable on all the systems and products, and reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend and will use their services in the future.

Mario visited our house to give us a quote for a heat pump. He gave us an excellent explanation of how the process works for rebates, how the heat pump would work in our house, and what we will need if we add extra rooms to the house. The info he provided will definitely help us in making our decision, and if we decide to get a heat pump we will want him to do the work.
