Bryce Garcia performed our annual plumbing inspection yesterday. He was one of the best home service techs we have had. Friendly and polite, very efficient in his work, and gave us a thorough report with understandable explanations and practical suggestions. He is a great asset for Swan!

Had hot water pressure issue. Swan originally installed the water heater but I could not locate paperwork. I called a competitor who's name starts with M. They cut a hole in wall and replaced a flow valve that apparently was not broken. Problem not resolved. Senior rep came out and stated they need to drain tank, replace drip rod, remove external pressure tank and install an ionizer on outside line. Cost $4200.00. I had told them no ionizer installed until pressure problem was fixed. After 5 days they never called or showed to do work. I located original heater installer, Swan plumbing, called them and they sent the original installer Dustin, out. He came in and after 5 minutes of looking, fixed the issue with 4 AA batteries that had gone dead in the flowmeter. Cost was $0. Dustin was great, professional and very helpful. After hearing what the other Company wanted to do and charge, .....Dustin was honest and did what was right. This is a rare thing in today's world and he did your company right. Thankyou Swan for employing people like Dustin and thankyou Dustin.

Allan came out to check my furnace and immediately stood out from the other companies I had out. I had five different companies give me quotes before this, and I honestly didn’t get a great vibe from any of them.

Allan was kind, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure or upselling. He actually listened and made sure I understood what was going on, which I really appreciated.

He then had one of his guys come out and fix the furnace quickly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.

If you’re looking for someone trustworthy who knows what they’re doing and treats you like a human, I highly recommend Allan and his team.

Miguel Santiago came out to evaluate my home and walk me through everything top to bottom. My man did a bang up job! Never have I ever met another person more enthusiastic about their job!

He walked me through everything in my house with an amazing write up, pictures and videos, answering all my questions and providing great recommendations. No pushing sales or work, just honest and helpful. Such a breath of fresh air as I have become accustomed to needing to keep my guard up around contractors who give little to no explanation on “why” things need to be fixed and then come up with crazy high prices. Can’t speak to SWAN pricing yet, as I haven’t received any quotes. However, I've never been more confident in making a recommendation about any company as much as I as I am right now about SWAN because of Miguel. 10/10 would call them again!

We had a new heat pump furnace installed at end of October. Problems started with the system from day one. Today, Sunday we lost heat - again. Brant Benoit, the technician who came to work on the heater was great! Although the problem is not solved yet, Brant got the heat going. Brant is professional, explain what is being done very well and all around friendly person.

Spencer was great. Showed up on time for our plumbing inspection and water heater flush. Did a thorough job and explained the inspection details. Made suggestions for things we should consider having fixed or completing ourselves (filter for water quality) to ensure our system works properly and is protected.

Very impressed with the service provided by Brant Benoit with Swan. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I had scheduled a routine furnace tune-up, but he discovered and fixed a problem that had been popping up off and on for years and was never fully addressed—until now. Brant was incredibly thorough, paid close attention to detail, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

It’s a huge relief knowing the furnace is finally working the way it should, especially during winter.

Miguel Santiago is absolutely wonderful to work with! He explained everything very well! He is a great communicator and very upbeat and kind! I highly recommend him and Swan Plumbing and Heating. They have done much work on my home! They have great employees!

He earned our trust by explaining the work he would do, showed what he was looking for in his inspection, and then went over his findings with appropriate suggestions for maintenance and repairs.

Swan Plumbing, Heating & Air installed a new heat pump and gas furnace for us. I first met with Alan (manager) and he was very professional, personable and easy to work with. He provided very competitive pricing and services. Reuben, Miguel, Jacob (Skip) and Andy (manager) did an excellent job of installing all of the equipment and they were very professional and fun to work with. Everything is working great and we have cooler and filtered air. As part of the membership, we received a free plumbing inspection with some great advice. We highly recommend Swan for plumbing heating and air conditioning.

Very friendly and professional crew that came quickly to repair my old furnace in a pinch. Given my furnace was old, they encouraged me to transition to a new energy efficient heat-pump. They are filing the (generous) rebates with Excel for me which will ensure I get the full amount back directly to me. I now also have a smart thermostat and my dual system is so quiet. Caiden and Nate in particular have been so helpful and patient explaining all the ins and outs of my new system. Very happy with my experience!

Jason Dubose, the SWAN technician came out today to help, when I woke up this morning with no heat. He was amazing. He came out and arrived on time, flushed the drains and cleaned the system. He explained why it happened and the proper solution so this won't happen again in the future (basically The initial installers placed too many unnecessary right angled PVC connectors, that it invites water buildup and growth blockage, resulting in the furnace shutting off). For what it's worth, this is a brand new unit that was installed January 2025. It's currently October 2025.

I don't know about other technicians, but Jason was great. He even recommended the proper fix so this won't happen again in the future. I plan to get the PVC pipe drains re-routed properly based off of his recommendation. But am a little disappointed that the initial Swan installers overlooked this installation issue.

After a lot of research, I replaced our heating and cooling system a few years ago with swan. I believe they offered the best value for the project.

While we weren’t initially offered a membership with that purchase, I later called and requested the membership. The twice annual heating, cooling, and plumbing maintenance has turned out to be great. In addition, with a membership, you can call anytime, even on weekends, and get a diagnostic appointment without additional charge.

In particular, we’ve had a great experience with Spencer, who did our fall plumbing check and also happened to come out when we had a clogged secondary kitchen sink drain this afternoon. He called me back right away on a Saturday, came out here quickly, explained things clearly, and was friendly and knowledgeable.

These guys are so professional! They came in and made sure to do the job right, they took the time to explain the process and kept me informed of what was going. Though the issue was complex they did not give up and did their best to fix it always with the best attitude. Very efficient!

Thank you to Joe and Gabe, who came and fixed my apartments AC unit in a matter of hours. We had multiple vendors out last year who left scratching their head; these folks know what they’re doing and are committed to doing the job right.

They were so responsive and friendly. They came and fixed my water heater. Their willingness to work after hours just to get the job done was amazing. I couldn’t recommend them enough! These are the people you want to be doing business with!

Lucero’s quickly responded to my worries. They showed up on time and were professional.
Previously another HVAC contractor came out and told me I needed a full replacement of my furnace due to a cracked heat exchanger. Once that guy saw dried up water he stopped the inspection and gave me a quote for a new system.

I called Lucero’s for a second opinion and they ran tests and actually inspected my furnace. They found it was in good condition. I will use them again for all my HVAC needs

I would never hire anyone else! Mario went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly and economically. He spent much longer than necessary explaining to me how my systems worked and answering my questions. I am so happy with the service I received, I would recommend his services to all my friends!
