I had great service from Smith & Willis. Steve kept me informed of his arrival time. He took time to review my furnace issue and worked diligently until problem was fixed and I was satisfied. Actually, he completely fixed the issue and I was very happy, my furnace is now quiet. Thank you Steve.

Monte is AMAZING!! I had just purchased my first home and during our first winter here the furnace wasn’t working! Not only did Monte come out the first time and truly taught us some important preventative measure he also came out the next day after we still had problems! Such wonderful support from this team and such quick service! They truly go above and beyond. In addition to being a new home owner I wanted to make sure It wasn’t a user error caused by our new thermostat. Monte took the time to show me how to use it and to keep it in a permanent hold as opposed to a schedule. Will for sure call them again.

We bought a new house in Heritage Todd Creek in August 2023. Today was the first time we tried our furnace. It would not light. A very helpful and pleasant dispatcher sent out Frank to help. He found the minor problem quickly and resolved it! He also thoroughly tested the system! Also a very nice, thoughtful, professional gentleman! We highly recommend Smith & Willis for HVAC needs!

We had Smith & Willis service our A/C and warranty the coils that were leaking. During the visit I explicitly asked if they needed to top off the refrigerant and was told everything was fine and that it had been topped off. When it was still not cooling well after a week, I had another company come out to check and they had to add 3 lbs of refrigerant to a system that only holds 5 lbs. I would not recommend Smith and Willis.

I recently scheduled a repair on the furnace that (I believe) Smith & Willis installed in my new build home in 2020. I came home to a gas leak yesterday and xcel found a faulty part in the furnace. Next to the furnace is a sticker for Smith & Willis and so I called them and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow (now today). It was a $89 call out fee and they could come between 8-12 with no notice given. I rearranged my schedule and waited all morning. At 1145, with no one there and no communication, I called and asked. They responded that the appointment was actually for Wednesday (now tomorrow). I expressed my frustration that I was told “tomorrow” yesterday and I asked if they’d be willing to wave the call out fee because of the scheduling error. I was told no and there was nothing they could do. So, I cancelled and rebooked with Brothers instead. Their call out fee is $67, with a 2 hour window and they will give me 30min notice which allows me to go into work. I was immediately texted by Brothers, confirming the details to the appointment.I wanted to support their local business but unfortunately it seems that Smith & Willis is simply not worth working with.

I have a warranty on my home and smith and Willis has been out 3 times for my furnace not coming on. Of course it didn't come on again this year and the lady who answered the phone threw a fit about my furnace wasn't installed by them it's not their issue, they need a po, whatever. Yea ok cool well you're the one my builder said to call if my furnace doesn't work. The attitude and disdain in that lady's voice got me so mad. Do your job or give it to someone who will. Ps my customer service lady at my builder will take care of my issue and you will NEVER get my business even after my warranty is up.

One of your drivers is terrible and should learn the rules of the road. Was driving on 85 and this fool was in the right lane swerving. He then shifts into the left lane without signaling with his blinker and cuts me off. He then gets into the turn lane to turn left on Bromley and still couldn’t use his blinker. Idk if the driver was distracted or under the influence but if you’re driving a company vehicle, you need to do better.

Another company also referred us to Joey because they did not work on the issue that we have with our HVAC. Joey and David were very nice, professional, efficient and great to work with. Highly recommend!

We needed our furnace replaced as well as relocated. We received many quotes from other companies before choosing Climate Control. We are very happy with our choice and the outcome. You can stop searching. You've found your HVAC guy. I had a few companies evaluate my HVAC system to identify issues and provide an estimate for the work, including some of the larger companies you see advertise all around town. Climate Control identified the same problems that everyone else did, and was much more reasonable with their estimate. (I wasn't interested in helping cover the advertising budgets of the larger companies)

He was very professional throughout the whole process. Including making sure to cover his shoes while walking on our carpets without me having to ask. (a small, but important detail). And the quality of their work is top-notch.

I also appreciate that the same person who comes out to provide the evaluation and estimate is the same person who is doing the work and not outsourced to a subcontractor.
