Joey was an absolute lifesaver when our AC stopped working during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Despite it being last minute, he made the time to come out quickly and got everything back up and running efficiently. From start to finish, he was incredibly detailed, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. He took the time to explain what the issue was, walked us through the repair process, and made sure we felt confident and informed. Beyond his technical skills, Joey was also extremely patient, kind, and respectful—exactly the kind of professional you want in your home. It’s rare to find someone who checks all the boxes, but Joey truly does. We’ll definitely be calling him again for any future HVAC needs and recommending him to everyone we know.

Thought my furnace was a goner. Other companies would have tried to convince me to replace it (I am sure of it). Joey was knowledgeable, honest, fair-dealing, and reliable! He even showed up early! And I don’t have to get a new furnace (yet)!

Very knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and professional. I was having trouble finding an HVAC person willing to come out to my business bc I have a residential unit in my commercial space and I just kept hearing no from many companies. Joey came recommended by another HVAC company, so if that doesn’t tell you he’s great I don’t know what would! I HIGHLY recommend Climate Control HVAC. He’s been doing this for years and really knows his stuff.

I was referred to Joey by another company who wasn't sure if they could do what was needed for our heater that stopped working. He scheduled us as soon as he had availability and even told us how to manage pipes and stuff while waiting due to the cold.
He came out at the time he said with a text prior with his time of arrival. He came in checked and confirmed what needed to be done and put in our new piece that was needed.
He explained what could have caused the problem in the first place and talked a little about himself and how his company got started.
He had it done in an hour from start to finish and the final total was an amazing price and I know he saw the relief on my face when he told me.
I definitely would use Joey again for future visits and will definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

Joey was great to work with. He got back to me quickly, got me an accurate estimate being very clear what could potentially change, a reasonable price, and was able to get in within a few days and work around our schedule. Would highly recommend! Also, he was able to do the work in our condo unit which was tough to find a smaller company to do.

Our remodel contractor referred me to Joey Chavez when our heating stopped working in the early morning hours of the coldest Sunday of the year. Joey was polite and professional on the phone, listening to the barrage of information I gave him. He transparently shared the diagnostic/call out fee plus gave me a high-level understanding of how we'd approach cost of additional parts if necessary. He shared his ETA-- which was promptly within an hour-- and called me when he arrived.

Joey put on shoe coverings unprompted before entering our home, a small but respectful gesture I appreciated. He quickly and calmly oriented himself to the HVAC system, found the problem within minutes, got my approval for the associated cost of the replacement part, and had the heat flowing again within 15 minutes.

Swan Plumbing Heating of Denver sent tech Nathan Werling to inspect our water heater. He inspected the rest of our house and found a few issues that needed addressed. Water supply lines and valves need some attention which will need to wait after the holidays. There was an expansion joint coupling that developed a crack. Nathan gave an estimate which I accepted. He acquired the parts and replaced the coupling with no issues. He also cut away a large piece of carpet that had become wet from the leak. We both agreeded that it was needed to prevent mold. Nathan did not find major issues but addressed what he felt needed attention. I appreciated his detail in explaining what he found and what was needed to prevent further damaging issues. Nathan was very helpful in explaining what the inspection detailed and what was needed to keep everything running smoothly. His attention and ability to explain everything was very helpful in understanding what needed to be taken care.

From start to finish, everyone was professional and courteous. I had my furnace and ac replaced. Got a good deal as well. Drew looked out for me!

We had a great experience with Swan plumbing and our technician, Marcus. We had some leaking faucets, and Marcus walked us through all of our options, including just repairs as well as replacements. Given how old our fixtures were, we went for replacements. Swan got us booked right away, and Marcus got the job done right. He even came back to install a piece that was missing from the faucet Kit. Even though we could’ve easily done it ourselves, he wanted to make sure the job was complete and done correctly.

Very pleased with Swan & Miguel’s service. Miguel was on time, professional, thorough and courteous. He completed a very thorough assessment of my pipes & plumbing and reviewed with me his findings. I highly recommend Swan & Miguel!

Brant Benoit was great ! He was so informative and helpful with our service. In fact, all of our technicians that have came from Swan have outstanding!

The job isn't finished until the paperwork is done. Swan installed a heat pump mini-split for me in September. I would love to give them a better rating. The sales rep who came and did the estimate was awesome. The contract signing was great. The estimate was right there with two others I received. They got me scheduled really fast for the next week. The installers were great. Very professional and efficient. Had it up and running in 4 hours. The product is wonderful; a Mitsubishi. Its very quiet and heats and cools excellent. A fella came out a week after to do a quality check and get the Xcel rebate going. Perfect. So, why am I so dissatisfied? Here goes:
About a week after it was in, a county inspector showed up to inspect a different project by a different contractor. I suggested that since he was out, why not also do the Swan project inspection. He checked in his iPad and gave a little "hmmm"....He tells me "looks like Swan never pulled your permit. That's a little sloppy, but it happens..." I asked him what do I need to do and he says "just give them a call, they should be able to take care of it quick".
Well, i've called 4 times now over a month and a half. First 3 times was told no problem, we'll have the permit application into the county by the end of the week. The third time was 2 weeks ago. I called again last week and was told the lady I was dealing with was "on another line, she'll call you right back". She ghosted me again. Still hasn't called me back. Granted, I was told that the regular person who sends in building permit requests is out on maturnity leave. But from a larger firm like Swan, I would expect them to cover their bases. I'm hoping someone up the food chain there reads this and will make things right.

Alex was our Tech that came out to clean our air ducts. The job he did was amazing, he was very polite, kind and very respectful. We also used Swan in the past to replace a furnace and air conditioner. We felt the same then from the sales team and installers. Also their pricing is great. We were so happy with them, I referred my brother to them when he needed it and after he told me about other quotes he'd gotten. He was glad he did, noting a better unit and price than his other quotes for both his AC and furnace, and had good things to say about his sales person, installation tech and their finance department.

I would highly recommend Swan.

Jacob W performed the annual maintenance on my furnace. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He is very kind, his mama raised him right!

Had our furnace replaced with a Lennox Heat pump/Lennox furnace and the installers Miguel and Anthony were top notch.

Then, duct cleaning by Alex, and finally a water heater and fridge line service by Nathan. All were great guys, knowledgeable, respectful (we have pets) and professional.

A++ for all, especially Alan (sales rep) and Christina (call center).

I recently had HVAC services performed and wanted to share my experience. The technician, Jonathan Bielski, was excellent! He arrived promptly and was very professional throughout the entire process. Kurt took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all my questions with great patience. I really appreciated his attention to detail and thoroughness in the work. My system is running perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Kurt and SWAN for any HVAC needs.

Have had great experiences with Swan. Most recently had Miguel come and inspect our plumbing. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining everything.

Brant and Jacob came to perform an annual furnace tune up. They showed me a pic of dust buildup on the blower and replaced my humidifier filter. They even cleaned up my AC unit! Great experience overall with these technicians from Swan. No surprise charges or anything. Give them a try!

My dog trusts Brant so I do too. I’d definitely give him a call anytime you need someone to check your HVAC system! He was good at communicating the various components of the system and all five stages.
