I am always satisfied with Allen Service, but the technician we had this time was excellent. Jasmine Stiggers is skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. She is detail oriented, and was very good at explaining to us what she had found. She fully deserves a 5 star rating.

Our furnace went out over the weekend. Brandon Freed came right away and went through all the details with my husband and I. He was very kind, patient, caring, and thorough. We felt like he had our best interest in mind the whole time! Our situation was resolved sooner than what we thought it would be and we feel like we have a solid plan moving forward! Thanks Brandon! You guys are the BEST!!

Wow, these guys are legit. Zach came out and diagnosed my heating issue right away, then fixed it on the spot. He was incredibly kind, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and even gave me a few maintenance tips so I can stay ahead of things. Solid guy, great service, and the whole visit gave me a lot of peace of mind.

Matthew was fantastic! I could not have hoped for a better experience. He fixed what needed to be fixed. He was polite and respectful and didn’t make me feel bad about any decisions. Thank you so much for being kind!

Good thorough inspection and review. Only lacking info on heat register cleaning or possible cleaning. Also $89 is somewhat high when other companies do it for $49. But they did original job so stayed with them. They are knowledgeable and competent as well as courteous.

I have a 6 month old LG washer dryer tower. The dryer stopped working on 12/1/25. My warranty required that I have my vents cleaned professionally before they could send a technician. I chose this company because of the reviews. Today, a lovely man came to my home and did a great job of cleaning the vents inside and out. His name is Cole and he did a great job of documenting what was needed for my warranty, was extremely neat, clean, personable, and very knowledgeable. My warranty accepted all of the information -- and I attribute the success to Cole. Highly recommend this team!

Jasmine was great to work with. Not only was she very considerate of our home, but she was very thorough. We appreciated how she laid out multiple options for us to consider and wasn’t about pushing the most expensive solution, but a solution that would match up with us and our needs.

I have had my hot water heater, furnace and AC all replaced by Allen. So I trust them. My new hot water heater started leaking and they came out to service it. Come to find out the expansion tank needed to be replaced. My tech, David Baker, came over. I was so impressed with this young man, not only did he explain everything to me, in regular language, fix the problem but was fun to work with. My cat wouldn't leave him alone, he finished the job in record time. I will continue to support Allen.

Allen Services HVAC tech performed an outstanding job! I have had several inspections over the years in different areas with different vendors. This as by far the most informative and thorough inspection I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Allen Service!

Sam has helped me in the past. He’s great!!! Does a good job and always makes sure everything is working well. Tells me of possible future problems. But in some ways even more important, he’s very personable and easy to deal with. Just a good person.

Arrived on time, and was very polite! He was upfront about what needed to be done, and gave me several options to choose from to have either a long term fix or short term cheaper fix. We had some janky plumbing under our kitchen sink, so I opted for the better fix. This way if it clogs it will be much easier to access. Happy to have a functioning kitchen sink! You don’t realize how much you use/need it until you can’t use it!

We called Allen Service the moment we noticed our furnace wasn’t working properly, and they had an expert to our house within a few hours! Justin Adams was our technician and we cannot recommend him enough. He was professional, friendly, transparent, but most importantly, he was informative! He walked us through each step of the process and gave us a variety of options and suggestions for solutions they could provide. We’ll absolutely be contacting Allen Service for future services for our home!!

Great service! A job well done by this company. They have great communication and their teamwork is fantastic. We had major repairs done including a new water heater and three in-ceiling/rooftop AC units installed. They came back for the city inspection and even waited when the inspector was delayed! They have also done smaller-scale kitchen sink repairs for us, and that was given the same attention to detail and expert service. Everyone has been friendly and kind. Thank you!

I have changed my mind about Allen services because of one of their technicians, Zachary Workman. He replaced and installed/fixed the WiFi device that allows me to change my thermostat settings from my phone. I need a walker to get around so this is a real help. Zach was kind, efficient, smart, and had great communication skills. Also, he perfectly replaced the cover to my crawl space which is very heavy. I will always ask for Zach. There is a foot of snow and the temperature is in its teens and our furnace went out, not to mention I had my 87 year old mother-in-law over and it was freezing inside. I called Smith & Willis, soon technician Dave came over about 5pm just about quitting time and Dave looked at furnace and determined that it was the blower, after further review somehow a bag was sucked into the blower and bound up the blower motor and eventually burned out the blower motor, since it was after 5pm Dave was going to call it in and have us a new blower assembly in the morning. A half hour later the doorbell rang and it was Dave again with a new blower assembly in his hand. you should have seen the smile on my mother-in-laws face. Dave finished the job and got it up and running in no time.

I just want to say that Dave went above and beyond the call of duty.
