406$ total bill, in parts just 38$. Awesome business. My APU has 1 year and 10 months... and looks like i have got another problem with alternator after being at dealer for repair

This is gonna be our place for the maintenance of our unit! You can tell that they know what they are doing. They find out what the problem right away and we’re explaining to us what problem we gonna have in the future! Thank you to the general manager that assisting to us and to the person that took care of our unit! We will always make plan to come back to get maintenance for our reefer.

They refused to work on reefer unit because it wasn't loaded. I needed it fixed and was willing to pay the after hours time & 1/2 labor so I could pick up a dairy load. Very poor customer service.

This place had no semi parking and the street parking was cramped. These guys are overworked and worked through their lunch which is reflected in their ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner. Very cramped. The owner needs to move to a larger location and hire more employees. First come first serve unless your loaded then you can get in before others but that depends on how many other loaded trucks are before you. Communication isn't great , while we did recieve phone calls , the work order was not submitted for approval until after repairs were completed. There was no assessment then a work order submitted for approval like at other Thermokings.

These guys diagnosed an issue with our 1st gen. Espar airtronic that two other shops couldn’t find. On top of that they were incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommended!

Area where trailers parked is full of nails and screws.
Fixed the reefer but the trlr tire was flat with huge screw in it. Had to call tire shop to get it repaired

The service here is horrible. Unprofessional, rude, arrogant, disdainfully overpriced and unabashed about it.
They don't properly fix things and make you come back multiple times.
I don't know how they stay in business. Actually, I do. They hold customers hostage and monetarily rape them.
My advice is to steer clear of here. Thermo King corporate needs to reconsider renewing their license for repairing.
Save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else.

If you go there with a Thermoking Apu problem be careful,they will rip you off,they charged me 250 dollars for the diagnostic,said the motherboard needs to be replaced,wich is veeery expensive.They even assured me that the unit was checked by a mechanic that works there for 20 something years!I refused and went to a different shop.It turned out to be bad wires in the main harness,the other shop fixed that and now runs like new.

Good Thermo king shop . Fast reliable professional and great customer service. Very happy with the overall service. was getting here to fix my APU and happy to know they found the problem at a short time.

updated repeated problem after two days.
Fuel pump and Solenoid had to be replaced . $500parts and $750 labor
A bit pricy for 3 hrs work.
But APU work like a champ.

I had good service here. Check in was smooth and Service Manager was courteous. My mechanic was very helpful with answering questions and explaining what he was doing and why. Parking can be a bit of an issue, but I sure can't find fault with the service.

These guys took great care of me. I had them install a high altitude kit in my Espar D2, mounted in my Mercedes camper van, and then realized it needed a thorough cleaning, as it was full of carbon deposit. Not only did Randy get my heater back into good shape quickly, but he took the time to show me what was going on inside the heater and showed me some really helpful information about my easystart timer. The customer service was very professional and these guys really know what they're doing. I really appreciated the way they worked with me and did everything they could to get my heater back up and running, I'll be warm tonight!

What a great crew... I recently had some work done on my APU every one was so excellent to work with! Steven was excellent to work with and very good at communicating all the details of my repair. Call Thermo king today see if I can get my semi in to get the APU looked at they took it and got it in right away got it fixed within a couple hours or so was really impressed with the fast service and the good work that they’ve done also was great customer service couldn’t ask for anything more. I really appreciate Terry the service manager there he did a great job getting the truck checked and get it done fast thanks Terry

Overall the experience with the shop was a positive one. Once the timing for the fix was solidified, the experience was good. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle, Randy, was excellent and highly recommended. He walked through all the items which were causing the issues and showed me the fixed result. Thanks again.

Wow, what an experience so I called at approximately 12-10-21 at 9:30 in the morning and .6 miles away. I was told to bring it right over. they were right around the corner. As soon as, they get there they had me drop the trailer and essentially got me into the bay. The team was professional and prompt with their diagnosis of a fuel pump replacement needed. I if I ever need work in Denver I'll be back. All I can say is thanks!

Put the refer in there Monday last week 10 days ago . It’s still in there and each day they have told me they need another part and they have to over night it. None of the parts they have had overnighted have been there in time . Maybe they need a new warehouse . They have been working on it to say the least . If you wanna sit for over a week and wait on parts . This is your kinda place . I’d advise not coming here at all. They pass the buck for reasons why it’s taking 2 weeks to fix a trailer , I will never bring a trailer here again and id suggest no one else
!!! They are trying to keep it another weekend because they are inept

Instead of diagnosing and then calling for approval, they spent several hours, to say the least just racking up time. 5k to replace a water pump, thermostat and fuel solenoid. We declined asking just for the water pump. 3k declined again. Charged company $1,000 for cleaning battery connections on brand new batteries installed few weeks ago. And talking while watching the apu run. Terrible management. Drivers lounge is a joke. No parking for trailers on site. Greed is all this place is. Other thermo king stores/shops are far superior to this sorry excuse.

So I pulled up and I was turned away cuz they were swamped with work. Parked across the street from them trying to work on my Thermo King when Eric walks across the street ask me what's going on. Explain to him the issue and to my surprise he offers to fit me in their schedule anyways. No more than an hour later my reefer is up and running and a HUGE thanks to Eric! Next time I'm in town, need to buy this man a beer.

Nice people got in and out with a full service on refer in about 3 hrs.
