Very Slow, every Technician Standing drinking coffee.. No work being Done..here 6 Hours. Before started working on my Unit

Stranded in 9* weather and our Espar heater dead in Winterpark… one of the service techs, that for the life of me I cannot recall his name, sadly, helped us over phone & email to troubleshoot the problem. And I was able to do the repair remotely instead of coming in. A selfless kind act that was and is much appreciated. Our heater that’s had multiple issue over the last few years has been fully fixed!

Daniel serviced my reefer great guy, very knowledgeable , I would definitely recommend.

Needed help over the weekend. My reefer stopped cooling. My company called the after hours number to get a call out.
Was told since I wasn't loaded. They couldn't and wouldn't help us. Lineage won't load you if you can't pull the temperature. So thank you Termal King for costing me my load.
My company will never use them again.

Terrible service. Took forever. Lied to my face twice. And didn’t inform me when the truck was ready. Sitting there for almost 6 hours for nothing.

This place is a ripoff they close at 7 pm got there at 6:30 pm was told to wait until 7 pm and call after hours they’re first hour rate is $800 then $400 after that plus parts and shop supplies don’t go there unless it’s something the TA can do

Went there to APU heater maintenance. Quoted me $900 something to just replace fuel pump. Provided them with my own fuel pump with the same part number they said it won’t work. Charged 300 for diagnostic even though she said it’s gonna be 0.6 hour for that. Went to TA they replaced it for 70 something. If you are spending your own money please don’t go there. These people are total scam. Very unprofessional business practices. After I refused repairs , they didn’t close top heater shield well pinching electric wires. Instead of 6 screws required they closed with two.
OO’s be aware don’t get scammed in these locations. I’d put 0 if I could

Our truck AC was not cooling and as we assumed that might something wrong with Freon or something else. Then we visited this shop
We had some freon leak and they fixed our problem and our reefer start cooking again as normal.
Service provided little bit overpriced
But anyway still 5 stars

Street Parking but park at your own risk. TA 2 miles away, Sapp Bros Travel Center 2.5 miles away.

Arrived here and checked in at 7:05am, (first come first serve) got a call at 12:25pm to drive my truck into one of their numbered doors. Waited in their driver lounge, got a final call at 1:35pm that I’m ready to go. Replaced alternator and water pump belt for new ones in my APU.

I had an excellent experience with this team! Daniel was the technician who helped me and did an amazing job. The customer service was also top-notch—Rikki and Dina were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you all so much for the great work!"

Subject Issue with diagnosis payment

Hi,

I reached out regarding the reefer's temperature diagnosis fee. First, you informed us that we would be paid approximately $2000 to resolve the problem. We agreed to this resolution. However, the fee has been revised to $7732.43, and we couldn't agree on the amount. We requested to take out our trailer from the service company, and you charged us a fee of $822.26 for the diagnosis also no one informed us there is a diagnosis fee before the trailer has been diagnosis. This is not fair, and we complain about the diagnosis fee. Be aware of this service company, all carriers. Don’t come this people thay charge me $822,26 for nothing

Very professional, courteous and friendly! Hunter Brown went straight to work, found the problem and suggested the fix! And although it could have been repaired the unit was over 30 years old and we decided it would make more sense to replace it! At this time Hunter called in Miguel Oaxaca to help me with the choices! We decided on a 96% efficient Amana. We decided that with the hot water heater located behind the heating unit, and it being 20 years old, it would be a good time to replace it also. It was then turned over to Anthony Flores. He arrived the next morning and didn’t leave until both were installed and working properly! I have nothing but admiration for all that were involved in this project! Kudos to Now plumbing and heating on a job well done!

Allen Service was here within 2 hours and had the job done within 1 hour. Gabriel had them dispatched quickly. Micheal and Brian were friendly and knowledgeable and did the job right. I was able to use a mail coupon no questions asked. Great job and thanks guys. I will definitely be using your company again.

Fantastic experience all around! Starting by communicating with Mary. She was kind and helpful. Techs that came out to check things out were on time, efficient, and respectful. They told me what to expect on the day of the install. They were on time. Johnny and Anthony worked hard all day. Johnny took time to stop and explain things to me throughout the process. AJ explained the breaker box and labeled the AC switches. Mary and Rod set up the thermostat and briefly explained my options when using it. Overall, I was so very impressed. They were kind, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thank you NOW! I appreciate everything you’ve done for us!!

Matt was professional, very knowledgeable and competent. Very much up to date on repairs and options to address the issues we needed to consider. This was a consultation only visit.

Matthew Mish did an excellent job replacing corroded copper pipe in our crawl space. He clearly explained what was wrong and the options for repair. Repairs were made in a timely manner and he gave us suggestions for water cleanup for the leak.

Jeremy is the tech you want servicing your HVAC! He was very helpful and taught me a lot during his visit. I’ll request him next year.
