First of all, they pick up the phone when no one else will.
They came out did an inspection. My wife received them while I was unable to be there and she told me they presented very professional.
They then came back and Miguel and Ian where able to fit a new unit into my budget.
Can you believe it, the unit was installed and running the next day!
Very clean, professional, friendly and efficient! Like the new unit I have now! I would recommend them any time.

Had excellent service today from Matthew M. Plumbing repair related to a boiler installation from a couple of years ago, fixed at n/c as a warranty matter. Im very pleased.

We have been with Allen Service now for about 5 years now. We have purchased several major systems and have been very satisfied with the price and service. We also use the Maintenance Plan for annual inspections. Today Jeremy Bowman did our furnace inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a carbon monoxide alarm going off and I had Allen Service check out my furnace. They determined that I had a crack and the repair would cost almost as much as a new furnace. I had my energy company assess the carbon monoxide issue and they determined that the alarm was an "end of life" alarm, not a high level alarm. A second opinion on my furnace revealed no crack in my furnace and no carbon monoxide. In short, Allen Service was just trying to get me to buy a new furnace.

The prices charged by Allen Service are over 2 times the amount of other master plumbers. I was charged $837 for a 10-minute repair of a pinhole leak in my copper pipe, which was later reduced to $535 after I complained. Another certified plumber advised this would be a $325 charge through their company, which is what I've been accustomed to paying for past services. I selected Allen Service due to allegedly good reviews, but I was shocked with their pricing. Never again!

Top notch visit for furnace inspections. Sam was the most thorough and knowledgeable HVAC professional that I have ever met. Great recommendations with no hard sell, which is refreshing.

Mike at Allen Service is a very skilled service tech and knew everything about our system, which is approaching 16 years of age. He did a throrough check of the system and pointed out things that we should be tending to in the very near future. He thoughtfully wrote out a plan for us, which gave us a number of options which we really appreciated. We have been on the Allen monthly service, which is totally worth it so this inspection was at no cost to us as an annual Summer inspection. I trust these guys have they’ve been around for a long time.

I had an issue with a Ring doorbell in which the remote speaker was difficult to hear. Was about to trash my Ring doorbell system and go back to the old doorbell system. Was fortunate to call Allen Service who sent technician Mathew Burch for a repair service. Mathew immediately identified the issue, installed an upgraded voltage regulator, and within 30 minutes had my doorbell system operating. Highly recommended service. And technician.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my serviceman, Zachary J. He was knowledgeable and very thorough. My furnace had a dead bird in the pipe near the motor. He did a yearly maintenance service, cleaned out the bird and got my heat back on. All this at 6:30 in the evening. He even noticed that my hot water didn't work in the bathroom, so he fixed that too. He is an awesome employee for Allen Services in Aurora, Colorado!

Allen was able to get us a same-day appointment according to a window that worked for our schedule. Mason, our technician, was timely and did an excellent job - he was very thorough in his assessment and explanation of his findings, reviewed a range of options for addressing the plumbing issue, and went above and beyond to fix things for us that day. No pressure to invest in unnecessary or expensive treatments but offered a range of choices. He was very pleasant and easy to work with, respectful of our home and time, and even great with our dog. Will plan to work with Allen Service and hopefully Mason in particular anytime we have a plumbing issue in the future!
