I called Go Direct Services( GDS) to do a video Sewer Scope on my sewer drainline. The video scoping indicated what appeared to be a seperation of the pipeline below ground. Access to the drainline inside the building foundation is in a 4 ft crawlspace. A crew from GDS dug approximately 1.5 ft deep and approximately 3.5 ft under a comcrete slab exposing 3-4 ft of the drainline. NO moisture was detected indicating a leak in the area of the excavation. The escavation was backfilled. Luis and I agreed that further exploration to find a leak is not necessary at this time.

We had a old sewer line that needed replacement and Go Direct did a great job for us. We got 3 bids for this work and Go Direct stood out not only because they beat the other companies for cost, but also because of their customer service. They took the time to explain exactly what would be done and gave us the confidence that they would do the work properly. When the time came to do the work, they were excellent. They completed the work on time, on budget and the whole crew was polite and professional while working. I would highly recommend Go Direct to anyone looking to have similar work done.

Go Direct did a sewer line repair for my 94 year old Mom in North Denver. They had equipment problems, had to cancel, but came out the next day at 8am and finished that same day by 530p.
Laid cement for sidewalk, curbing, and street repair. Only delay was picking up orange cones.
They agreed to reimburse my mother's stay in a hotel $150, since they had to reschedule their appointment. This was done in April 2025 and still waiting .. May, June, July, August, Sept, and October .. maybe now for 4th quarter we will receive the reimbursement?

Recently contracted Go Direct to replace my clay sewer pipe and they did a great job. I sent the estimate with an explanation of repairs and a video of the sewer scope to my insurance company and approved the claim right away.

They initially quoted me a full replacement in the yard and pipe lining the line in the street. What ended up happening was a full line replacement all the way and there was no upcharge or any hidden costs.

The work was completed in about 10 hours in one day and my plumbing was functional again. They came back the next day to patch the road and all said and done the job took about 14 hours over a day and a half which I thought was a pretty quick turnaround given the scope of work.

It's been about two months now and I have not had a single issue with my sewer line. I can finally flush toilet paper again! Thanks to Go Direct and Luis and his crew for their professional and timely services.

I was referred to this company by my real estate agent and overall had a good experience. They were able to schedule an entire sewer replacement for a house I purchased before I moved in and on a short schedule. The crew showed up on time and completed the work within a week for a fair price. The workers were all really nice and easy to work with, and they had all the right equipment to get the job done, even when we hit a few snags. My only point of feedback is that the communication could have been a little better -- the foreman for the job was sometimes hard to reach by phone, and I wasn't really sure what was going to happen each day, but I just winged it and things worked out fine. I'd recommend working with this business for similar jobs.

Luis very congenial, hard-working and professional. He is a very pleasant young man. He did two townhouses for me right down the block from each other and worked diligently to get finished before dark. He was not able to get the camera through one of my listing so We are still trying to figure that out, but he did a fabulous job and a wonderful young man

He was thorough with the clean, and took the extra time to walk us through the scope and talk us through various options we have to prevent future backups in our sewer line.

We had a great experience with Go Direct Plumbing, especially Luis. He came out and cleared all the roots in our main sewage pipe and was truly astounding at what he does. Luis is extremely knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and even takes the time to walk you through other options (though honestly, it wasn’t necessary since his pricing is the lowest we found in town).
