Roto-Rooter saved our day today. We had a mainline clog/backup on a frigid Sunday morning and needed immediate help. Roto-Rooter arrived in less than two hours of my call and took care of our issue quickly. Saso and Christian were professional, knowledgeable and unfazed by the crazy cold outside temperatures. They worked swiftly but with precision to ensure the line was completely clear. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter and greatly appreciated their ability to resolve the problem seamlessly!

Mike was great! He gave good advice and his follow-up was excellent. Issue resolved in 30 minutes with no complications. I would highly recommend!

Very pleased with the service we received courtesy of Roto-Rooter, specifically our technicians Saso and Christian. From the moment the entered our home until the moment they left, they showed that rare kind of professionalism that puts customers at ease. They had patience and kindness, going out of their way to explain every step of the process (even when we asked the same questions more than once...). They took the extra time to keep our home clean while doing the work, especially evident while moving the equipment in and out of the house. Hopefully we won't need their services often, but when the time comes, we will definitely call Roto-Rooter again. Not because of the name, but because of professionals like Saso and Christian. At first I would've rated this company 5 stars because they were quick to respond as I had an emergency with the main sewer line. They knew I was in a bind and persuaded me to not call other places to get a better deal. For a project that they charged me $12k+ the manager was never to be seen again after he sweet-talked me into doing business with them and he NEVER called me, I had to call and get times and details about work and etc. I've yet to receive documentation about the city inspector's visit who they claimed showed up at my house ("manager" was supposed to let me know and didn't so I wasn't home for it) and the manager signed me up for a loan he said would only cost me up to $200 or something low like that (this is my fault for letting a plumber do my loan process). They literally charge me $100 every month for this loan. NEVER EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. You live and learn as a new homeowner. AND PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAILS ABOUT THE CITY INSPECTORS' DOCUMENTS!

We live in 1800s house with cast pipe scaled. Jacob H and his Tech were professionals on time, and identified the problem. Excellent service and communication. Give these guys a raise!

I had an emergency plumbing issue and Roto was quick to respond and get someone out to look at and fix the issue. The technician Saso was extremely helpful explaining what was wrong as well as going above and beyond explaining how the issue will be fixed and prevented from breaking in the future. I will definitely be choosing this company for any future plumbing needs.

Needed a standard cleanout of my kitchen pipe and wanted to have someone look at it to see if hydro or mechanical cleanout would be the better call. Called Saturday morning. Was told they'd be out there Saturday at 11-2. Never showed up. I called the next morning and they said they'd have someone out first thing. Never showed. I got a call later in the evening at 7pm. I asked them to come out monday morning instead. Someone came out and quoted me $600 for a regular mechanical cleanout of my kitchen pipe that 14 ft long and is before my main sewage.

C'mon you wasted like 5 people's time from Saturday to today.

Kitchen sink would not drain and unable to use sink and major appliances due to shared drainage lines. Scheduled Roto Rooter for the next morning and 2 wonderful technicians arrived on time and diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly. Also provided education and product to prevent the issue/buildup from happening again in the future. Definitely recommend.

Thank you to Robert and Pablo for fixing a leak under the kitchen sink. The pipe that comes out of the wall had rusted through and had a hole. They explained everything beforehand. Im very happy with the quality of work and I will definitely be using them again for any other plumbing needs.
