Residential sewer line replacement, highly recommend entire organization. Damien with Certified Sewer Inspections, their video inspection service, was truly independent, honest, knowledgeable, saw things that others didn’t. Marisa and Kara with Sewer Experts are very easy to work with, knowledgeable, organized, good communication. Installation crew was fast, efficient, helpful, competent. Refreshing to find such an excellent professional company.

My sewer line consists of clay piping and has existed since 1958. Unfortunately, the pipe has slumped over time. I had back-up and filed a claim. I had three other contractors provide extremely expensive and destructive quotes to me. But, when I reached out to Sewer Experts that changed immediately. Marisa and her team are amazing. They identified that I had only one location that needed repair - not the whole line. They provided a far-less expensive quote. Their workers were clean, efficient and overall they were great to work with through the project. I felt like communication remained clear and positive. I also have a large (80' tall) blue spruce tree in the front yard and below the portion of sewer line to be repaired. Sewer Experts did not damage the tree and would have hand dug a trench if necessary to protect our landscaping - simply amazing. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and highly recommend them to others who need this type of work done.

Our main line was backing up in our basement, and we called Sewer Experts. Marisa and her team were honest and up front about need and cost. We used another company that likely overcharged us and wanted to do more work than was needed, Marisa's team came out and assessed and said a cleaning would be all that was needed, saving us thousands. I would definitely trust them in the future with any plumbing needs, and call them first!

We needed to have our main sewer line replaced and received a quote from a well advertised, large plumbing company. The quote was astronomical. I searched for other options and luckily came across Sewer Experts. They came out right away and performed a camera inspection and proposed a very reasonable quote on the same day (40% of the first quote I received). They were able to schedule the service quickly and completed the entire project in under 2 days. Mario was excellent to work with and his team was efficient and respectful of our property. They even repaired part of our sprinkler system free of charge.

Marisa is an excellent business owner and her communication couldn’t have been better. I’m 100% satisfied with the job and am happy to have supported a smaller company. If we need any more plumbing work in the future, we will reach out to Sewer Experts first.

Sewer Experts is a woman owned and operated business. They were reasonably priced and very informative about their findings - wiling to take the time necessary to explain everything to me in detail. They were to replace sewer pipes to remedy 2 bellies in the line between my house and the main sewer. It turned out that they were unable to complete the job as planned due to poor workmanship by the developer when it initially installed the sewer piping. They did not do the planned work that would not have remedied the situation. Instead, they were honest and upfront about it and removed that portion of the bill. I was aware that they could've told me anything and even charged me double and I wouldn't have known. So, I highly recommend them for their integrity, reasonable cost and care in dealing with their cusotmers.

I had Sewer Experts replace the sewer line from the house to the sidewalk. The crew did an excellent job. I can tell they have a lot of experience. They first scoped the line free of charge and analyzed the video. I saw for myself what the issue was. Then I was given an estimate with no pressure. I opted to replace the majority of the line due to a large Maple in my yard.
Everything with this company I’ve experienced is great in my opinion. From scheduling to completion they made a bad situation painless not to mention a better price.

Update: Sewer Experts has excellent follow up service. About 5 months later when the soil settled at the excavation site, they sent a crew to backfill the trench and level it to match the surface of the yard. At this point my sewer has never worked better and I'm happy with the results.

I am very happy with the process of Sewer Experts. First they set an appointment and arrived early. Second they inspected and explained as they went through the process. Third the crew showed up early and started right away. An issue popped up that was not expected and they stopped and had a manager call to handle the issue quickly. Then after the job. The clean up was spot on and looked better than when they started. Then it was inspected by the city and a final video to showcase the work from the inside of the pipe.
This was by far the best company I have used for underground utilities. They are Honest fair and efficient. This is not easy work or inexpensive but I know the quality and effort these folks put into the job made it a GOOD EXPERIENCE and I am very pleased with the result.

We had excellent and professional service from this company. The price was the best we’ve seen, and they worked around our schedule. Their staff was careful and considerate of our yard, and they worked hard to make sure we were happy with the outcome. We had a previous estimate that was 20,000 more than the estimate from this Denver Sewer Service Company. They were timely and cleaned up very well after the all work. We had some settling happen (this is normal), but they made time to come fill it in. They were creative in figuring out how to move pipes into locations without causing lots more cost to us. They are incredibly good with follow up and communication too. I would recommend very highly!

Daniel was the technician who scoped the line, and he was excellent: arrived very promptly, was super professional and helpful, explained everything he found, and answered all our questions. I have worked with a lot of plumbing companies over the last 20 years. I was impressed by everything. Timley response to look at the job. Starting and completing repair as soon as possible. They repaired a Fire Suppression Line for our Hospital. The repair was difficult on a hill next to a domestic water supply line. The way that Mario operated the machine was impressive, second to none. In the pictures its hard to see were the domestic water line was but you can clearly see how deep this repair was and on a large hill. Safety, professionalism, and communication was there throughout the job provided by Kara and Marisa. The owners both have extensive knowledge of the work they do. We have an older building that was built in 1964. They want to get familiar with the facility incase future repairs are needed. I have been looking for a company like this for a while. I would recommend this company to all heathcare facilities and if they can do a repair like this for healthcare they can do any residents or regular commercial repairs with ease.
