I reached out to Marissa and Cara, of Sewer Experts, after I had been given a really expensive bid by Roto Rooter. They sent out a certified sewer inspector, who scoped my lines and let me know that I did not need to do the $8000 to $14,000 repair I had just been quoted! In fact, he said the lines were just fine, just to schedule a cleaning once a year. Not only was I relieved and thrilled I did not have to spend all the money on a repair, when I asked to at least pay for the inspector coming out and scoping my lines, Cara and Marissa refused. They told me that was just a cost of doing business!
While I am thankful I did not have to have the repair, I didn’t really have any way to repay their stellar service except to leave this review! They were amazing, professional, and very responsive! I cannot leave a higher recommendation, if you have any issues whatsoever with any of your sewer lines, drain lines, etc. please call Sewer Experts!

I had the sewer experts do a sewer line replacement due to tree root damage to my pipes. They were wonderful to work with! I had two other companies give me a quote for the repair, and the sewer experts were not only the cheapest but the most professional company by far. Marissa and Mario were extremely responsive, and easy to communicate and work with. I would use them again in a heart beat and highly recommend them to others!

Sewer Experts were amazing. Kara was extremely responsive and handled fielding my questions over the weekend and getting a proposal out so that we could start the project of replacing a section of outdoor sewer pipe, installing a dual outdor cleanout, and remove a bunch of grease buildup in our sewer lines.
We live in the city with a small yard and getting an excavator into our yard is no easy task. The crew easily removed a section of our fence and masterfully steered it into the yard. It was amazing. They banged out the work and got it inspected in a few hours. Then a crew came out to clean the pipes and did a really thorough job. I am really impressed. The price was very fair and the work was great. I'll use them again!

I didn't end up needing to use Sewer Experts exactly....but they deserve 5 stars for my experience with them. I called them after a different plumber was unable to clear my main sewer drain that was backed up and leaking into my basement. Marisa answered and was clearly knowledgeable on what the other group did wrong and how to proceed. She also provided much more reasonable pricing on scoping & jetting than I had received from others. She suggested one of her partners, CSI inspections, come out to scope and clean the drain. I scheduled this through her and the tech from CSI showed up an hour later and had my drain flowing in another hour. He walked me through the whole process with camera footage afterwards. Very professional & fair. I won't hesitate to reach out to Sewer Experts for any future plumbing work.

We had been dealing with a cracked sewer line for a couple years. We finally decided it was time to fix our sewer line. After getting an extremely high and shocking estimate from another company for replacing the entire line, we goggled to get a second quote. Sewer Experts came highly recommend. Marisa was very prompt returning my inquiry and came out next day to estimate. After reviewing the issue, it was determined that we only needed a repair and the rest of the line was in good condition. What a relief to know we only had to spend a third of what the other company quoted. Repair was done in a day and everyone was very professional and efficient. We are extremely grateful to Sewer Experts, especially Marisa, who was of invaluable assistance. We were getting ready to leave town when we learned of a sewer line back up at our rental house. Another company "serviced" us, charging a total of $345, failing to clear the line and then tried to get us to commit to $5800 to excavate and repair the sewer line, which they said could not be cleared of roots. Melissa looked at the photo from the video of the root blockage and put me in contact with Martin Sewer and Drain. She advised I needed to have the roots cleared before anything else could be done and that despite the other company's failure to do so, she was confident Martin could get the job done, and if he couldn't she would assist with the charge. Additionally, she was fairly confident that once Martin cleared the roots, no further repair would be necessary. Everything was exactly as she said. Martin cleared our line the following day and made a video to document that the line was fully clear all of the way to the street. His total charge was significantly less than the other company's, and a $5800 repair that we were nearly pressured into was not necessary. That said, we are advised to have the line cleared annually. We are so grateful that we found Sewer Experts and immensely appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and excellent service together with that of their colleague, Martin. The other company to their credit did agree to refund their charge, so the amount of money we saved thanks to Marisa and Martin is immense, especially at this time. We thank and highly recommend them. We strongly believe this is a company you can trust and rely upon.

I have never trusted a company more than Sewer Experts. I had two quotes to fix my sewer service line to the street with a cost of over $10,000 from each of them. Sewer Experts did not give me a quote but sent out a third-party to give me the quote. The third party told me there was nothing wrong with my line other than it needed cleaning. Go with these guys because they are honest!!!

I had a sewer line break in my historic property with a cast iron/clay pipe and spent considerable time searching for the right company. I settled on Sewer Experts after many discussions with owner Marisa, who is a top-notch professional and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. My property is in downtown Denver with many tough logistical issues, and involved a lot of planning and testing. The team led by Mario did a spectacular job, interfaced with the City to make sure the necessary inspection took place, and by far they were the most price competitive. In this case, they had to hand dig to get to the break right next to my building. The crew was great, and I was impressed with the fact they found the problem quickly, and when they were done, cleaned up nicely. They did a great job in re-cementing, and with the two new clean-outs that are required by code. I cannot speak highly enough of this company who I found to be competent, honest, friendly and reliable. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would, because I had to search deeply to find the right company and I was very happy they performed to my expectation and I felt I got great value for my money.

Came within 15 min of calling. Service tech was amazing, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I had 2 other big name companies come out for almost a week, trying to snake my sewer line because my basement flooded from the backup. Both gave up and quoted me over $9k to dig up the road where my line taps the city line. The Tech from Sewer Experts was able to clear it out withing minutes and restored my sewer line. Saved me a headache and 9k. Love this company.

The people at Sewer Experts were responsive, friendly and honest. I had a quote done for a house I’m selling and they came out and redid a sewer scope for free ( other guys wanted to charge me ) so we could compare to the first sewer scope that was done. Mario was extremely friendly and honest. He explained the details of the job with absolutely no pressure. Marisa the owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. Their quote came back extremely fair and they offer a 5 year warranty on their work. I do hope the buyers for my house to get their sewer line repaired with them!

The best option ever. As a whole, my loved ones and I enjoyed our time with them. The crew that came to replace our sewer line was professional, courteous, and quick. When we encountered problems in the beginning of the job, one of the proprietors, and their staff, came out to explore possible solutions. Their crew dealt with the problem and finished the job on schedule despite the unexpected complications. They indicated that they would stick to the quote and not accept any additional payment, despite my assurances that we would gladly pay more for the extra effort. Their team member gave us an in-depth quote for replacing our sewer system and was pleasant and easy to talk to the whole time. After the team finished fixing our sewer line, there was barely any evidence that they had even been here. After everything was cleaned up, I replaced my plants, amended the dig site with topsoil and miracle-grow grass seed, and watered it three times a day. My lawn is fully established after only a week. These fellas are the real deal. Hire these professionals to install a new sewage line in your home... If you do this, you won't be sorry later.

Had a collapsed section of main sewer pipe at my residence in Arvada. First company that came out to unsuccessfully root the pipe, skipped the camera review and went straight to recommending a full line replacement at over ten thousand. Thankfully, I wasn't wooed by their smooth salesmanship and looked around for other consults and estimates. Sewer Experts were extremely responsive and professional in communications, provided solid information and advice and were very competitive price wise. The work was prompt and from the time I contacted them to full repair was 4 days. Quality of work seems solid. Very pleased and would recommend them without hesitation.

I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Sewer Experts. We had a cracked sewer pipe at our septic tank. I had been putting off the repair which got progressively worse to the point where the pipe was nearly completely collapsed. When I realized how bad it was, I called a different company that was booked out for two months. I then called Sewer Experts on a Saturday at about 6PM expecting to leave a voicemail. I was pleasantly surprised when Marisa answered. She asked that I send some measurements and photos to her email and she would provide an estimate by Tuesday (2 business days). She also said they could be at my house in about a week. After sending her info, I received a competitive estimate on Tuesday (just as she said she would do). We scheduled the repair for the next week.
The day of the repair, the crew showed up on time and did excellent work. I had several other pipes and conduits in the area for sprinklers and electrical and they navigated around all of it except one sprinkler head line which is a super simple fix I can do. They pointed this out to me and left it marked so I could find it easily in the spring time. I was also pleased with the minimal landscaping disruptions. All-in-all, it was a positive experience; I just wish I would have called the earlier. I would highly recommend them and they will be the first ones I call should I need sewer services again.

We had an amazing experience with Sewer Experts! I called Kara as soon as we discovered the back-up in our drain, and she let me know that they would be there the day I called so that the back-up didn’t get worse and come into our house. She and her staff arrived on time, figured out the problem and arrived early the next morning to partially replace our sewer line. The cost for the service was extremely reasonable and matched their bid to the penny – so there was no unpleasant surprise when the bill arrived. We’ve also hired Mustard Seed Construction to tear down and replace our patio after a huge tree fell onto our property. Kara is amazing to work with and so are all of crew members on the teams that have done work for us. In this day and time when it’s almost impossible to get a contractor to even return your call, Kara and her team are a pleasant change. I would recommend them 100%
