Tyler was absolutely phenomenal! He was patient, knowledgeable and experienced. He went above and beyond to make my experience top notch. I would highly recommend!!!

Cody came out right away within 2 hours of calling in to request an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He could see where the problem was coming from almost immediately and got right to work on it after accepting his estimate. He took the time to show me how to keep my pipes clean and educated me on the maintenance routines that would be necessary to avoid future issues. He answered all my questions and reassured me that he would come back out within 6 months for free if needed to address any issues with the pipes. He seriously did a great job and we plan to use Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup again for our future needs.

We had a broken water line in our basement. Roto-Rooter was very prompt in accesing
the problem, which required taking out a section of our cement floor and digging down and replacing the line. They kept us informed of every step and cleaned up everything. This included a 5 year warranty. Their work was excellent and their communication was great. We are very pleased.

Mark and Bryan were awesome. Mark came out to quote us on the Job and within 20 minutes of him leaving Bryan and his crew showed up. They were very professional, knowledgeable and equipped to provide a great experience due to the situation. Thanks again for the great work.

The service rep Sergio was great! He was polite and ready to get the job done. Before rushing into it he got a good understandingly what was going on and Got right to work. After he got to the root of the problem he tested and tested again to make sure we were both satisfied that it was fixed. Great job Sergio C!

Nicholas was friendly and gave me some tips on preventative maintenance. As a newer homeowner, he educated me on my shower drain and what I could be doing with the sinks to help the flow more. I really appreciate that he was honest. I will definitely keep him in mind if I have a plumbing issue in the future.

Excellent experience. Worked with Christine and Jose at the call-center, they were both professional and friendly. Technician Damien arrived quickly, worked effectively, and was very personable. A very stress-free experience. Definitely will use this company again and would recommend.

So far they have been wonderful. The investigator was great and gave me a lot of detail about what needed to be done. She sent me the photos that showed where the water soaked into the carpet and walls. The guy who fixed my pipes was equally great. The team working on damage control just started today but they have tackled things with a great attitude and care. I am sure they too will do a great job.

The entire Roto-Rooter team has been spectacular. No one wants to deal with plumbing issues but they made this as easy and quick as possible. Garrett came in to unclog the drain and was very knowledgeable. Then Matt came in to scope the sewer line and walked us through recommendations and pricing on how to avoid future problems. Bryan and Robert were here for cleanup and they were quick, professional and communicated with us as to what they were doing and next steps. Finally Mark came in to walk us through mitigation steps and filing our claim with insurance.

I hope to never have future issues, but when we do, I will definitely be using this company again.

Scott did an excellent job fixing my main shut off valve. He came out at 1 am as an emergency call to turn off the water and prevent my crawl space from flooding. He also fixed multiple items around the house, installed a new faucet and drain which had been badly installed by a handyman, checked for leaked and fixed the leak in my shower. I found him great to work with, courteous and friendly. Would be happy to hire him again anytime! Their services were reasonably priced for the quality and professionalism.

Sergio from Roto-Rooter showed up late on a Friday evening to help diagnose a leak, and was the best service professional we've had in years. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and generally an amazing human being. He found our league quickly, helped remove the damaged drywall, and provided us recommendations on exactly how to get it repaired correctly. He stopped the leak, and was able to quickly identify its source location. I was extremely impressed with Sergio, and hope that whoever his supervisor is promotes him and gives him a raise immediately! This guy is awesome!!

Treshon went above and beyond to fix our issue. And ensured he saved as much money as possible while doing everything he could to ensure we wouldn't have to have him come up again. I am grateful for his professionalism and help with this

We were easily able to schedule service at a time that worked for us. The technician was informative and friendly. He conducted several tests and suggested we have an inspection of our line done with a camera. The camera showed the problem, which needs to be repaired. Since we do not have the money, now, to do the repair, the technician told us how to avoid problems until we can have the repairs done. Great service from trustworthy people. We will definitely use Roto Rooter again.

We’ve had a major mainline issue and flooding and Roto-Rooter have been nothing but amazing. Harper has taken great care of us and helped with our claim, thousands of questions & mitigation scheduling. Alex was great with all camera issues and pricing, and Bryce has gone above and beyond today. He put in an extensive amount of time and worked with us tirelessly for hours to get our line working again. I can’t thank these guys enough for making a rough day as easy as possible!

The technician who came out today, Zach, was extremely professional. He explained what he was going to do, the associated costs, and made sure I was comfortable with the price and work to be completed.

Toto Rooter was out within a couple hours on a Saturday and at an affordable rate. I highly recommend!

Kelly came out after hours and explained everything very well and got the clog cleared and everything working well.

Our plumber, Uriel, came out within an hour of placing the call. We had an emergency toilet replacement that was needed and he was beyond helpful. Best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. He went through several steps to diagnose and repair our problem, helped us pick the right replacement, and got everything done so quickly and for good value I was in total shock with how positive the experience was. He also removed all our old parts and took them away, and cleaned the bathroom where he worked. Wonderful plumber and personal. I wish we lived locally so he could be my go to for all plumbing needs.
