MUST READ REVIEW HOUSE TO STREET SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT: First a LOUD Shot out to Luis and Suzanne for their great customer service. It made this super easy to get my house to street sewer line replaced. I work in construction as an inspector and my house is an old 1910 that had 3 different kinds of pipes for the sewer. This company is top notch as far as service, price point, work done, on time and communication. I got quotes from a few different companies. Go Direct had the best plan to replace my sewer pipe and a very reasonable price for the work to be performed. My experience started by getting quotes from a few different companies. So that's is when I met Luis. He came out to the house on a weekend to get the quote together for me. Very nice and very knowledgeable. He had a quote for me later that day. It looked good so we decided to go ahead with the job. That is when Suzanne came into my life what a saint. My job was easily scheduled with her and I decided to put some of the cost on a credit card and use there loan company for the rest. She was quick to respond to all my questions and ran my job with not one problem. Suzanne and Luis both need raises. I'm just saying.

Luis was fast and efficient at the scoping and root cutting on our main sewer line.
And didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need.

Crew was working on repair/replacement of water pipes while tearing up the parking lot at Woodworks in Silverthorne during our two-week stay during August/September. In addition to cutting the wi-fi cable while creating a dirt/mud encrusted parking lot and unit entrance sidewalks, the supposed supervisor had an unprofessional indifferent attitude. Our otherwise relaxing stay was interrupted with chaos, noise, and crew shoulder shrugging.

I used Go Direct for a full sewer line replacement (which was an extra-long route due to the unusual location of my house). They did an assessment/got me a quote very quickly and I was delighted it was significantly lower than the competing quote I'd received! They were able to start the work soon and completed the job quickly as well. Suzanne & Luis were both great to work with throughout the process! I'll be recommending Go Direct to anyone I know who needs sewer work done - thank you!!

Completely unprofessional damaged part of the sidewalk that was not supposed to removed and refused to replace it. When I said that I would pay for it they try to charge me $1,500 for a 3-ft x 3 ft 4-in thick Square. Since they didn't do the repair or finish correctly now my sidewalk is all uneven and chipped up and just looks awful. Their excuse was our Plumbers Don't Do concrete! No care for customer satisfaction at all then they left mud chunks of concrete pieces of sewer pipe all over my front yard as well as a full dump truck load of dirt seeping mud all over the place for the Thanksgiving holiday. Then when I called to ask when it was going to be removed they acted like they had no idea it was left there completely disorganized! The pictures just don't do justice I have scrub the concrete trying to get the slop that they didn't clean up off there's just no remedy and all the Landscaping that looks like it's done good has been me and my friends and my money to get it where it's at after they destroyed my yard and just left it like that.

Work was done on time as per schedule. Completely cleaned the area of the yard and patched the street asphalt accordingly.

Luis V. was great! I had an emergency and Luis was able to come quickly and fix the problem right away! Very happy with the service.

Go Direct was great from the start. It was just a random interned find for me, but I do my research and they made it to my 3 estimates list. Luis was super nice, professional, on time and just a nice guy. A real straight up no nonsense, but personale guy. He came out. sent the camera down the pipe, let me watch and pretty much gave me a number right away. It turned out that the estimate came in under the other 2 estimate I received and I just felt good about their company. Go Direct does their own work while the others did not and so they take a good clip of the top. One estimate was even about 80% higher.

Beside price, it felt like Go Direct was more honest, more experienced, more relaxed and just more genuine. So I booked them. It took less than a week to get the permits and they booked a Friday. The crew showed up around 8am and started setting up. I'm like a kid with a new set of toys as the backhoe is unloaded and set in place. After trimming a few low hanging branches, double checking the location of the lines and laying down protective plywood, the digging began. I watch for a bit, but had to get some work done. So I checked in every so often as they finished the hole in the yard, a hole in the street, carefully carved around a buried power line, put everything in place, bust the old pipe and pulled in the new. It was awesome. The guys were great and could tell I was enjoying watching them work.

Everything went off without a hitch. They completed, did exactly what they said they would do, installed new cleanouts and put everything back to pretty much how it was. I mean, you can't make a 3x6 hole in your grass look perfect, but they did great and got the tops of the cleanout just right so they could be covered with flagstone.

All in all I'm 110% happy with everything and would totally recommend them to anyone needing similar work. I was so excited and happy with their work, I went and got beers for the guys. It was a Friday after all.

Go Direct replaced my sewer line from just inside my house to the main tap in the street. From end to end their process was fantastic. Luis V gave me an excellent and streamlined estimation visit. He went straight to business taking measurements and crunching the numbers. His turn around on the estimate helped me meet my own timelines for the project. I appreciate that Luis stayed the project lead contact, to provide consistency between what I approved and what the crews who worked so well took care of.

After Go Direct took care of the city permit approval, their crew knocked out the project in 1.5 days. Of which my drainage lines were only impacted for a few hours the first day.

The onsite crew was great to work with as well. They were very clear of when the pipes were out of service and let us know as soon as they were ready for use again. The end result looks great! I can’t thank the team enough for covering every detail so well. Best of all, they saved our beloved rosebush!
