It was incredible! This skilled plumber did such a terrific job that our bathroom now seems like a spa. He took care with every step of putting in the shower, from the tiles to the fixtures. It was simple and professional, and he kept me up to date the whole time. He was good at what he did and had a lot of artistic talent, which made our daily lives much better.

I highly recommend this company to anyone reading this. I found this company from doing a simple google search on sewer repair companies. What prompted me to do a search was a failure of our sewer line from the house to the street. It was 40 years old and had broken due to age and tree roots. The company I had been doing business with for plumbing and HVAC purposes had given me a quote to do a "spot repair for $11,600.00. Upon attempting to put in an insurance claim on this, the adjuster had informed me we are being over charged so much that they are not willing to pay for the repair. He asked that I go get another quote or two and contact him when done. That was the point I found the company Sewer Experts. They were professional from the start. They had a 3rd party come investigate the sewer line with a camera to determine the extent of the damage. They recommended the line be replaced entirely. Their price was extremely fair. So much so, I did not feel the need to look further. Marisa and Kara were very pleasant to deal with on this whole deal and you can tell they are two people you can trust.
The insurance adjuster promptly approved the claim based on their estimate. They knocked the whole job out in a day, with the exception of the street repair of cement. Weather was a factor in that and it was repaired once the weather turned warm enough to do cement work. Overall, I am extremely impressed and grateful to this company for helping us out for such a great price. I highly recommend you give them a shot if you need this kind of work done.

The drains from our widow wells appeared to be sinking, so we had Sewer Experts out to check the lines from both the front and back widow drains out to the main line. This diagnostic service was at no cost. Damien was knowledgeable and courteous, answering my questions and alleviating all of my my concerns. Luckily, there was no need for a repair other than regrading some soil and adding rock - a DIY project. Should I ever have need for plumbing or sewer repair, I will definitely call the Sewer Experts again!

Even with the discount price, the team was prompt and timely. We were able to schedule my full replacement within a week, and only a single day of downtime. I have been in the property management industry for 27 years in Denver. In the past I always felt I was being taking advantage of by the sewer contractor. Sewer Experts recommended having the sewer line cleaned/ jetted first and then hire an independent sewer inspection company to scope the line. Once you have that Independent report then solicit bids if needed for the repairs. They are not pushy, and don’t up sell you or short sell the amount of pipe needed. They will also give you options to choose from such as pipe burst, pipe lining, or remove and replace. This summer I used them on four residential sewer line projects and they exceeded my expectations without any sales pressure.

Sewer Experts are great to work with! They came out to repair/replace an existing sewer line on my Clients' house, before it was sold. They were able to meet our deadline, were reasonably priced, and were very friendly and professional! I would highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again!

Just had sewer experts replace the sewer line at my house today, I can’t speak highly enough of the great crew Marisa and Kara have! These guys are very fast and good at what they do. They were onsite at my house at 8:00am and was starting to dig by 8:30am by 4:15pm they were packed and on the road job done. The pipe burst was amazing and worked so smooth. These folks are very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and use high-quality tools. I needed to have my sewer line scoped (and later de-scaled) when I called them and scheduled an appointment. The cost was low for both services. The sewer scoping was done with a high-quality camera which made it easy for my tech to describe what was going on and clearly identify the need for a de-scaling. The de-scaling was very effective and my cast iron pipes look incredible compared to the original scope. 10/10 great company to work with!

I cannot say enough about the professionalism, thoroughness, responsiveness of Melissa and her crew at Sewer Experts for handling our project as a homeowner 1000 miles away. We’ve owned a home in the mountains outside of Idaho Springs for about 15 years, it is so hard to find good people willing to come up and service our various needs. Unfortunately we’ve experienced plumbing/sewer issues pretty much from the start. We finally got tired of having it constantly rodded out so we wanted to find the real problem. I called various companies and Melissa’s first response indicated to me she truly cared about our situation. She had asked if anybody had run a camera and filmed it to see what all was going on. She said before you spend big money on anyone coming up and redoing your sewer line she sent us to a company to jet wash it and then film it. This allowed her to see the line totally cleaned so she knew exactly what she would be dealing with. She quoted the job and worked with us on the timing so we could be sure to be out there for the work. The day came and they were there first thing in the morning and got straight to work. The crew was very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. At the end of the first day they had us temporarily hooked up so we could still spend the night at our house instead of a hotel. Best thing was they finished ahead of schedule avoiding another day of travel up the mountain which resulted in Melissa giving us a reduction on the quote! How often do you get that! Unfortunately Melissa is in a business where you hope to use them once and done because I’d love to work with them again on other projects. Thanks again Sewer Experts, awesome job.

If you’re looking for honesty, integrity and affordability, look no further than Sewer Experts. I will recommend this company every chance I get. I reached out to multiple companies in the Denver Metro area for quotes for a residential repair that was requested during a property sale. I had no idea what to expect. A couple companies provided quotes without a scope. A couple companies charged for a scope. A couple companies ghosted me. Then there was Sewer Experts. They responded to my request quickly and scoped the line so they could provide an accurate quote and recommendations at no cost to me. A special thanks to Kara who was incredibly helpful!

I don't usually post reviews online, but this company and my amazing experience using them has moved me to let others know how awesome they are. Every aspect of working with them at every step of the process was above and beyond. They are responsive, thorough, trustworthy, and professional. They replaced our sewer line from the house to the street. Their bid was better than 5 other companies who not only wanted to charge more for the same work, but also tried to get us to do unnecessary work which would have at least tripled the cost. I had a question after the job was done and instead of providing just an answer they had a crew out in less than a week to add more level dirt. They care. They are on top of things. They are patient. They communicated well and were upfront with me. And not just the owners. Their crews are amazing too. I can't recommend them highly enough.

If you are looking for excellent customer service don’t waste your time going anywhere but Sewer Experts!!! As a former owner of a 5 generation business I always prided myself in customer service. The entire team were a joy to work with. We live in a home that was built in 1959. The issue we have is our sewer line coming from our house was lower than the main. After a complete install the flow wasn’t acceptable. What is truly astounding is the fact that not only they dug down for the second time but installed a high tech injection pump at NO EXTRA COST to us!!! The system passed inspection with flying colors. From the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU!!!
