Tyler was very professional! Robert called and said he could get a tech out on Tuesday a day earlier than scheduled. I received a text Monday morning and 2 1/2 hours later I got another text saying my appointment was changed to Friday with no explanation. I will never use A&M’s service again. I give them a 0.

Dan was extremely helpful when I was unable to reach Sears to reschedule. There were no dates available on-line that worked for me, and no way to reach a customer service human being, leading to much frustration. I reached out to Dan and he was able to work it out in a timely manner. My appliance is fixed and I couldn't be happier! Thank you, Dan!!

The technician that came out the second and third visit was great, but I will not be using this company again. I would give a 5 star to the technician but 1 star to the company.

The first technician came out and asked my husband a couple questions and did not thoroughly inspect our washer. He ordered a part that would take a week to arrive and we had to pay for the part and labor up front - with a $50 clean and maintain fee that was not disclosed when the technician told my husband the price. The part arrived and an another technician came to install - it did not fix the problem as the thing that was actually broken was something entirely different. Had to have another part ordered and wait another week to have it installed. Had to pay the difference in price for part and labor plus ANOTHER clean and maintain fee of $50. Again this was not mentioned by the tech, and we only found this out by the invoices that were emailed with a breakdown after. For the second part we did not have to pay upfront but at this time of completion — why is this different with different technicians?? Finally the same tech came back again after the other part arrived and fixed our machine. He was great and we appreciate his work. However, the weeks our washer was down and the 3 days that I had to take off of work because the arrival window is all day is not ok. The fact that I was charged twice for a ‘clean and maintain fee’ that was not disclosed and my machine was not cleaned! and that you can call Sears and never get a live person to speak with is infuriating. you only get the automated system and the only real person is in the warranty department and will transfer you right back to the automated system that only allows you to schedule or cancel appointments. I would love to get refunded for the extra money I was charged but if I can't speak with a real person, what are my options? long story short, this was such a headache and I will not be using this company again.

I have never had such a bad experience. Sears was assigned to us by our home warranty. They scheduled us for appointments without contacting us to ask what worked. We would simply get emails that we needed to be home the next day between 8am and 5pm. The first time our technician cancelled and rescheduled for a few days later. On the rescheduled visit, the technician was delayed until after 6, when we were no longer available, so we were rescheduled to over a week later. That technician was delayed repeatedly until we eventually got a message that he was coming at 11pm. I wish I was kidding. We tried to call sears numerous times. It is an endless phone tree, and the only people you talk to will immediately transfer you to another phone teee. We were never able to talk to anyone who helped us. When we got the message that a technician would be at our house at 11pm and we couldn’t contact sears, we contacted our home warranty and cancelled the order. The technician then showed up at our house at 8:45pm when we weren’t home, didn’t do any work, and then tried to bill our warranty almost $300. Seems extremely unorganized, set up to screw the customer, and highly unethical.

I want to tell you that James is truly wonderful. I believe that I have been lucky enough to have time come out the last 5 falls to do the annual checkup on my furnace. He is very thorough and professional and kind. He takes the time to check on everything, he takes the time to show me things he is cleaning or fixing and explains the why. He is awesome!!!!!

We’ve had a terrible experience with Sears. We’ve been rescheduled 3 times with no explanation and absolutely no attempt to make it better. I’ve never had such a bad customer experience, this is my first negative review that I can remember writing about anything. We chose them because we wanted a quicker fix for our renters and they are open on weekends and I absolutely regret it. We will never use Sears for appliance repair again. I highly recommend using a different company even if it takes longer to schedule!

Daniel was a very nice technician. However, apparently he was not informed by his employers that the warranty for his service is not guaranteed for 90 days, but only 30 days. Plus, we never signed the service call, he just put a scribble in the area where the signature was made. We never got a copy of the service call either. Come to find out, we probably need a new drum for the washer and will have to pay to have a service man. come out for it and in addition have to pay for the drum. Very rude individual in the Customer Service Department and said there was not one else that I could speak with about this issue. These items were supposed to be taken care of by Sears but they refuse to do it. Do not recommend that anyone use Sears anymore and that is sad/

I had a confirmed 1:00 - 5:00 appointment time and was told I’d receive a call 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the technician. At 4:30 I called and was told the technician would arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 PM! I canceled the service and went with another company that kept their appointment time

While my tech Dan was professional and efficient, my overall experience was not great. My original appointment was last Thursday and while waiting in my home all day from 8am to 5pm which was the window that was given to me I finally received a text message at 6:53pm stating that my technician Daniel had come to my house and knocked on our door and one had answered so I would need to reschedule. First off, they had already missed the window with no communication, secondly he never showed up, we have cameras, third a little communication goes a long way, he didn’t even have the professional courtesy to that and then to lie to the warranty company and send us some blurry picture that I guess was supposed to be our front door. So I would give Dan 5 stars but but sadly that won’t be the case.

Charged me $225 to tell me that repairs will cost $750. I had to wait until the end of the day to be notified that the guy wouldn't be here until 5 PM, no other previous notice from Sears. Horribly overpriced at a time when I really did not need to be ripped off. I will make sure I tell people not to use Sears. It's not worth the money. And for the record, I called the number in their standard "we apologize" note below and got nothing but an endless selection that goes nowhere. They promise to replace the appliance if they can't fix it, and get around that promise by saying we can repair it for a crazy amount of money. What a bait and switch.

Jason was amazing! He called me in the morning to ask questions about my appliance. When he arrived, he immediately figured out what was wrong and gave me an estimate for repair and told me he had the part in his truck. Half an our later, my 30-year-old washer was working like new, and my matching dryer had been cleaned and inspected. I told him he's a genius. I'm so grateful. Thank you, Jason

Not only did our technicians move a stackable washer and dryer that were in a very tight space to get to the bottom of the problem but they were exceptionally gracious, professional and kind. They did an exceptional job explaining the problem to us and kept us informed while they reached out to Choice Home Warranty to try to navigate this problem. You're lucky to have men of this caliber representing the company I was extremely impressed!

I didn't have my warranty # but I was assured by Sears that I would be able to get a refund if I found the numbers. I tried to call an give them the number but was never able to reach a real person. The repair was great but the customer service is horrible!

I paid $140 for a visit that lasted less than 10 minutes. I let them know right away that I didn’t want to proceed with any evaluation and planned to go another route, but was still charged the full amount. Disappointing experience, felt like a waste of money for essentially a brief conversation.

Repairmen pleasant but could not repair 4-year old machine. Mostly tried to sell me an extended warranty plan. Will not buy Kenmore product again.

He did a great job. BUT he was to be there yesterday and no one told me so I waited around all morning. They then sent me a text that he would be here today and he was and he was good. But I could not call anyone and no one told me. Not so good. JAW

Your workers are GREAT. No problems with them. Your company is TERRIBLE. We were without a microwave from 11/24 through1/15. You have no reps in the country and Nothing can be resolved with you. Would not recommend your company to anyone who wants their appliance repaired.

Daniel, my Sears Technician, was kind enough to move his schedule around to accommodate my work hours since the Sears appointment page doesn’t give you the option. He arrived on time and inspected my wash machine. It turned out that there was nothing wrong, but his inspection gave me great peace of mind.
