PuroClean was the third restoration provider we met over the course of a water leak problem in our kitchen and they were definitely the best. They were referred to us by our insurance company. When others told us our entire kitchen had to basically be torn apart (including countertops, backsplash, plumbing and floor), PuroClean gave us a good plan that caused the least amount of disruption. Follow through was top notch and communication was helpful and frequent. First Nicola and his assistant came out and explained the process and took measurements. They were easy to understand and clear about what they would do. They recommended using an additional company, RenewMedic, to remove our cabinets without destroying the countertops, backsplash or plumbing. PuroClean would then follow up with flooring removal and drying and cleaning, doing whatever was necessary to make our kitchen usable again. It took a few weeks for us to make a decision along with our insurance company. PuroClean did not disappear; rather, they kept contact by message and email and once we gave them the green light they began work very quickly, setting up a neat enclosure and starting the drying process. Within a few days our cabinets were out and off to the shop to remake what needed to be done, and the drying and cleaning work of PuroClean was completed. After the work was completed the kitchen was left clean and neat. Additionally, the office professionals at PuroClean provide prompt and clear estimates, invoices and are available right away for any phone communication. I don’t usually write long reviews but I believe PuroClean deserves high praise for not only the excellent work they do, but the way they treat their customers. I will always recommend them in the future.

I could not be more pleased. I had a living room/dining room accent wall painted. Sabien didn't use any edging tools. He is that precise and artistic. It is absolutely beautiful. It sure doesn't hurt that both he and Jaya are just good people. I won't use anyone else in the future.

The painting crew that painted my house did an excellent job! The were courteous, very professional and cared about their work. I wasn't there the first two days but on the third day I was and first thing in the morning they asked me if there was anything I'd seen that needed attention. I pointed out two little spots and they took care of these immediately without any questions. At the end of the day we walked around the house and only found two additional spots that needed touching up - for a 3600 sq ft home this is remarkable. I've had numerous people walk by my house and comment on how nice the house looks. I'm recommending them to my neighbors and friends and would use them again!

As a General Contractor - getting quality labor on trades you don't normally have on staff is a problem. I've used Illusion of Kolors, Inc. for many properties we have worked on, including my own house. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Whatever the issue is, they can create a solution and get it taken care of in a very timely manner!

Awful horrible, would not recommend to anyone! Jake subbed out our exterior painting to non-english speaking company that taped their company logo on the side of their van. Tried to get them out of our house but they didn't understand what we were saying, even with sign language.
They came into the house and got paint all over the hardwood floors, left the doors and garage door open for two days during 60mph winds ( for 48 hours per the neighbors) and didn't do what was quoted. They also used our ladder and got paint all over it.
Then Jake shrugged it off, like nothing happened. I was mortified. We had showings on the home and found the house in disarray, not sure why they were in the house to begin with-again asking them to leave.
We had to scramble to clean their mess, fix drywall that broke from heavy winds, they even left their lunch garbage in our vacant house.
Then when it came time to pay, Jake tried to charge additional fees for not paying in cash. Very unprofessional, would give "minus stars" if available. I thought I did a good job checking reviews, wrong!

Jake talks a good story. His actions do not match his words. I should have known when he was 2 hours late for our 1st appointment, "he forgot", and didn't even call, that I should go elsewhere. He apologized and said he would do an excellent job. He did not supervise the crew and neither did the other person he said would also be supervising. He admitted they both left. They did not finish prep and painted over loose paint, all in one day. He had one week to paint the trim and gutters on my brick home. He tried to do it in one day and on top of all of the errors he even painted everything the wrong color. He was supposed to paint the house the exact same colors that were on it. He painted everything the 3rd minor trim accent color, beige, over the cream and the green that were there. He then said he made a mistake. How can a professional painter who is to paint the same colors and was given paint cans with the formulas make a mistake with every single stroke of paint? I then gave him 2 days to fix it. We agreed on Friday and Saturday Oct 14 & 15, 2016. I took off work so that there would be no error. He did not want me to oversee his painting and ran off. He said he didn't need to be micro managed AFTER painting everything the wrong color. His head man took the light fixture and other items with him as if I had given them to him. Jake then said he would bring them back. They next day he tried to say they were not taken despite admitting the day before that Jose took them since I was replacing them. I have him on tape admitting the supervisor took the items and would bring them back. I did not say they could keep the items to be replaced. They stole from me, painted the wrong colors, did not show up when scheduled and ran off the days they agreed to fix everything. I went outside and they were gone. Nothing said, just gone. DO NOT HIRE JAKE. I have posted pictures of what he calls finished work.

Jared's crew painted the exterior of my home. He came out and gave me a quote that was very affordable. His crew was on time every day and got the job done in a timely manner. The house looks great and his customer service skills are wonderful. If you have any concerns regarding the project he will address and fix.

The guys at Illusion of color where outstanding on this project! They walked me thru the job in a professional detailed oriented manner that made me feel comfortable and informed in the processes it took to paint my home. Jake and guys only confirmed it by the amount of prep on my home even before one brush stroke was painted. Plants and other hardware around the home where protected and the house was throughly scraped and power washed. As for the finished product my home has become an inspiration in the neighborhood on how color can change the vibe of a once dreary looking home. Jacob and his crew were great. Jacob came out to give an estimate the same day I contacted him. The estimate was fair and they were able to start right away. They quickly finished and it looks great. Definitely recommend Illusion of Kolors!
