This is the number one commercial company in Colorado. There is no other commercial company like it in this State. This 5-star review doesn't really help what's already know!

I have called rk over the years and been treated with respect and in a courteous manner. I have been satisfied with their responsiveness. I have had only positive interactions.

Some of the worst craftsmanship from all trades. Been behind them numerous times to fix their mistakes. Worked on some of the same jobsites and was actually appalled at their lack of knowledge for the craft they represent.

Asked for help with several HVAC systems at our hotels. Submitted paperwork and never heard back from them. what a joke. Use Major HVAC They actually got back to me and tried to help. Service is a joke. Worked with them when I built hotels and they were a joke then and they are a joke now.

Dominick from their electric service group came by on a Sunday afternoon with almost all of my power out, my freezers dead and heating, and all of my frozen food at risk of melting.

First Dominick tracked down a circuit breaker nobody knew about, then he found the fuse we needed replaced, and was already on the phone with the after hours places trying to shop for this fuse we needed.

After shopping around for an hour or so he realized that the part wasn’t in stock anywhere in town.

At this point, almost anyone would have went home and pushed it to tmrw because, after all, the part isn’t available. It would have been reasonable and I would have lost an entire restaurant of food.

Eventually it was night time and instead of going home Dominick offered to rewire my entire circuit box so I would be able to save my food overnight.

He fixed everything and because of him I saved an enormous amount on labor and food.

The absolute best customer service I have ever gotten. The epitome of “above and beyond”.

To make it even more over the top, Dominick was in the middle of smoking a brisket when he got our call and he interrupted his own family dinner plans to save our restaurant.

I can’t stress what a lifesaver this was and I can’t recommend these guys enough. They take real pride in what they do.

Poor Experience with Plumbing Dispatchers

My experience with RK Industries, LLC specifically their plumbing dispatch department was extremely disappointing. The dispatchers were disorganized, unresponsive, and at times outright rude. Getting a clear answer on scheduling or even basic updates was like pulling teeth. Calls were often not returned, and when they were, the information provided was inconsistent or incorrect.

It felt like there was a complete lack of communication between the dispatchers and the technicians, which led to multiple missed appointments and delays that could’ve easily been avoided. When I voiced my concerns, the attitude from the dispatch team was dismissive and unprofessional.

I expected more from a company of this size. Until they improve their internal coordination and customer service especially in dispatch I won’t be using or recommending their plumbing services again.
