We contacted this company regarding the demo of some concrete steps in order to put in a deck. Ernie was friendly, he was early to the meeting to check out our project, and quick with a quote. The day of the job, he was here bright and early with another friendly and professional gentleman and they got right to work. I am particularly impressed with how well they cleaned up the site and didn't leave pieces of concrete around the yard and driveway. They did great work, we are very satisfied and would hire them again! Thanks Ernie and Company!

Ernie and his company were fantastic to work with. Absolutely top notch experience with a construction company. Ernie was prompt, friendly, offered competitive and affordable pricing, and showed up on time, if not early for the job. Him and his crew member were professional, efficient, and did an amazing job for us, including thorough cleanup on the job site. Would absolutely use him again, and I have no doubt he has the ability to handle much larger jobs than what he did for us. Would highly recommend to others.

Ernie and his team were awesome. They just remodeled our kitchen and back patio and we are thrilled with the quality work. They were professional, on time, and really cared about the quality of the work. Ernie is very easy to communicate with and always made sure we were happy with the work. If I could give Ernie and his team 10 stars, I would! In a challenging market where none of the 10+ contractors I contacted were available, Ernie, the owner, himself came to my house to assess the work, was prompt in sending me a quote, and was able to schedule me in 2 months later. Everyone else I talked to was booked for the next 6+ months! Ernie had estimated 4 weeks to complete the work at my house but his team completed it in 2. They were there every day working long hours to get the job done quickly, while paying attention to the quality. I'm a picky and detail-oriented person, and saw no flaws in Ernie's team's work. Ernie communicated well during the entire job and ensured everything was completed to my satisfaction. 15/10 would recommend Ernie and his team for any home renovation/remodel work! Gamiel and his crew(s) are absolutely incredible! They essentially gutted the top floor of my early 1900's house (electrical, plumbing, knocking out walls, etc.) and renovate while still keeping the character of the house. They also built a fantastic deck in the backyard, so they can truly do it all. I will definitely continue to work with them on any future projects!

The staff at LCS are great to work with. Some companies try to make construction seem complicated so they can surprise you with change orders after they get started, but at LCS it's the opposite. I've done multiple projects with them and they have always given me straightforward, detailed pricing and then done everything they can to stay within budget even as the unavoidable bumps in the road happen as they typically do on remodels. I have recommended them many times to friends and family and continue to do so.

We are so happy with Michael's work. He takes such pride in his project and it reflects on it. Also, Michael stuck with his schedule; always on time and always courteous. We are definitely going to use him for the remodeling of our master bath. Thanks Micheal and AJ.

Enrich Remodeling remodeled my entire house! Bathroom, kitchen, entry, living room area and more. Mike installed new doors, relocated new washer dryer,
completely resurfaced the existing hard woods and stained them a new color.

Mike relocated toilet, installed new can lighting, installed all new fans and fixtures and even braced the floor for the install of a 350 gallon aquarium.

From plumbing, to drywall, paint to tile, electric to appliance install it’s a one stop shop! Service was impeccable, price was right. Thanks for the great turnaround time quick, easy and honest what more could you ask for?

I have used Enriched Remodeling for my whole house at this point. I started with my kitchen back two years ago and was so impressed with the level of expertise. I had Michael help me with finishing my basement, move walls, add walk in closets and making a bigger second bathroom.

Urban Renovators does a lot of work in our neighborhood, Northfield portion of Central Park in Denver. I saw their signs in lots of lawns and decided to get with them for our basement buildout.

We added a bedroom, bathroom, office/craft room, and a gym. Ricardo, the owner, came up with an awesome layout, that fit the space well. Pricing came through and was fair and competitive with the other quotes we received.

The best part was that once permitted, the PM team took over and handled it. Amazing communication on schedules, shutdowns (water and electrical), and work on the horizon.

UR impressed me that when they said something would be done, it was done, done correctly, and done well. We didn’t need to bug UR to finish - they stayed on it until it was done.

I highly suggest using UR for your remodel and basement buildout needs.
