Everyone we dealt with at CODA were quality people. It started with a conversation with the owner, Mark. While three other construction companies were making excuses about how delayed our project would be due to supply issues, Mark had solutions and could start immediately. Whenever an issue came up during the construction process, CODA's team had solutions ready for us immediately after the issue was identified. They never left us hanging. From the top management, Mark and Jennifer, to the Project Manager, Kristen, to the Super, Kevin, these people are kind, professional, competent, helpful and most importantly, available any time we needed them. We will use CODA again in the future and highly recommend them.

Scott and Tom Disney are awesome to work with! Sandstone Construction completed a 921 sq.ft. build-out for my new State Farm office in Edgewater. I was impressed with their professionalism when I initially was getting bids on the job and they did not fail to carry that professionalism throughout the whole process. This was my first experience on a project of this type and I was so thankful I had Scott and Tom handling the job. I literally did not have to take care of anything outside of picking finishes and colors. They were proactive about dealing with the city during this uncertain time of COVID -19, with regard to permits and inspections, constantly making sure the approvals were moving along. They handled the requirements of my landlords to ensure that they had everything they needed to get approvals. Tom was on site to make sure everything was handled properly, even with my other contractors who were installing equipment, telephones and internet. I was so pleased with their quality work and were absolutely so easy to work with. When I had a question/problem, they always had a variety of solutions. Sandstone Construction, Scott and Tom are top notch! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys for making my office look great!

Sandstone is the best! In a world full of GC’s that just take your money and let the project fall how may, sandstone always makes a schedule and keeps the all of the subcontractors apprised of the situation and circumstances. Excellent company to work with.
