We used Bryan and his team to update the front of our 1890 victorian home and they did an AMAZING job!! My husband and I wanted to make sure to keep the character of the home while updating our awning and Bryan came up with the perfect design. He also installed the most beautiful fence. We couldn't be happier and will be using Seawolf for all our future renovations.

Bryan completed extensive interior and exterior work on my residence
with zeal, thoroughness and tenacity. He was a true detective in finding the source of a roof leak. Bryan was tenacious with my home insurance company, being complete with a paper trail and clear photos; further, he was exacting with city regulations. This contractor does his utmost to do perfect work. His word is good as gold.

Bryan came out to give me a quote for a carport. He was so very pleasant and professional that I immediately liked him. He promised that I would be taken care of, that he would do a great job and that he stay with my project till it was finished. He came through like a champ. He did everything he promised. Being a single woman people usually don’t follow through with their promises or they don’t come back. Bryan was absolutely by far the best I have ever had. My friends were jealous as it took 3 yrs do do a remodel on their home as the crew would be gone for weeks. I can not recommend Bryan and his company high, they would get higher than 5 stars if I could do it.

Bryan was very professional and knowledgeable during our kitchen and bathroom remodel. He guided us through our first remodel project and explained all the options that we should consider. He managed all the subcontractors on the project and followed up to make sure their work was up to his standards. His work crews were on time, courteous and skilled.

Bryan and his team remodeled our entire basement and were amazing. Bryan helped us come up with plans that fit perfectly into our budget and offered his expertise throughout the process. He and his team were very communicative. They even finished weeks ahead of schedule! Highly recommend!!

Bryan helped me out with a master bath remodel in my 70's home in Golden. He and his crew did an amazing job! Highly recommended!!! He was affordable and timely and even helped with the design and obtaining materials. Awesome!!! No more green tile and yellow tub. HA

I remodeled our master bath with Seawolf in the summer of '24 and 9 months later I'm still so glad with the results. They turned a shabby small bathroom into my vision of a nod to Art Deco. The tile work is perfect, the plumbing installs all worked as needed. Replacement of electrical fixtures went well. And during the job Bryan and the guys were all really pleasant to work with. I felt comfortable with his crew at my house. I hope to revisit Seawolf when I'm ready to remodel other bathrooms or a kitchen.

We had Bryan and his team remodel the entire first level of our house. They did a really great job and were really nice when I continued to add things on to the project. Bryan was always willing to meet with us to discuss issues and he does everything he can to meet deadlines and stay within your budget. He also gave us a great cabinet contact to use (The Holder Group) - they are AMAZING. Something else that is great about Bryan - he is committed to the project, even after it is completed. If you have odds and ends that pop up after the project is done (as is normal), he comes with his team right away to address these issues. I would recommend him!

Bryan said one month project and it was done exactly in a month. Project completed as promised with high quality and he made our dream come true with the kitchen remodel. Why we chose Seawolf was for one single reason at the beginning and that was Bryan’s input and collaboration into the project. 10/10.
