Great job, as always. Always pleased with how nice/clean my house looks. Both gals got the whole place clean. Forgot to add … thanks for the Gingerbread music box with gingerbread cookies. Most appreciated.

Cleaners showed up 2 hours late and were not responsive to any calls prior to their arrival. Although they did a good job with the clean I would not recommend this company given their lack of responsiveness and reliability.

The cleaning was good and I have a lot of wood work in my house and they wiped everything down like I asked. I took stars off because they did break a tchotchke I had, they didn't do the ceiling/ ceiling fan in the kitchen that had loads of cobwebs, and they didn't end up charging my card for the work for well over a month.

I have used First Class Housekeeping for years and they consistently do an amazing job! The last cleaning I had was one of the best ever - keep up the great work!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. After not cleaning the carriage house that was noted to be cleaned, they sent a second crew out who AGAIN did not clean the carriage house and cleaned the house that was cleaned by their company the day before. The third time they came out to clean they finally got the carriage house, but managed to damage our counter tops and will not return our calls. Have tried calling multiple times and have left messages, and can not reach anyone.

They were amazing. I haven’t deep cleaned my house in over 3 months and the ladies did a way better job in a 2 hour time period than I could have done in 8 hours. I can’t wait to enjoy my clean house now

I used this company for a deep clean. I specifically asked for them to focus on the grout on the kitchen floor. They didn’t even attempt to clean it. Not only that but the bathroom grout wasn’t cleaned very well either. I wouldn’t call it a deep clean, more of just a standard cleaning not worth the amount I paid.
Edit because I found the remote that they misplaced.

I have been working First Class Housekeeping and Maid Service for a couple of years now. I have a regular group of girls who clean monthly and always impress me with their quality of service and attention to detail. I can depend on them to be on time and meticulous in my space! So thankful for First Class Housekeeping and Maid Service!!!

I was so impressed with the service provided recently at my home. My house has never looked better, I have tried several other housekeeping companies but have never been particularly impressed. First Class Housekeeping, and especially the ladies who cleaned my home, are the best!

It took a while to find a service that accepts AMEX. I was happy to finally find this outfit. I made an appointment to get my house cleaned on a Saturday morning. I made the gal aware that I would not be there and that I had a lock box. Sunday comes around and I find out that no one showed up. I had no missed calls, voice mails, text messages, or emails. I finally got an answer on Monday that the snow was too high and they claim to have attempted to reach out to me several times. They sent me an email Monday saying exactly this. Almost as if they are calling me a liar that I was unreachable. Obviously they had the wrong number. No one bothered to reach out and double check contact info. I just need my house cleaned so that I can rent it. Now I have to find another way to procure a very basic service.

Final charges were 2.5x initial estimates (no way that should have been the case, based on the amount of work). Appointment time was pushed 30 minutes later the day of, and when the crew got there the scheduler called saying I had canceled (I had not). The crew did a great job cleaning but for the final price I would not have booked this service.

I used this service for quite a while for an Airbnb we have. They have actually done a great job but are sometimes hard to reach. This week they didn’t show up, respond to texts or phone calls. It’s unfortunate, as I enjoyed their services and have left them a good review in the past. However I cannot recommend a company that doesn’t show up or respond.

Had a great experience with Stacy and her team of house cleaners and carpet cleaners. We used First Class for a move out house clean and carpet clean and the money was well spent. Would highly recommend to anyone needing these services!

A great experience every time. They come, are swift, and the place looks great every time. My kids LOVE the turndown service. They work around the dogs with ease.

Where I cannot speak on previous reviews talking about tardiness or unresponsiveness, I hired this company and the people I interacted with were professional and hard at work for every minute they were in my apartment. Shoutout specifically to Evelyn, Shelly, and Jenny. Honestly might be contracting this server for a monthly or bi-weekly cleaning given how good things went.

I needed an urgent cleaning last minute notification for my STR business and First Class saved the day. They were very professional and understanding. Showed up very quickly and the cleaners did an excellent job.

Very satisfied today with my deep cleaning. Yesterday was unacceptable and the owner Stacy understood. The A team showed up next day and resolved everything. Company is doing their best to run a good business. They called me immediately after my bad review and did everything in their power to correct it. Greatly appreciated.

I was referred to First Class by a friend who is super picky and runs the operations of a real estate agency. I knew they would be good and they didn’t disappoint, even though expensive ($82/hr for 2 people). I recently had a bed bug issue from the neighbor next door and I just wanted it done so I could move back in. They cranked out in 2.5 hours what would have taken me all day. I was super impressed. I’m so grateful to Stacy and my ladies Lucia and Rita. They’ve helped put an end to a horrible chapter of my life.

EDIT: Changing my review to ONE star. They STILL have not followed up with me THREE WEEKS LATER. *STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY*

I’ve used this service twice. The first time was great. The second time was challenging. When I booked the second time, they asked me to call them to confirm - I couldn’t do that so they got my details over email (they also asked me for my email address over email which was bizarre?).

I got my confirmation…and then they didn’t show up. 20 minutes after the arrival window was up, they still hadn’t arrived. I called countless times. Emailed. Nothing. It’s 24 hours later and I still haven’t heard back. They did eventually come, but if I hadn’t left the door open - which I wasn’t thrilled about doing - they wouldn’t have been able to get in. What is the point of an arrival window when you are arriving well outside of it and no one is picking up the phone or responding to emails?

The cleaning was fine, but the customer service (or lack there of) was so comedically bad that I can’t see myself using their services again.

The entire team at First Class is amazing! They do such a wonderful, thorough job! Sandra and Monica are my favorite and always bring chocolates for me or treats for my pups. I never review on google, but they are that good that I had to! I use them for my birthday-weekly cleans and my deep clean when I Sold my house. Use them!! You will NOT be disappointed

I hired first class cleaners for 3 months. The cleaners were ok. All the other reviews are correct, the pricing and communication is horrible. You will be told one price and billed a different amount. Every week the price would be incorrect, extra hours added on to the time they actually cleaned(we have cameras so we can see when they come and go), Incorrect pricing for the amount of cleaners. The final straw for us was when they told us they would bill us for two cleaners since that is what we requested going forward but on the day of the cleaning they showed up with three cleaners. I called and asked why they sent three cleaners they stated it was a mistake and we would only be charge us for two cleanings. But of course we received a bill for three cleaners! Stay far away for this company. Stacy and the business side for the company are awful.
