Jay is fantastic…. Never thought my carpets would come back, but his process made them look new again. Highly recommended!

Stellar Jay’s carpet cleaning was amazing! Process was very easy and professional. We have an older dog that has been having little accidents here and there so Jay used a special enzyme shampoo that takes away the odor. I love that the products they use are all plant based so they’re safe for our pets and children. I’m so happy to know I can hire a wonderful and reliable carpet cleaning service! Oh and I really loved that it is a low moisture process so it dried quickly.

Jay did an amazing job on our carpets - so much careful attention to detail! Our carpets basically looked brand new when he was finished and the stubborn pet stains are gone. We’ll be hiring him again for sure!! Five stars!

Jay did such a great job with our home. We had permanent marker in our son’s room for years and he was able to get it out. Nobody else had been able to get it out. We also had a bunch of pet stains and Jay was able to get rid of all the stains and odors. Everything looks great. Jay is professional to work with and has even followed up with me to make sure the carpets still look/smell great.

Stellar Jay was fast, effective, and reasonably priced. Our carpet hasn’t looked this nice since we laid it down six years ago! I really liked that Jay used a low-water and eco-friendly method of cleaning, so it didn’t leave a chemical smell. He was able to remove even stubborn stains that I had spot treated in the past. Would definitely hire Stellar Jay again.

Jay did an amazing job on our carpets and rug. He was available the day we needed. He was on time, courteous, clean and the carpets look fantastic. They smell so fresh and non toxic. Jay did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. He got some very stubborn stains out that we thought were impossible. I can’t recommend him enough.

Jay did a great job cleaning the carpets in two of our bedrooms, one of which had numerous stains from our elderly cat before she passed. He used a plant-based enzymatic cleaner and after a couple weeks there was little to no odor remaining. Pricing was very reasonable and he even called to check in to make sure the treatment worked. Jay knows carpet! And he excels at communicating what he is doing and why. He has every piece of proper, professional gear he needs and knows how to operate it.

The process was simple and surprisingly unobtrusive. If you are delaying having your carpet cleaned because you think it is a complicated inconvenience, don’t! Jay makes it easy.

He even deftly removed a big glob of candle wax. You can’t even tell it was ever there!

We had several pet stains that are now gone with no evidence of ever having existed. Our carpets look and feel brand new again.

We recently had our home carpets cleaned by Stellar Jay and are so happy to find such a great local carpet cleaning service. Jay (owner) was incredibly responsive and accommodating and did an amazing job. We rescued a puppy a year ago and I’m impressed at how well the puppy-training pet stains came out! We’ll absolutely use Stellar Jay again for the quality, affordability, and customer service we received.

Jay cleaned all of our upstairs carpet, the carpet on our stairs to the basement ( which gets notoriously dirty) and 2 area rugs. He did an extremely thorough job at cleaning but also explaining the process that he uses which is very eco-friendly, pet safe and also removes deep, ingrained pet hair, dander and dirt. We have 2 large dogs so our floors get really dirty!
Jay was punctual, polite and communicative! I strongly recommend Stellar Jay Carpet cleaning and we will be referring him and using him again in the future!

Jay did an excellent job deep cleaning my basement carpet. After having foundation work done, there was a lot of concrete dust embedded in the carpet, and he completely removed it. He also took care of the pet dander and got rid of the stale smell that had been there for a long time. The carpet looks and smells fresh again. Very professional, thorough, and worth every penny. Highly recommend Jay if you need a deep carpet cleaning done right.
