This is an easy review to write. Fernanda and Santiago were great. There were very nice, on time, efficient, and most important - my house looks great. And with a black haired dog that sheds like she is paid to do it, that is no easy task.

Would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly be booking again.

I’ve used a few different cleaning services before and none are quite like HHH. Starting from booking, it was so convenient to schedule a service online. The entire team was so responsive and I loved getting reminder notifications of when to expect the team.

Now the actual cleaning itself, we got a deep clean done and the team was so thorough. Mathew and Courtney were so kind and communicative and put our minds at ease. I had problems trying to clean the hard water stains on our shower and after they were done it looks brand new again!

My husband and I work from home so we had to bounce around Mathew and Courtney, but they were so understanding about it. They also so understanding with our pups barking at first, sniffing them, etc.

10/10 would recommend and will definitely be booking with them again.

Courtney and her team went above and beyond to make my house ready to be sold. They also found some minor repairs that need to be completed that I wasn't aware of and I really appreciate the information they gave me.

So far, so good! I've used other cleaning services and I appreciate the pricing transparency that I receive with HHH. Great communication, great follow-through. Thanks to Zach and Austin who did my clean today. Floors look outstanding!

**edit 12/16/25 - still going strong. Jennifer has been cleaning for us for a little over a year and her attention to detail is phenomenal!!

Rachelle did an amazing job and my apartment looks super clean!! She is also very nice!

I’ve used HHH off and on over the years and always think they do a great job. They’re super easy to book online, and know exactly what you’re going to get. I love all the different services they offer, and that you can just book according to your budget. I’ll definitely continue to use them!

We booked a deep clean and were left disappointed with the quality of service we received. There were areas that were clearly not swept, mopped, or cleaned.

Stefan was very responsive to my feedback when I called and did offer a 15% discount on our service. That said, the house was not well cleaned - let alone deep cleaned - for a service that cost over $400. The team that came was on time and respectful, but only spent 3.5 hours on our house and told us that was all the time they had allotted for our job.

We recently started with Gabrielle and she's fantastic. Quick, thorough, professional, friendly, engages with our daughter without slowing down when she comes home from school. We cannot recommend her enough!
