They didn’t show up THREE times in a row. I gave them many opportunities because I understand things happen. In the third time I call and asked if they would for sure show up because they stood me so many times and he assured me that they would be out... guess what? Never showed! I had to pay employees to be at the store 3 hours early for them each time! Only to get stood up!

Have tried many services and this one is most definitely my favorite and have been using them ever since!! Came on time every time and leaves kitchen spotless!! Definitely recommend!!

I am writing to share my extremely frustrating and costly experience with this company. On April 14, their staff came to clean my restaurant's hood. During the process, they dropped the hood from the roof to the ground. Instead of being honest, they lied and covered up the truth. Their employee told us that some wires had accidentally come loose during cleaning. Understanding that accidents happen, we tried to be reasonable and called an electrician to come in on the next business day.

We spoke with a supervisor over the phone, and he agreed to give us a $190 discount to cover the electrician's cost. We accepted this and paid $500 to clean the one non-working fan. However, when the electrician arrived the next day, he discovered that the issue was not just loose wires – the hood was completely broken. We were then forced to order a new one.

Because of their deception, we ended up hiring an electrician instead of a specialized repair technician, costing us an extra $600 in labor and wasting valuable time. It took 10 days to receive the new exhaust hood. A restaurant cannot operate without a functioning exhaust system, so we were forced to close for 10 days, resulting in significant business loss. In total, we spent $2,900 on the new unit and installation.

Throughout this period, I was in contact with their manager, who assured me they had insurance and would cover all the costs. However, it turned out they did not actually have any insurance – a clear sign of an uncompliant and irresponsible business. As soon as I sent them the invoices, they disappeared completely. I called again on April 19, and they offered two free cleanings as compensation. I reluctantly agreed.

On September 26, when I tried to schedule the cleaning, they denied ever agreeing to it. I provided them with chat records and all the bills, and they finally "agreed" again, promising to come on September 29 at 1:00 PM. Then, at 12:20 PM on September 29, I received a text saying they would not be coming that day – or ever again.

This company is unreliable, dishonest, and operates without proper insurance or compliance. Their actions cost me thousands of dollars, forced my restaurant to close for 10 days, and wasted my time for months. Do not make the same mistake I did – avoid this unlicensed and untrustworthy company at all costs.
