Absolutely unbelievable. Hired Broom the Room for a "deep clean" at $290. First red flag: only ONE person showed up. $290 for a single cleaner. Let that sink in.

Then she has the audacity to demand an extra $150 on the spot for "build up" and "clutter." No mention of this during booking. No pricing tiers disclosed. No conditions. Nothing. Just a surprise shakedown at my front door.

We have a biweekly cleaning service, we only called these people because our regular team was booked for the holidays. Our home is in completely normal condition. This company saw an opportunity to exploit people scrambling for last-minute holiday cleaning and took it.

Now it's December 29th and I'm stuck trying to find someone else before the new year. Thanks for wasting my time and ruining my plans.

This is a textbook bait-and-switch operation. Quote one price, show up understaffed, then squeeze customers for more money when they're desperate and don't have time to find an alternative. Predatory and disgusting.
Hire literally anyone else.

We have done a deep and then standard cleaning. We are trying out the recurring service. The deep cleaning was very good to start with and would recommend if going to do a recurring service. It did not include vents which I wish you could add on dusting vents. Fridge and stove is also extra charge add ons for services.

For the standard: Overall pretty good. We have a hard time knowing what is included in the standard cleaning because we are new. One bed was straightened up but the other two weren't. There was a cleaning product used on the kitchen counter that left a white residue and we had to clean it off. The fridge cleaning was very nice!

Our cleaners did a phenomenal job. Our home looked and felt so much cleaner. It really helped us to spend time as a family

It was easy for scheduling I usually use a subscription cleaning service but I definitely love this better! Now let me go over the cleaning! It is amazing and neat exactly how I need it for 5-star rating short term rentals. No explanation was needed for the cleaner getting things done. I will definitely be booking again going forward with Broom The Room!
