Terribly run company!!! I was supposed to have an appt at 9am no one called me to tell me they were running late. I called at 9:15 at 9:25 they said that they would be there in 30mins and told me they would give me a discount but hung up on me before telling me what that would even be. At 10:10 they owner answered and sounded surprised they still weren’t here I was explaining my frustration and why I wanted to cancel and while talking he hung up again. Wow poor communication and service! I will highly recommended contacting anyone else!

We have been using Miracle Maids now for over 5 years. We have a 3 level 3500 sq ft house which they clean from top to bottom in no time at all. The rate with us has been 20$ an hour for an average of three hours work. Though they will often come in crews of two or three and get the job done in half the time for the same price. We have them come twice a month and it is so worth it! Our maids have begun to feel like family and I have to highly recommend that if you use this service you ask for Janiths crew. She is amazing, and her crew is amazing! I can't speak for the other crews Miracle Maids uses, so I would stick to Janiths crew. Whoever she sends will be awesome. Christina is the one she regularly sends to us when she is not personally supervising a team. Wonderful woman exceptionally sweet and trustworthy. Cannot rate this team any higher! Five stars!

I noticed that someone reviewing this service rated them a one and accused them of stealing. Let me just say that is hogwash. I can't speak for who they used, but our girls have been with us forever and never stole a thing. We have tons of valuables everywhere and never once had an issue. Don't believe this guy. Somebody else probable stole his stuff and he used the maid service as a scapegoat. Typical.

They have been a reliable and professional service for several months now. Their crews at prompt, friendly, and thorough. They have done a great job with general cleaning and in preparation for large events. They have typically been a crew of two and are able to clean everything we want in the 3 total man-hour special.

If you are looking for an affordable move out option this is it. I have used them twice for moveout and am very pleased. The owner can be hard to communicate with at first but the workers do a great job, are friendly and the price is extremely fair. Trust me, your time and security deposit are worth giving them a call.

Horrible customer service from the owner. Staff left without cleaning the shower, bathtub, railings, most of the baseboards, a few countertops and windows. After inquiring as to why these areas were left unclean, the owner stated that they cut it short because of the price we agreed to without any notice. When asking for a refund, he began threatening legal action and filing a mechanics lien... after I paid him. What a joke of a business and owner.

This experience was a disaster. First of all, the manager is rude and unprofessional. There was considerable confusion around what services were to be provided and what time the cleaners would arrive. The first team arrived a little early and then, about 10 minutes later, a second team arrived. This is a company that can't keep track of its teams.
The cleaning team did not follow my instructions and washed my hardwood floors with water before I caught them and stopped them. They had been instructed to simply vacuum the floors. I also had to provide paper towels and a garbage bag for them. When I checked, they had taken my paper towel roll with them. This company should not be in business.

I have used Miracle Maids for close to 3 years now. Ever since my wife died. I have to keep the house clean by myself. They do an excellent job for me. I use them as needed, sometimes its twice a month, sometimes more often. They do a thorough job and I am very pleased.

We hired them to do a vacancy clean. We were quoted about 2 hours. When they arrive with 2 maids they then quoted us twice the time (4 hours). They arrived 30 minutes late. And we went down to see if they had arrived or not and found them sitting in the car eating their lunch. I'm not apposed to people taking a lunch break (in fact I encourage it), but at the very least let the customer know: "I need to eat my lunch." But instead we are waiting for them to arrive. Even though they told us it would take 4 hours to clean. We told them we can only afford 2 hours. They responded, "We can finish in 2 hours." (what? I thought you said 4 hours). They started at 2:10 and stopped at 3:50 (1.6 hours total) and charged for 2 hours and not much was finished. One maid was on her phone about 50% of the time and couldn't speak any english (took a 5 minute video for proof if needed). The other maid spoke a little bit of english and worked diligently. The guy that coordinates the business seems to speak more than listen. And when I try to explain something to him, he keeps talking over me. I got into an argument with him about what he estimated a 1 bedroom, 650 sq ft apartment would cost for a vacancy clean. He estimated 2 hours. When I called him 4 hours they are quoting me (see above), he said he doesn't give estimates. After trying to get him to stop talking and interrupting me and allow me to explain. He finally said he gave an estimate for 2 hours. It was like speaking to a teenager. The price was fair, but still overcharged for the work they accomplished. I could have done the work by myself in 3 hours (I could have done the work they accomplished in 2 hours and they had 2 people). I would probably pay more for a service that would treat me better and respect the service that they themselves provide.

Expect a poor cleaning and your things to be stolen. We used this company for many months mainly because one of their cleaners had broken an antique plate and we were waiting to be reimbursed for the damages. On our last cleaning with them, we noticed many items around our house went missing including a phone charger and a gift certificate. Just unbelievable how dishonest some people can be.

Use at your own risk.

Such a disappointment . I ignored the bad reviews and figured I'd give this place a chance. I was really excited all week to have help cleaning my place. Then on the day and time they were supposed to arrive, an hour went by, two hours went by, finally after three hours of being late I called a different company. Such bad first and last impression. Here's the thing, if you want to dedicate your life/career to cleaning other people's messes, you should really clean up your own first.

I have used Miracle Maids in the past and have been a client for years on and off. The cleaning has been adequate. I wouldn't call it fantastic, but for the price of $60, you get what you pay for. It's ran and owned by one guy named George Capalado.

This last time my roommate set up the cleaning and since I live the closest I agreed I'd go let them in when they came between 11 and 11:30. They contacted my roommate at 11:25 and he called my cell...which I had on silent. Once I saw that I had missed them I rushed home and immediately called George to apologize and reschedule and make good.

All the sudden the call dropped, so I called him right back. Turns out the call didn't drop at all. He answered and proceeded to complain about how I had cost him half hour, etc then hung up on me again. All the while, I'm trying to tell him, hey George, I'll pay you for an hour extra since I burned half hour of your crew's time. I'm very sorry for the mistake. It was mine. I'll pay extra. He hangs up on me again. I write this crappy review. Hang up on a customer 3 times while they're trying to pay YOU for your mistake... no thanks.

Used Miracle Maid service multiple times for a move out cleaning , urgent spill cleaning and maintenance clean of office and apartment. They are phenomenal and when recommend their service to all. They have been late most times, but always do a stellar and complete job.

I called Miracle Maids today since i was moving out of my apartment. I agree with a previous reviewer that for the price, they have done a pretty good job. I'd no complaints - the folks were friendly, came on-time and cleaned up particularly the kitchen and bathroom really well. I'd recommend this to anyone who's looking for a good economical house cleaning service in Denver.

I called in to schedule a maid service and was greeted by a gentlemen who promptly told me "I'll deal with it in the morning, I'm closing" (it was 30+ minutes til closing). I strongly recommend ANY other maid service in Denver,, and will ensure to let my friends know of this absolutely atrocious customer service.

This company lies, lies lies! Male who called said. Would call 20mins before show up. Not true, workers just show up there and upset they had to wait.. Said will not charge until done. Also not true. Charged card 10 minutes after got off phone. Before job even done. Lied said workers getting $25 a hours. Asked the workers how much they get was told $18. Nothing honest about this company. Save yourself hassles and lies by going somewhere else.

I love this place. I've used them three times now and twice it was on super short notice. I have a 450 square foot (studio sized) one bedroom and they let me do the 2hour special for $50. SO worth it. I've had different people come different times, and both times it was fricken spotless for $50, and they made my bed too which I've never had with a housecleaner. I would be paying $130 for the big chains.

Today I had two other cleaning places tell they could come and do a deep cleaning on a kitchen and never showed. Miracle Maids popped up on Google and I called and to my surprise they had a sameday appointment open. They showed up time and super friendly. Did exactly what I asked. Will definitely use again. Super reliable!

I paid for two employees for two hours to clean an empty, 700 sqft apartment. They showed up almost three hours late. I left to run an errand and returned an hour later and both were gone. They were asked to clean the entire place but left the appliances, bathroom, window seals, and floor untouched. Basically only wiped down the counters and sinks. Spoke with the employee who coordinates the appointments. He said he would issue me a refund for the extra hour but never did.

They've done a great job when they have come over. I recently called and requested a cleaning to be done very quickly, and the dispatcher kindly squeezed me into the schedule. They were communicative and prompt. I highly recommend them and I will be using their service again!
