Do not use this service. They tried to scam me and lie to cover it up. The first time they came, they charged me for 5 hours. I couldn't believe it at first, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they house was dirty. It's a small house. Next time they came I was home because I had the day off from work for a school holiday. One cleaner was at my house for 3 hours and I got charged $150. I was quoted $25 dollars an hour, just like it says on the website. The lady I talked to at first said it was because the house was really dirty. In my mind, an hour of work is an hour of work, and a dirty house would just take more hours. When I called George, he flat out lied and said, "Yeah It's $25 an hour per cleaner with 2 cleaners." First of all, he never said anything about 2 cleaners and a $50 rate in the first place. Second, I was at the house the whole time, and there was only one cleaner. I told George the facts, and he said he'd look into it and call me back. Several days later, I called him and he said, "Oh yeah we owe you $75. I was waiting for you to call back." Dude was totally going to keep my money if I didn't call. He has my number and address. Do not trust this company. Read the other reviews. They will take your money shamelessly.

We have them come buy every 2 weeks. I am very pleased with their service. It seems that the folks giving one star use them as a "once and done" clean for apartments and rentals....maybe the case....
For us (who use them as a regular service for the home we live in) we couldn't be happier. They charge for services provided...regular service costs $×.×× if you want more done like a spring cleaning, call them and they are happy to extend services for a bit more $$...

Pros: flexible scheduling, owner is responsive via text, and relatively decent cleaning job

Cons: left all of my windows open, did not put the lockbox back together so anyone could have gone into my house, and left back door open and unlocked

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend them as they put your property at risk by not locking up and leaving the windows open. The owner didn’t seem too concernedd when I addressed these issues with him.

Please save yourself time and money and use a different company. I was quoted an amount to clean a rental property of mine. They charged me more than they quoted and didn't let me know they were over-billing me. I had to ask for a receipt to confirm they overcharged my credit card. Additionally, they claim they were there for 7 hours cleaning, but the toilet and shower wasn't even cleaned! This wasn't a terribly dirty home, and I'm not sure what work they performed, if any. They did a terrible job and charged me for more than we agreed upon. I will NEVER use them in the future and advise you not to use them either.

Paid for 4 man hours for $130 via groupon and tried to schedule a cleaning. I repeatedly said I had a 4 hour groupon, which Jorge refused to acknowledge. Even after being entirely flexible on our end for scheduling, Jorge kept saying "I don't know if we can help you, you might need to find another service", and hung up after two minutes

You're not helping me, Jorge. You're honoring your end of the deal. One must wonder why they're still taking groupon money (with no quantity limit) if they have no intention to honor them.

I have used Miracle Maids for years on properties that I have listed, move outs/ins for clients, and my own personal property. I have not had any major issues. Once, my client did not think the home was clean enough. I called the owner and he had someone return the next day and clean again. I just used Miracle Maids on a listing this week and the home was fresh, clean, the cleaners were thorough, and asked if they were not sure what I needed. The price is very affordable and the owner has always accommodated my schedule including a last second cleaning for a Friday Afternoon. I will continue to use them in the future.

Do not use this company. Quoted an outrageous price to clean home and maids vandalized my house upon leaving after service was no longer wanted. Reported them to the BBB.

This is PURELY a review on customer service and NOT cleaning quality, as I did *not* go through with using Miracle Maids.

I recently fired my last maid service company due to poor cleaning quality and was on the market for a new company. I called Miracle Maids and spoke to George. George picked up and sounded like he was auctioning a car - I could barely catch what he was saying. After I understood what he said, I confirmed for a cleaning later that week.

After hanging up I noticed on the Miracle Maids website that the prices were FAR CHEAPER than the rest of the companies I've looked up and that seemed a little strange. I most definitely should have GOOGLED or YELPED Miracle Maids beforehand (my mistake). I looked up Miracle Maids AFTER speaking with George and realized that they had terrible ratings on both Google AND Yelp (usually places just do poorly on one! lol). Due to the risk of receiving poor cleaning service, I called back to cancel my cleaning appointment. I got on the phone with George and as soon as I mentioned I wanted to cancel my appointment - he hung up on me.

There was no words exchanged, just *CLICK*

This is a good enough sign to me that I followed others' reviews, heeded their warning signs, and I'm thankful I didn't let them into my house.

I just wanted someone to clean my bathroom. I had let it go for too long and realized I needed help from a pro. contacted Miracle Maids. was pretty easy to set something up. the lady came right when scheduled and got right to work. They had a two hour minimum but I really only wanted the bathroom done, and she only took an hour and fifteen minutes, so I ended up paying for more time than I used. But she did a very good job. didn't seem like she used really caustic chemicals either. I was very pleased with the quality of the cleaning vs the price. I will probably be booking them again.

The owner asked me to cancel my Groupon and purchase in home cleaning services through them. I took a chance and hired them for a move out cleaning of a townhome. His quote the morning of was over quadruple the Groupon price (for a 2 hour job) and his lack of professionalism was unmatched. His staff left without cleaning the shower, bathtub, railings, most of the baseboards, a few countertops and windows. After inquiring as to why these areas were left unclean, the owner stated that they cut it short because of the price he agreed to. When asking for a refund, he began threatening legal action. How on earth is this still a business? Run away!

We had a positive experience with Miracle Maids! George was very responsive (we were especially grateful he took our call on a Sunday) and he kept us updated with the cleaning status and timeframe. We were impressed with the cleaning quality for the price. We will definitely keep them in mind for our next cleaning!

We had three hour service but received only two hours. Our appointment was at 4pm but they arrived at 5 pm and left at 7 pm. Then they lied about their time worked to their dispatcher. They told them they arrived at 4:30 and left at 7:30 pm. They charged us for three hour service. The quality was mediocre at best. Didn’t even wash our upstairs tub and glass. They put all the trash on my daughter bed and pushed trash underneath it. At least they vacuumed. They will tell you that a superviser will be present to sell you the service but only send the maids. Communication was terrible. I do not recommend them.

George is a great guy. He did cleaning for us and we were very happy with his work. We highly recommend him for any cleaning job. Thank you.

The start of my service was supposed to show up at 4 and didn’t show up until 6. George tried to lie and say they made it there at 5 but I didn’t leave until 5:45 waiting on them to show up(he didn’t know I was gonna be there at the start because I said the door would be open) I was then told it would take two people three to four hrs to clean a 1brm and 1bath that was pretty much cleaned besides the fridge and oven. 25- an hr per person =$150-$200 for the service so I cancelled it. I was told I wouldn’t be charged and George ended up charging me $25 serve fee and a $5 maintenance fee. Why charge me when your people were late and you said there would be no charge. George is rude and not a very good at customer service. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

Did a good job cleaning but they told me they would call 15 minutes before they came to my house and I never received a call. They also estimated it would take 3 hours to clean the house but then charged me for way more than that. I called and requested a receipt because the amount I was charged was far more than the estimation I was given on the ground. After a few hours I called back to confirm they had my email and I was told they were out and was hung up on pretty quickly. It's been 5 days and I have received no additional follow up. Overall fine and I went with them because they were able to schedule with only 2 days notice which is great, but if you can find someone a little more professional I would.

I originally bought a Groupon, but
then I spoke to George and he said that ai couldn't use the Groupon for move out clebing- this was not disclose din the groupon. I still set up the service and George wa staking all over the place about pricing, it's also hard to get a word in with him. The day of they will quote you the price. I spoke in English and Asp wish with Jiel- the head of the crew and she quoted me $360 I then was charged $416. I called George and he said he would refund me the $45 dollars...we'll see. Overall the cleaning was ok, not pristine.

The cleaning women showed up an hour late . They clean three bathrooms and half the kitchen in 45 minutes . The cleaning itself was fine but when demanded $85 for 45 minutes of work ,they told me they worked “extra quick”. The price was for three cleaners one which is her son who is the translator. I've tried calling miracle maids , to get a response and figure out why I was charged so much ! The coupon read $62 for three hours. They seem to be blocking my phone call , unprofessional, never use this company again if they continue to run a business this way.

I have been using Miracle Maid’s services for almost a year and have had a great experience. The pricing is fair and I have been very pleased with the cleaners that come. They are very polite and no job is too big. I typically have my house cleaned every two weeks. With animals in the house there is always hair and they seem to get everything nice and tidy.
Occasionally I will have them stay a little longer to do a more thorough cleaning if I have a special occasion or need a deep spring/fall clean and they do a very thorough job. My schedule is always changing and I appreciate the flexibility to accommodate. I look forward to their visits!

I booked this service for 3 hours of house cleaning, and they did 2 hours but charged me for three with things still dirty. They also rescheuled twice, once was an hour before they were supposed to show up. I called to complain and George said they would give me a deal next time for $50 since they messed up. When I called back he said that due to wage increases, he couldn't do $50 as promised and tried arguing as to the reason why. Looking at these other reviews, others have had the same problems with the owner and getting things clean. Would not recommend.

I found this company through Groupon, where they have an active coupon. I was told that they do not except Groupon anymore eventhough they are currently offering a coupon on that site. I felt it was poor customer service that they were not willing to honor that price, or any sort of discount, and that it was highly unprofessional that they have no intention of removing the coupon from groupon.

After discussing the square footage of home, I was told it would take 3 hours to do entire home and would cost $105. When they arrived, I asked them to just do my main floor to insure a thorough cleaning could be done, cutting square footage they would need to clean in half. They said that they were unable to do it in 3 hours and they would need an additional hour, which was a shock after my conversation on the phone with owner. I agreed to an additional hour with total cost being $140. The crew claimed to have gone 7minutes over the agreed upon time, so they said I needed to pay $170 intsead, which does not make sense, nor should i be responsible for paying more than agreed. In the end i paid $65 more than the original price quoted to me for half the amount of work.

Additionally upon first glance the home appears to be cleaned well, however upon closer inspection many of the baseboards are not cleaned (which I specifically requested), the shower/tub was not properly cleaned nor were the doors and handles, the floors under furniture like my bed were not cleaned and the walls throughout the home were not wiped down. I expected a far better job especially for such a small job at this price.

This is my first time using this service to clean a 480 square foot apartment after moving out. The cleaning crew showed up over half and hour late, I'm not sure how much later as I had to leave. I was quoted around 4 hours over the phone, they sent a team of 3 people who said they did 6 hours worth of work, when they clearly did not. They missed all sorts of things from wiping down light switches to counter surfaces to dog hair on my carpet. I sent multiple pictures of examples of the poor job to the owner (I assume), my main point of contact. He sent a supervisor out to fix the job, she cleaned somethings but still missed wiping down the baseboards and a couple issues that I sent pictures of. I had to spend 40 minutes of my own time actually doing the job right. Overall they did a terrible job, I feel ripped off, never use this cleaning service! Updated: after leaving this review, I was called, and the (presumptive) owner proceeded to argue with me and lie to me about the amount of work his company did. Terrible customer service as well. Please never use this service if you value your time, energy and sanity.
