The Cottage Care staff was very helpful in setting up my first cleaning service. Leigh, who did the initial cleaning, did a wonderful job of cleaning a large shower that was in need of a thorough cleaning, and she scrubbed out all of the stains in the kitchen sink to give it a new shine. I'm now on board for future cleanings.

Cottage Care Cleaning service is the best thing that’s come into my life! The office manager, Michelle, and her staff, have been so kind, very customer-focused, always responsive and flexible around my schedule needs. And the staff have been superb! They’re all well-trained and use eco-safe, green products in their cleaning. We’ve been fortunate to have Marissa fairly consistently now, which is a huge plus. She puts me at ease with her quiet, calm demeanor. And leaves our house sparkling and smelling great! I wholeheartedly recommend this service.

When I read Cottage Care’s reviews after seeing a sign in my neighbor’s yard, I thought they might be too good to be true, but after being a customer myself now for more than six months, I can confirm they are the best cleaning team I’ve ever experienced. I work in the operating room, and we are known to be particular due to the sterile, orderly nature of our profession, so I have high standards for cleanliness. That being said, I am always pleased with our bi-weekly cleanings. I have never worked with a company that (actually) utilizes a checklist, has supervisor accountability and requests my feedback. We are fortunate to have Collin as our primary care taker, and his attention to detail is phenomenal. My past cleaners charged more than Cottage Care does, and I often felt my Roomba did a better job than they did. I went for over a year without a housecleaner, because I felt like it was a waste with how poor the results were. I am so thankful I found this team to help care for my home!

Highly recommended! I always look for those companies that I can work with, who focus on customer service, punctuality and offer a service that is true to their word. APS hoods is one of those companies. They clean the heads thoroughly and leave the kitchen clean, which is expected, and I could not be happier. Once they leave you can feel the difference, and I really dig looking up at the shiny, bright hood filters. If you are looking for a hood cleaning company look no further…
