Very unsatisfied customers services, I would not use them or not recommend to use their services. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I even haven't finished talking, she just hung up the phone. What's wrong with her?Going through the review, the same thing happens to someone else. I Will not even take a look at this company again.

Only because I can’t do zero. They cleaned our hoods in June. In Sept. we were still getting calls from the compliance people saying the report hadn’t been filed. They said it was because it was a food trailer. In our jurisdiction it doesn’t matter but they didn’t even know that. Also it’s very hard to understand the lady that answers the phone

Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy company. Had the audacity to charge me $100 more due to "extra grease" despite them changing my schedule from 6 months to 4 months without my knowledge. The lady at reception was absolutely rude to me too. Don't do business with them and bare in mind after their cleaning service my hood always still had grease on it. Steer clear!!!!

My sister in law asked me to find someone that helped her clean her restaurant including walls,kitchen equipment, floors , disinfect now that they are opening back I found this amazing company that does it all! They were on time, worked fast and the quality of their work speaks for itself. She will def hire them again and referred them to all her friends!

APS Hoods conducted our annual fire extinguisher inspection. They arrived as scheduled and did their job efficiently.

I've worked with these guys in multiple facilities. They send out a crew that is lead by a seasoned technician. They don't just clean the hood and fan but allow you to tap into their other experts too, who can take care of everything related to your restaurant kitchen hood - Mechanical and electrical included. Very responsive team to work with.
