I have used A-1 Red Carpet for over a year. Levi is seriously the best. He got a stain out the first time he came that was from years prior and a previous carpet cleaning company told me was impossible. I dog sit a dog that has lots of accidents and Levi is able to get those stains out each time. I will not go anywhere else for my carpet cleaning needs. Thanks A- 1 Red Carpet!

They did a HORRIBLE job!!!!! If I would give them 0 stars I would. They only have 5 reviews for a reason and that's because they had to delete all of the bad ones. I had them come out to help repair my carpet and they left me with a white carpet when I had a brown carpet and said they don't have a match and that if I wanted a match I would have to go out and buy my own carpet. It was ridiculous! Thankfully Chet from Metro Denver Carpet Cleaning came out to help me and did an amazing job! I am so thankful to them. DON'T GO HERE! USE METRO DENVER CARPET CLEANING!!!! Chet was wonderful and very kind on the phone and in person! They were also CHEAPER!

Great experience! Yuri and James were most helpful, professional, and fast. Even after I discovered having a worse carpet problem then originally thought, they were quick to come back and help me out. Highly recommend and will use them again.

Called late Sunday afternoon because of a litter spill on the stairs. The guy who picked up told me all their cleaners were busy, but ended up coming himself within an hour because he could sense the urgency of the situation. Super helpful, super kind, and did great work cleaning and getting the scent out of the carpet

A-1 Red Carpet Cleaning does a fantastic job. They got all of the pet stains and smells out of the carpet and delicate sofa upholstery. They are timely and their prices are very fair. Will continue to use them at all my client's houses. 😊

I called last minute on our move-out day from our rental and A-1 Red Carpet cleaners was able to come within hours to get our entire basement carpet cleaned. Aaron was our technician and he was very professional, worked quick, and even helped me change a smoke alarm battery while he was here :) Thank you guys so much!!! I will definitely be using A-1 Red Carpet Cleaners again in the future.

Aaron is amazing! He made my new homes carpet look and smell amazing. Very knowledgeable and kind. Made sure I understood everything and great communication. Highly recommend.

Levi was great. He showed up on time, charged what he said he would, was very professional and friendly, on top of doing a great job. He did a repair of a patch of carpet my dog decided to dig up to try to get out of the bedroom with the door shut one time. It only took about an hour and all went very smoothly. You could barely tell that patch had even been replaced. I would highly recommend him/A1 again!

Levi came Thursday morning and practically saved my carpets. I thought I would have to replace them all but he told me it would clean up ok with regular cleanings and it looks fantastic now!

Uri and another worker cleaned all our carpets, including air ducts, dryer duct, and fixed carpet wrinkles in a bedroom. The carpets look great, and we were overdue for this service. There were some stain spots, which are now all gone. I'll be using A1 Red Carpet & Air Duct again for the next cleaning!

The original reason for calling a-1 red carpet was due to a mysterious stain in our spare bedroom. I was worried it was coming from under the carpet so I wanted someone to come check it out. Levi was quickly able to determine it wasn’t anything from under the carpet and showed me the pad underneath was nice and clean. He then cleaned 3 rooms and a hallway within an hour. The price was great too. Would definitely recommend.

We used A1 Red Carpet for air duct cleaning today and couldn't be happier. James was professional, friendly, and thorough. It’s rare to find such great service and a positive attitude. Our home feels much fresher—5 stars!
