I had a deep clean scheduled from 9am-12pm. They were not able to show up until 3:30pm and left by 5pm. As you can imagine, with such little time, not the deep clean I had expected. They missed a ceiling fan (low ceilings), left the water ring in the bathtub, didn't clean the sliding glass door, only ran a dirty rag over the tile floors and missed much of the downstairs walls. Very disappointed in the quality of work for the amount of money that was paid.

Such a good cleaning service! I have used them both for a really deep clean when I first moved in, and for regular cleanings since then. Kristina always does a fantastic job and everything feels so fresh and sparkly after. I also appreciate that she is super fast and efficient, I work from home and she is very respectful of working around me while doing an awesome job. Would definitely recommend!

Hired this company to do a construction grade clean on my property that we had just had just fixed up. A representative came out and quoted us $550, I agreed since it was very dirty. When they came out and started the cleaning, they asked that we pay another $100 due to how dirty it was, we agreed. Unfortunately, I live far away from the property and was not able to go out and inspect the cleaning job before we paid them. When we did finally get out there to look closely at the job done, we found that they did a terrible job. We were told they would remove the paint from most surfaces in the home, none was removed. We were able to get it off with a regular multi purpose cleaner, it was obvious they didn't even try. Floors were still extremely dirty, and they missed obvious spots all over the house after I was told they would make it spotless for the price I paid. Pictures are attached to this review to show how bad of a job they did. We got back in touch with them and asked them to come back out and do the job they agreed to do the first time, and they refused to resolve this. We paid almost $700 for this!! Do yourself a favor, do not hire Mega Megz Cleaners.

Awesome service. Friendly staff. New pup had accident (everywhere) and they were here within 30 minutes. Will be doing air duct cleaning next with them.

Red Carpet cleaned my air ducts and carpet throughout my home. They were able to remove numerous spots in my beige carpet. I was so pleased. I have noticed a considerable decrease in the accumulation of dust through the house. I highly recommend this company!! Very friendly and professional technician.

I'm a bit of a clean freak, so when I hosted a party and my friend spilled a glass of wine on my white carpet I lost it. Called A-1 very late at night. The owner answered the phone and had someone at my apartment the very next day. They were quick, efficient and very thorough. After an hour of work, there was no longer any hint of a stain and the rest of my home was cleaner than when I bought it. Really great experience - happy to endorse them to my friends and family.
