Chet answered my call right away and came out within a couple hours to repair our carpet padding, stretch, shampoo and sanitize after a water leak in our basement. I would HIGHLY recommend Chet for any of your needs.

They were extremely quick with replacing carpet that was shredded up by my puppy. No questions asked, they were in and out! Highly reccomend! You can’t even tell that the carpet was replaced at all!

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone wasn’t very polite and was equally rude in person. Scolding me for not informing him of the lack of a pad. They showed up two hours early for the scheduled appointment and left the trash from the repair for me to take out. It was very quick and the older gentleman was gradually kinder throughout the appointment. I was charged $100 more than what I was quoted over the phone. They did a good job on the repair but the general experience has made me sure I’ll never use their services again.

woke up under a foot of water, found metro Denver carpet cleaning on yelp read the reviews and gave them a call. He was very nice on the phone and was able to calm me down I was really freaked out after I came home to a pipe leaking in my ceiling I dont know if you have ever been under those conditions but they are not fun. all in all though metro Denver got the water out and very fast its been a few weeks and no signs of mold or anything like that so I am very happy.

Metro Denver Carpet was amazing! They came over within an hour when my puppy got sick all over the beige carpet. It was treated and sanitized and it looks better than when I moved in!

I spoke with Chet over the phone and confirmed a quote regarding carpet cleaning. He let me know he would check in with an ETA on my scheduled day. Day of cleaning I called to confirm my appointment and let him know my husband will be waiting for him at our house. When he arrived, he stated he had no idea what he was there for, he was rude and told my husband the price was more then double what he quoted me over the phone. Failed to even mention he had a 4 room special.

I was in between tenants on our rental property and there was a dog living there for a year. The carpets had plenty of pet stains and the high traffic areas where heavily soiled. They showed up right on time and completed the work in short order leaving the carpets sparkling clean. I would highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning needs.

My dog chewed a black ink pen on the carpet and there was a pretty good size black ink spot. I called Metro Denver Carpet Cleaning on Saturday and Chet came out the very next day, Sunday and got it completely out. He was very reasonable and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Called the guys from Metro Denver Carpet Cleaners to see if they had an availability the next day as I had one roommate moving in and the other moving out within 24 hrs. They had the availability and I am more than impressed. My former roommate had two cats who had an issue with throwing up and using the bathroom next to their box. Called the day before we needed to move out of rental and have carpets cleaned. Chet was able to get me in first thing the day I needed, plus it was a Sunday. Arrived on time, payed attention to detail and did a fantastic job restoring carpets to new condition. We have two large dogs and two cats.
