Updating five years later to say we’re still just as messy as ever, and Alma is still wonderful!
For nearly 20 years, we’ve consistently had wonderful experiences with 5280 House Cleaning. Every cleaning is done with professionalism, care, and thoroughness. Above all, Alma is the reason we remain such loyal customers. She is the absolute best! She’s friendly, meticulous, organized, and always goes the extra step to make sure everything is impeccable. Evelyn has been wonderful as well. Our home feels transformed every time they visit. Last, Glenda has been so kind and patient with us, working with our schedule, making everything easy.

My last review from five years ago: we had to postpone our monthly cleaning three months in a row, because our college age son had to quarantine once for a false positive for Covid, then eventually got it for real and had to quarantine again. We also have *four* shedding dogs - two Australian shepherds, a St Bernard mix and a Jack Russell puppy. In four hours, Alma and her colleague removed four months of grime, winter dirt (we live in Sedalia on acreage), our son’s messy occupation of the guest room, and any trace of the dogs. We went from a truly dirty country home to an immaculate Christmas card of a house. We have wide plank soft pine floors and 5280 is the only service we’ve ever used that did not damage the fragile wood. Their cleaning products are natural and non-toxic. However, it’s the people that make 5280 wonderful. They take such meticulous care in their work and they are genuinely nice people, too.

Alma Juarez has been our regular cleaner for about a year now. She's professional, and her work is perfect. She's detail-oriented so I know that when she's done, everything is in good condition. She even plumps the pillows and folds the throw blankets so that, not only do things feel clean, but they look like a Better Homes and Gardens cover. 10/10 recommend.

It was really great to walk into the house after they had cleaned. The house smelt great, the kitchen sink sparkled and everything just looked wonderful. They did a fantastic job! Been a customer for about a year now and have to say the team that came last week was incredible. They worked around my baby's nap schedule and were fast AND thorough. Even though there were only 3 ladies on the team, my wife was sure there were five!

Had my home deep cleaned today for an open house this weekend. 5280 girls did a fabulous job of making it spotless in here, including getting rid of all the dust that seems to float around when i tried to clean. I have been happily using the services of 5280 House Cleaning for two years. The teams are reliable and do excellent work. Today, Maria and Sylvia cleaned our home. They were on-time, professional, came with smiles, kind to me and my dogs, and did a fantastic and thorough job! Wonderful work! Thank you for taking care of my house so well!

I used 5280 to clean my townhouse unit prior to sale. They gave me a quote for cleaning which was a bit pricey but my real estate agent said they do a good job - which was worth it. Prior to the cleaning, I inspected the unit and saw dust from floor refinishing on the wall, so I called 5280 and asked them to clean the walls as well. They added about $200 to the quote and I agreed. After they finished, the place was very nicely cleaned but there was still dust on the walls - a lot of it. However I was able to complete prep for the unit by cleaning the walls myself and the unit sold. The escrow was busy but a few weeks later I got around to showing 5280 pics and videos of the poor job on the walls and asked them to refund the additional charge for cleaning the walls. They responded that I waited too long to report the problem. They asked for the pics and vids again and I never heard from them despite calling repeatedly. It's sad that they took longer to respond to my request for the refund - which I have not gotten - than they complained about in my requesting it.

I do not recommend this company. They are not customer-oriented and do not take responsibility for problems they cause.

As always the ladies Lizette and Rosa did a beautiful job in my home which was neglected most of the summer due to my gardening addiction! Well done as always!
