The crew sent to my house did an absolutely wonderful job. Everything was bright and shiny. The wood floors were beautiful. I sincerely appreciate the great work they did. Everything in the house sparkled.

I have used the services of Merry Maids for years and have never been disappointed. They are prompt, efficient, professional, courteous and pleasant. There has never been a problem, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our deep-clean was quickly and efficiently accomplished by an excellent team who arrived on time and were friendly and polite, professional, and very cooperative and patient with our concerns. We were very pleased with their excellent work.

We hired Merry Maids to clean our executive rental property regularly. They quoted a "flat" reasonable price at the outset and got off to a good start with room for improvement. Over time the quality of the work improved, but they kept asking for more money saying that certain aspects of the cleaning were not included even though we provided them with a checklist in the beginning. Eventually the cost of cleaning the house crept up to nearly double the "flat rate" due to extra time every time.

To be reasonable we asked that added cleaning costs be documented with photos. We are not always available to personally review before and after. Most recently, the tenants did initial cleaning and this was documented by our property manager. Despite the pre-cleaning, photos were not provided and we were again charged a surprise $220 over our flat rate. We expressed discontent over the unauthorized added fees and the response was to offer to refund the overage while defending the charges.
I do think they would make a good choice for a weekly house cleaning but not so much for an executive rental.

I had met with a gentleman who did a walk through the day before my cleaning was scheduled. He said that they would do the closets, the kitchen (cabinets too) baseboards, blinds, window sills, vacuum the carpets, damp mop the floors and clean the bathrooms... they did a decent job on what they did do, but the baseboards were not wiped down, the window sills were only cleaned when the windows were closed, the cabinet and drawers in the bathroom were not clean, and the drawers in the kitchen were not cleaned. The gentleman said they would need 4 hours... they showed up almost a half an hour late, and left after three hours. I’m not sure I got what I paid for...

Merry Maids did a deep cleaning on my rental house. The previous Tennant's were less than clean to say the least. The did an excellent job and Brian Peterson personally followed up to make sure everything was right. I highly recommend Merry Maids.

I love our Merry Maids services! Always here on time, efficient process and always to help with a problem. We can count on a good cleaning and dusting; our favorites are Jenni and Morgan, great attention to important issues and weather conditions to the floors.

This is the first time I have used Merry Maids. The requested job was for a move-out cleaning of my 650-sq. ft. 1B1B apartment. The estimate went well, the franchise owner and I were able to work out a plan that fit my budget when the initial quote came in a bit too high for me. Some things were lost in translation when communicating to the cleaning team - but I had a list prepared for them as we were ultimately doing an hourly rate of "anything goes," and they executed it even better than I instructed! They had such good instincts on what to work on next and managed to get everything done by the 2-hour mark exactly. The cleaning team had most of the supplies they needed to do the job well - I did have to provide a step-stool, luckily I was present during the cleaning to learn of this need early on. Short of these minor miscommunications, the cleaning team was very kind and sociable and also gave it their all for the two hours I had them, which really left a lasting positive impression. Amazing job Angine and Alicia, I had fun spending time with you on this move-out cleaning! Thank you again!

My Merry Maids team always does such a great job. It's so wonderful to come home to a clean house! I love that they send a team of workers, so my cleaning only takes a couple of hours, instead of all day.

From the outset, Merry Maids was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was fantastic setting up my appointment, and I felt very informed and connected when booking, when Alisha and Caitlin were on their way to clean, and afterwards.

I had requested a move-in clean, and I was able to get an appointment exactly when I asked for it. Alisha and Caitlin did wonderful work in my new place! I was pleasantly surprised how great it was after they'd worked their magic. It felt like a new home, which was awesome. Thank you Caitlin, thank you Alisha!

I'm currently going through chemo therapy and a friend gave me a house cleaning as a gift. I came home today to a sparkling apartment. The women did an amazing job. My energy level has been a little low, so things were getting a little grungy. When I am back to work, I will definitely use this service again. I think you should, too! I really appreciate that they organized my makeup table. I looked at it before I left to go to my treatment, but didn't follow through. That was a great surprise. :-)

Due to back pain issues, I have not been able to thoroughly do the floors and rugs in our house. The Mary maids ladies were very thorough in all areas. They really Worked Hard! I was especially thrilled to see that the dish in the bath was sparkling clean. It seems like a little thing, But it was wonderful OK

The crew that has cleaned my house so far has been very diligent and thorough. When I put the wrong size sheets out for one of my beds, they found the correct size sheet in the linen closet in order to make the bed the way I requested. They have also been very communicative in terms of scheduling and ensuring that the crew is fully aware of my specific cleaning requests. I would recommend them, as my experience has been a good one.

Susan and her assistant have been doing a great job cleaning my home on a biweekly basis for years. She is professional and nice, and careful to not let the cats escape out the front door when she lets herself into my home. I've been working from home during the pandemic; they wear masks while cleaning and have a great attitude when I request that they clean my home office first so that I can get back to work. I feel safe with them in my home during the pandemic. Their office sends a reminder text the day before letting me know what window of time they expect to arrive at my home, which is a nice touch that they implemented a year or so ago.

They use some kind of brand of "green" chemicals for cleaning--some might view that as a plus, but I'm kind of old fashioned and wish they would use products containing bleach in the bathroom. The "green" chemical does not prevent mildew in the shower the way bleach does. When I've talked to the office about it, they've told me they are willing to use whatever product I provide to them if I want a different product used--I haven't taken them up on that yet. But I feel like mildew should not build up in a shower if it's being cleaned every two weeks, especially in a dry climate like Colorado, regardless of whether the cleaning product contains bleach. They might reconsider making it a company policy to rotate bleach into the cleaning every third or fourth visit when they do a "deep clean" on that specific area of the house.

Despite the lack of bleach issue, I feel like overall they do a great job and I'm getting a good value for what they are charging me. I'd recommend them.

Incredible company! Brian met with me to discuss the specific needs of our home and the customization options for cleaning. The pricing was beyond reasonable and their service was great. The teams have great attention to detail, text the day before, and are in and out in no time.
