This was a deep cleaning of a 3 story house for my mother-in-law who needs extra help in living in their home of 30 years after the passing of her husband. The team came and listened carefully to my instructions for not only what needed attention but the special care needed for working around my mom, now with more advanced stages of dementia. They were quick to answer questions, take instruction or critique and very nice to my mom in the process over what was a grueling day of cleaning.

I used the services of Denver Cleaning Service Company for a home I recently moved out of. The team was thorough and efficient during their cleaning service - they checked in with me repeatedly to assess what needed to be cleaned, areas and items they should take special care with and I appreciated their dedication immensely. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great experience. Appointment was scheduled and confirmed quickly. Andrea in the main office was super communicative and quick! Service was excellent, I will definitely use them again!

It was a good job, definitely better than it was before. It was not a deep cleaning and certainly not worth the amount I paid, especially the tip I left. Looks like they started to clean the shades. They didn't go underneath anything (bed, dresser, etc) nor did they move anything to get underneath (couch, chaise chair, etc). Can't say that I would use their service again.

Great company. The management staff are warm and friendly. Many of the crew are top notch - of course each crew is different, mostly 5 star, occasionally a 4 star comes along. I highly recommend this service.

I used these guys for my home in preparation for the birth of my second son. The pregnancy was incredibly rough, so I was not great at keeping up the cleaning for the whole 9 months. I ended up in the hospital and having my second son early. They did such a wonderful job! Really thorough! Would absolutely go through them again!

Their cleaning crew were thorough and did an amazingly detailed job with our move-out cleaning. The price was fair and the crew was on time and very friendly. I'll use them again!

Scheduled a move out clean of my old apartment, and they did a very shafty job cleaning. Called to get a refund, and the offered only 50% back, and were pretty unapologetic about the whole situation. Was informed that I could submit a form to Google to process a complete refund, which everyone knows damn well, it will probably never come. For $375, I expected a lot better service. See pictures below and you tell me if you think it’s worth it. I had to go back and clean the place myself. Incredibly disappointed, I just want my money back.

We had never used this company for a cleaning before and they did a phenomenal job! It was well worth the cost for us.There was a slight hiccup where the cleaners accidentally tarnished our toaster oven, but it was entirely by accident and the Denver Cleaning Service company made it 100% right for us. I paid $700 for a “deep cleaning”, but what I received was not deep cleaning at all. The team only cleaned visible surfaces—floors and the outside of cabinets—while everything that was supposed to be included in a deep clean was completely neglected.

Before booking, I specifically asked whether they clean inside cabinets, inside the fridge, and inside closets, and I was told yes. However, when the service was done, all of those areas were still dirty and untouched. Cabinets, closets, and other spaces were left messy and clearly not cleaned.

After I called to complain, they offered to send the team again. When they returned, it became very clear that they did not know how to properly deep clean. They used the same cloth and same cleaning products for all areas, which is completely unprofessional and unhygienic. At that point, I lost confidence in their service and decided to stop the job and ask them to leave.

Overall, this was a waste of money, time, and energy. The service did not match what was promised, and the quality was far below expectations for the price charged. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a true deep cleaning.

I've used Denver Cleaning Service Company for years. Even though we started managing the housework on our own last year, my husband and I still book deep cleans with them.

We recently hired them for a moving-out clean, and they knocked it out of the park. The condo practically looked brand-new. If you're searching for a reliable cleaning service in the Denver area, this is the one!

The ladies always show up on time & even have changed the time of day for me when I had a Dr. appointment. When I’ve asked them to clean a special area, they are so accommodating. I’m older with some neck issues & arthritis & this cleaning helps me SO much. We have left our apartment with our dogs when they are cleaning & come back to a beautiful clean space.

Trying to sell a property from 3 states away has been a pain, and I chose Merry Maids out of, like, 5 other cleaning companies because of their competitive rates and the fact that they were the only company who offered to actually tour our residence (which we have been renting) to get an accurate cleaning quote.

After having to already reschedule our clean once for a contractor to re-paint the place, said contractor ghosted us the evening before next scheduled cleaning. I had no idea what state the condo was in (half-painted? contractor dead in the bedroom?) and afraid that I was going to have to reschedule with Merry Maids AGAIN, in addition to our photographer, which would further push back our listing date...

Then here comes Marta the morning of our scheduled clean, not only completely willing to re-schedule just hours before the job was scheduled, but also offering to pop by our property again to see what was going on! Her team pops over in under 15 minutes and communicates that Mr. Contractor was straight up lying about his progress on the paint job and hadn't even stepped foot in the place (contractors lying? shocking, I know). We give Merry Maids the go-ahead to proceed with the cleaning later that morning with plans to sell without a fresh coat of paint. Few hours later Marta calls and gives me all the details of the clean, they charged us exactly as quoted (despite going over time a bit!) and I see a charge on my credit card for that quoted amount an hour later. And from what our realtor told us, the place looked FANTASTIC afterwards.

TL;DR: great communication, above-and-beyond customer service, incredibly friendly staff, and competitive rates on their services.
