We chose Mountain High Cleaning due to the flexibility of dates and rates. We did their move in/move out cleaning. They did phenomenal! They cleaned within 2.5 hours and made the place special. I felt there was not a spot untouched.

Anastasiya / Mountain High Cleaning cleaned our house for approx 6 months. The first time was great, and every other time declined in quality to the point we wondered if they even showed up. There are plenty of other proven groups out there.

Mountain High Cleaning is great! I have used them for almost 2 years and they have always done a great job cleaning our 2 bedroom apartment. The group that cleans our town home does a great job. They are in/out quickly when there are two or more cleaners working. They are affordable and I would recommend them.

I had high hopes for this cleaning service based on the other reviews but was sadly disappointed. We paid for a deep cleaning with the intention of having monthly cleanings afterwards. Unfortunately with our first experience we won’t be continuing as customers. The service providers seemed to have tried to cut corners where they could. There was very much the feeling that they didn’t move things and just cleaned around them. Additionally our bathroom floors were not cleaned and the showers were cleaned subpar. The rest of the house was cleaned okay, not excellent. We called immediately and they came back to fix the problems, which was great and this would have been enough for me to be a happy customer. However, we were met with attitude and excuses for why there were problems. Examples: I was told they couldn’t clean my shower head because it “would scratch it” and the reason I thought my floors weren’t cleaned is because they dry them afterwards. You will see from the pictures that those statements are not at all true. :( My husband easily cleaned the shower head after they left again. The work they did when they came back was subpar and honestly not even worth having them come back.

We were so impressed by the move-out cleaning we received! They did a BEAUTIFUL job and we will absolutely use their services again for any future cleaning needs. The process from start to finish was made so easy, they were incredibly communicative from beginning to end. I really appreciate both those that performed the cleaning and Andrea who got us scheduled and set up!

Our experience with DCSC has been amazing from the start! Andrea G was so friendly and helpful. The team of cleaners who came to our house were also very friendly and left our house spotless. We were very impressed with their attention to detail and have rebooked with them and will continue to do so!

Love the company. They have been cleaning my home for more than a year and work is always top notch. I think I have had two instances where something wasn’t completed to my satisfaction and the company responded same day and sent someone out the next day to fix the affected areas. It’s very easy I get the reminders and charge on my card and if I need to reschedule it’s easy to call in and reschedule. 5/5

Two people came and cleaned the small townhouse of my son & his wife. It took 2 1/2 hours and they did a great job. Communication and appointment setting was easy. Thanks for your help getting this done for two very busy young people.

Administration had great communication, the boots on the grounds were fabulous. Our home looked beautiful and smelled lovely after the service. We used this cleaning service to put our house on the market after all furniture was removed, and they did a wonderful job.
