From the first contact on the phone I had a very good experience with Denver Cleaning Service Company. The intake was friendly, detailed and professional and the cleaning team arrived on time and did an excellent and timely job with the deep clean. We decided to hire them for regular service!

In effort to get a condo ready for market, the place needed a deep clean. The women who came worked so hard and nonstop! I was very impressed. They did everything we asked for! I highly recommend Denver Cleaning. They’re easy to work with and reasonably priced.

They did a nice job and office staff is very friendly and responsive. The window to drop the key was from 8:00 to 10:00 but I didn’t get a text until I emailed as they didn’t show up until a bit after 10:00. The apartment was gross but $455.00 for a 500 sq ft apartment feels excessive.

Edit: Very happy they knocked $130.00 off. Nice that a company responds to customer concerns. Will use this company again.

They did an excellent job. The process of getting a personalized quote and then scheduling the service was super easy and transparent from start to finish. I used Denver Cleaning Service Company for a move in cleaning. 2 housecleaners arrived on time and did quite a good job cleaning the condo. I had asked for an emphasis on dusting as the unit had been empty for quite some time but not much dusting was done. I let the office know and they sent the cleaners out the same day to dust (with no extra charge). It was much better after the revisit but I still had to do some dusting myself. I'm pretty picky about dusting as I'm allergic to dust/dust mites. Compared to what the apartment complex I'm leaving charges for optional move out cleaning, this cost much more.

This was a deep clean prior to moving into a new condo. Cleaners were very thorough and efficient. Service took longer than anticipated but worth it for a clean new home.

Their team did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our empty (but heavily lived in) house as we get ready to put it on the market. The sinks and tub were particularly spotless, and the kitchen was shining like never before. Before they left they expertly vacuumed all carpets and mopped the floors. I bought two Groupon coupons from this company, and when I called to book my service, the man on the phone couldn’t have been less helpful. He clearly didn’t want to assist me at all and seemed irritated that I even called. After wasting several minutes, he finally asked for my ZIP code—only to tell me they don’t service my area. Then he added that even if they did, there wouldn’t be any appointments available until January or February of next year! What’s the point of selling Groupon deals if you can’t actually provide the service? Total waste of money and time. Very disappointing experience.
