Angela is the best team lead for this cleaning company. She is meticulous and I am picky so it’s a good fit. However, I don’t seem to be able to get Angela and the team that cleaned this week did a terrible job. Even after I specifically mentioned things they did not do them. And one toilet was not clean at all. I told the office person after the team left and she was supposed to tell the owner. This is my second big complaint and I haven’t heard from the owner in two days. From what I can tell, a lot of employees left since the new owner took over and they are not as good as they used to be.

Merry Maids has been coming to clean our place bi-weekly for a few years. With the same team scheduled over an extended period of time we get good quality of work and service level consistency - our team is very good. Before having the same team we only had a couple of times we needed to reach out to the company but they were very responsive in addressing those concerns. I would recommend Merry Maids.

I highly recommend using merry maids of south denver. I’ve used them at 4 separate homes, and they’ve exceeded my expectation every time. High quality service every step of the way: scheduling, communication with office staff, and the cleaning itself. Grateful to be a friend of merry maids! I have used Merry Maids cleaning services for 14 years. If I have needed to reschedule, add or change cleaning needs they have been quite accommodating. I can count on consistent and high quality. I have a dog that they have kindly worked around even in my absence. I have referred my neighbors and friends who've asked about our positive cleaning experiences.

I have been very happy with my service from MM of S. Den. I recently got a new team lead, Ana, and she is excellent. The job she does, and the attention to detail, isn't just great, it's terrific! I have been with MM since 2007, and the cleaning I got this week may very well be the best one I've ever gotten. I also got to speak with the owner, Rob, and he is great. I highly recommend MM of S. Den. They're always on time and the communication is excellent.

Great communication and excellent service! Communication was constant and responsive from the initial request to the team arriving. The team was wonderful, quick and thorough and the manager even came to the house to ensure quality and my satisfaction.

I recently began cleaning with Merry Maids. I have used a variety of local services before, over the years. I am very happy with the quality and efficiency of the cleanings. My house has been in upheaval with various projects. Therefore, cleanings have been everything but routine. I have been changing what needs to be completed and what not. Clean house, happy life. Besides the high quality cleaning, I've been particularly impressed with the communication from both the manager Sylisa and the owner Rob. They even send you live tracking when the team is on the way so you know exactly when they will arrive. I thought that was a nice touch. The cleaning crew has always been professional, efficient, thorough, and super easy to work with. Keep up the great work!

Franchise owners are highly unprofessional and lack pricing transparency. The cleaning service is sub par and does not meet normal cleaning standards.

UPDATE: Merry Maids took my concerns very seriously. The manager really wanted to hear about my experience and made staffing changes and apologized for the previous issues. Recently, they asked to give them another chance now they some staffing changes. Merry Maids was very responsive with communication and fitting out schedule/needs. The new group
came back and did a deep clean of our house. They did a phenomenal job. Our house has never looked so clean! For the recent cleaning we would give 5 stars and we were very pleased with the work!

We used to have a clean house and had used this service since 2019. This past year has been a subpar experience. It looks like corners are being cut and parts of the house were missed. Edges of carpets are never cleaned and a damp rag was hardly ever used to clean surfaces. Mopping was hit or miss and there was never consistency. I would pre-scrub counters knowing it was a very quick wipe of a surface. In December, someone left some chemical in our bathtub drain and it corroded the metal. I have documented the cleanings and response from management was lackluster saying they would re-train staff, credits, etc. They said they would switch the cleaning team, and that didn't happen. Nothing has changed and we gave them multiple chances and they said they would give credit for some of the issues, and that never happened either. It is overpriced for what you get and not worth it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had used this service in the past, but will no longer. I called them to inquire about a stolen piece of sentimental jewelry. They offered no remedy or remorse!
