I picked Angel Touch to clean our small business based off of amazing reviews. Corey/Brian were AMAZING to deal with - always attentive and wonderful whenever we had complaints/compliments. I loved working with them - Brian the GM would run out here every time I had any concerns and Corey was always very responsive and they really tried their best to make things right. I give 5 stars for great customer service and really good-hearted people who really do seem to care.

I've paid Angel Touch many thousands of dollars over the past year to NOT clean my facility. They had a written checklist of areas to be cleaned and dates on which we needed cleaning. They simply didn't do what they were paid to do, no matter how many times their sloppy work was pointed out to them. The clear scope of work and contract that were agreed to were broken from Day 1 and never got better after many second and third and tenth chances. I have hundreds of pictures of untouched filth all over the facility, all taken with hours of them finalizing their "cleaning." This includes a dead rat that was left for 4 weeks in plain sight, just to see when their crew would ever actually clean. I contacted the owner multiple times directly to let him know his crew hadn't done the work that he was billing me for. He and his manager walked the building with me, multiple times, and agreed at the time that my complaints were completely justified. If you want professional cleaners with a professional attitude and customer service at a fair price, you won't find any of those things here.

Update to owner's response: Nothing is embellished or defamatory. Your lack of cleaning is documented by many witnesses (all four of our event managers, our coffee shop client, our church client, and numerous other renters and employees) as well as extensive photographic and video evidence. You promised to clean through 12/4/23 but bailed on me two weeks before that, without notice, ... and still sent me another bill. ONE guy came and cleaned the bathrooms for a couple hours and you billed me for an entire crew/cleaning even though 75% of the building wasn't touched. It's all on video tape.

Finally getting around to writing this review, but I have used Angel Touch Cleaning for years. I wouldn't choose anyone else, and I highly recommend them. They are on time, do a great job and you can always reach Corey if something comes up. 5 stars to you guys.. thanks or everything!

We have worked with Corey and Angel Touch for just over a month. We initially contacted them to assist us with some COVID-19 sanitizing jobs for our offices - they were very responsive and able to accommodate our last minute needs. We have since used Angel Touch for a deep clean at another property, and were extremely happy with the results! They have been professional, provided good quality work for a reasonable cost, and have shown up on time or early! We will definitely be using Angel Touch in the future for more of their services. Wish I had a before and after pic. This was a true DEEP CLEAN. Lots of trash, lacquer smudges, dust and other refinishing / paint stuff along with usual move out stuff and pre sale prep. The woman just starred in shock and said “oh my god” there was small up charge because I forgot to clean fridge and they did that for me. Definitely a good outfit if you need real presell/move out cleaning. I’m disabled and couldn’t help much ... they just took trash out to dumpster ... and accommodated my very kindly. Went out of their way to get the whole job done!
