This is the best plant shop I have found in Denver! Much larger facility than I expected, with an amazing variety of indoor and outdoor plants!

Everyone is super nice there. However I took some plants in to get repotted. One of them, I was told shouldn’t be separated because the bud that was blooming didn’t have long enough roots to be separated. I appreciated that info and said ok , I’ll just take that one home. The guy was nice and said that since he’d knocked off a bunch of dirt when taking it out to show me, he’d just re-situate it and add some more dirt, which was so nice.

When I picked it up with the rest of my plants a couple days later I noticed that the leaves were yellowing on the bottom (mini sansaveria Hanii gold). I figured maybe just stress from the potting experience. Within less than a week the whole plant had turned to mush and had leaves just melting off. Like a mushy steamed artichoke heart.

It was a completely healthy plant growing a new bud when I took it in. Now it’s garbage. So sad.

The best greenhouse in Denver! City Floral has great selection, lots of staff if you have questions/need help, and the best part of your visit will be seeing the resident cat.

Great selection of plants and always helpful when I have questions! I have found great deals when things go on sale too!

Go here instead of the big box stores. 'Denver appropriate' plants and a friendly, available staff are just two reasons. I found Craig in the perennial dept. especially helpful.

I bought a Venus flytrap from them like a month or a month and a half ago and it's thriving.. this place is cool..

LOVE this place but hate (kinda) that it’s so close to my home because I find myself there even when I’ve no intention of doing anything plant-related or even plant-adjacent that day. Dunno what kinda covert messages they broadcast from that place but it’s like I go into a fugue state and suddenly I’m home with 10 new plants and no money. Super weird. Anyway, highly recommend and support independent business! There’ve been times I’ve found some mealybugs on a few plants and had to treat that. They have such a wonderful selection of plants and I get a lot of my terracotta pots from them, as well.

Huge selection of gardening supplies. From planters to the plants themselves. They are also very knowledgeable about what to use for feedings and deterring bugs and chemical free alternatives. They have weekly sales and even have fresh cut flowers if you're looking for just a few to add some color or fragrance to your home for a few days. Some of these plants I've never even heard of or seen. A bit on the pricey side though.

They get 5 stars for the chickens. 4 stars for helpful employees. Large selection of indoor and outdoor plants.

City Floral is an entertaining and enticing center-of-town Xanadu, a maze-filled, indoor/outdoor amusement park for vegetation and plant life. But here's the very best part... City Floral has its OWN BRAND of soda pop! Cool, right? I don’t know of any other garden center that can say the same.

Had the pleasure of visiting City Floral for the first time. I live in Vail and have VERY limited resources for plants, except the orange box store. I spent well over an hour shopping the beautiful plants and pots. Such great experience! Can't wait to return. Spent the afternoon repotting and planting my new plants.

Nice place! Good quality selection of plants, but a bit lacking when it comes to pottery/planters as I couldn’t find any decorative pots with drainage holes. The best part about the store in my opinion is definitely the cat, he has my whole heart.

Place is much bigger than it looks. They have a wide variety. I wasn't looking for anything particular but I'm sure it's nothing you can't find in this place.

This is my first time to the city Floral Garden Center and the second I walked in that place I had a smile on my face the whole time. They have a huge variety of everything, house plant lovers beware you won't walk out of there without one.

I visit this place sometimes when I just need a relaxing moment to just walk and look at plants. The fact that they have roaming chickens and cats makes it that much more enjoyable. I also buy most of my plants from here. In the winter, they have the most beautiful Christmas trees.

My rental property is TWO BLOCKS away from City Floral. I hired them to mow my lawn every 2 weeks. They not only couldn't mow it when they were supposed to, they billed me for mowings that they didn't do. I had to email them several times, showing them texts from my tenants asking when the lawn was going to be mowed, to prove to them that the lawn wasn't mowed when they claimed they'd mowed it, before they finally refunded me what I was owed, then said they couldn't mow it anymore The second picture shows my lawn, with their business in the background. Ridiculous.

City Floral never disappoints! They have an incredible variety of plants, everything is so organized and well taken care of. Their staff is wonderful too. I went there today to purchase a ficus tree. A woman named Lily helped me and she could not be nicer!!! She was so sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond to educate me, “shine” my new plant and assist me out to the car with it. Excellent customer service! Keep it up City Floral and thank you a million Lily!

They have a good selection of pottery. I went today for the first time looking for particular house plants and I noticed that some indoor plants were overly dry and some were scattered around (I assumed is due to staff shortage). I asked a busy lady to point me out the indoor plant section since I was kinda lost and I got a plant with her help, very nice lady( I can’t remember her name). Parking was tight on a Monday but I kinda expected that for the location.

I chose this place because of their informative website and large selection of plants. I thought I'd go right in & out, but I spent nearly 1 1/2 hours because their selection is larger than I expected! Very exciting! I bought aloe vera, catnip, and an Hawaiian spider plant, plus 2 potters. The pot selection is unique so I think the (slightly) higher prices are appropriate. They also have soil, tools, decor, and a gift shop. I'm coming back this weekend.

Great place for unique plants you can't find at box stores.
    Amazing selection.

I stumbled upon this place and I was in awe of the variety and the quality of the plants at this greenhouse. The staff was super friendly and they have also gone out of their way to help me with questions over the phone about specific seed varieties they carry. This is now my go to greenhouse! I was able to buy some beautiful zinnias, Black-eyed Susans, herbs, and plenty of other goodies to landscape at my home. See the before and after pictures!
