First review: I can't say enough good things about Cobblestone. In these days when most organizations have a complete lack of customer service, they still provide a high level of old fashioned service and responsiveness. Their employees were professional and always timely. They communicated the status of our project very well. I have no reservations about providing my highest recommendation.

Follow up Review: Unfortunately, I am having to revise my review. While the process was great at the time, we had a number of problems with the landscaping (mostly dead plants) and the company has completely ignored us and won't fix the issues. Also, please don't let them use the plastic weed barrier. It is awful stuff. Water doesn't drain through it and it chokes out the plants. I believe that is the cause of at least some of our plant issues. Also it created a drainage issue that we just recently discovered when we had some heavy rains.

3rd Review: After the 2nd review they contacted me and discussed working with us on the issues we have encountered. They are waiting until spring to try to get the best quality plants to ensure that they survive this time. I appreciate the follow up.

We had a great experience with Cobblestone. They provided a full 3D landscape design with an itemized budget. They installed a full irrigation system and six trees. The team was very helpful, explained everything they did, and were able to complete the entire project quickly. Josh helped us decide on the trees and answered every question we had. The team did amazing work and have been very good about responding quickly to questions and additional requests. We will be using Cobblestone for future work and I would absolutely recommend them.

Josh and Andrew were both fabulous to work with. Prior to them doing my backyard, I had a horrible experience with a prior company. Cobblestone workers came in and made magic and knew exactly what I wanted and needed. They put in a Retaining Wall, Steps, Rocks and Sod. This company will always hold a special place in my heart. They are the best!!!

I sought out estimates from several different companies for a retaining wall & some extensive fence work on my property. Not only did Josh Diamond and Cobblestone Design Build promptly get back to me with a comprehensive estimate, they were priced well below some of their competitors. Their team set to work quickly, and they were a joy to have around - not to mention they finished much more quickly than I had anticipated. Hiring a company for a big job like this can be nerve-racking, but I’m so glad I went with Josh and his team.

My wife and i interviewed five different landscaping firms to conduct a major repair of our existing patio/retaining wall. The original job was done eight years before and was done poorly. Cobblestone's rep, Josh, came over, identified what needed to be done and provided us with very detailed bid for the repair. This was the most thorough and detailed bid of the five submitted. It was also the most realistic. Cobblestone did the job "right" and we now have a beautiful and well-built patio that will probably last for as long as our house stands. Josh and the Cobblestone team, and they are a team, were very responsive to our needs and Cobblestone strives to do the job professionally and do it "right". We highly recommend them.

Josh and his team were excellent. We were undecided on how we were going to redo our backyard, which is long and narrow and has a retaining wall. Josh came in and drew up a beautiful design. His team did an excellent job making his vision a reality. A few years later we added another door to the outside and needed a step added quickly for a family gathering. Josh's team was busy with other jobs, however, they made the time to come over (in the rain) and knock out the step before our party. We would (and have) recommended Cobblestone to friends and neighbors.

I had a main sewer line replacement tear right through my stone patio (with a circular design). I was able to save the paver stones so I hired Cobblestone Design Build to level the area and reinstall the pavers. They were able to complete the job in one day, and they actually made it look better than before. They also showed up on time or early for every appointment (estimate, run-through, and installation day), which was much appreciated. I highly recommend using this company! Thanks again!

My wife and I highly recommend Cobblestone based upon our experience with Josh and his team's removal of our 40+year old wood patio and installation of our new beautiful, paver patio. What a great company to work with! They transformed my entire back yard with new rock, sod, walkway, underground drainage system, paver patio and the end result is amazing. Josh is very pleasant to work with and attentive to my questions and needs. He even offered to pick me up and drive me to their showroom, as I was unable to drive at the time. His crew are the hardest working men I have ever seen and did excellent work. Cobblestone wants to make sure the work is done right and that you are satisfied. You will be.

Update: 3 years later… everything looks exactly as it did three years ago. The craftsmanship, the detail, the sound system, the built-in fireplace, built-in grill, the landscaping… Everything… Looks as if I just got it done. There aren’t enough positive words to explain the professionalism and quality of this company. The owner, Josh, is responsive, professional, and goes above and beyond for his clients. His workers are respectful, courteous, detailed, and incredibly talented. I will never use anyone else for my landscaping and remodel needs.

Cobblestone Design Build did an incredible job transforming our backyard! They removed a huge overgrown berm and moved 30+ large boulders, leveled the space, and cleaned up old, broken steppingstones. They replaced them with 2 beautiful, modern walkways that completely refreshed the look of our yard. They added accent lighting to set the whole thing off.

Not only does it look fantastic, but it’s now a safe and functional space for our son to play—we no longer have to worry about him tripping or falling on uneven ground. Throughout the entire process, the team was professional, patient, and detail-oriented. They made sure we were completely satisfied with their work, which we truly appreciate—especially since we know we’re not the easiest clients to please!
