I looked at these reviews before contacting and hiring Blue Columbine, and they proved true! Alex and crew installed a 6’ cedar privacy fence and poured two new concrete patios. Both jobs required tear out and haul away, and they were respectful of my property. They did an awesome job and their communication was consistently clear. It turned out nicer than I expected and would highly recommend them.

Alex and his team did a wonderful job on our landscaping project! I called 4 different places and never got a call back. I was then referred to Blue Columbine and they came out to discuss our vision within a couple days. They promised to send their bid the next day and I received it the next morning. The bid was very fair and we told them we were ready to move forward. The communication and follow-up was flawless and I was extremely impressed with how proactive Alex was. In addition, he text me a coupl weeks after to make sure we were still happy with everything. I’ve never experienced this sort of communication with a landscaping company and I’m very appreciative of that. A big thank to you Alex and his team, and we look forward to working with you for many years to come!

Alex and his team did a phenomenal job with my retaining wall and concrete path. The work was completed in a week and the level of attention to detail is impressive. Not only does the path look so much better than the original but they reorganized my sprinklers so that there is complete (and probably better) coverage than before. As well, Alex is a consummate professional with excellent communication. He had a consistent presence on the project and regularly checked in with me on how I was feeling. I had a couple questions and asked to have a few things corrected. He didn’t hesitate to make things right. He followed through on his commitments and his number one goal was to not only make sure that I was ok with the work but that I was excited and happy about what his team was delivering. JR Landscapes pour a concrete slab in my backyard for a hot tub. They were quick to quote and easy to work with for the entire project. They even lowered the invoice amount when the work was completed because the size of the concrete was lower than expected without me having to ask. I would absolutely recommend JR Landscaping.

They did some extensive landscaping for us including leveling out a driveway and laying gravel. They showed up on time and did a really good job. Price was reasonable. I would use their services again when needed.

I cannot say enough about Gustavo and his team! They have helped us with our landscaping, tree planting and care, sprinkler system, creating a back deck and yard design with pavers & helping us at every turn through the last few years. Thank you for everything team.

I am very disappointed to report that after a month long project by JR landscapes the end result was not up to par. First of all, this was nearly a $50,000 project in total.

There are a couple of issues. For one, the sprinkler system installed is not reaching all areas of the grass resulting in the grass dying. I contacted Gustavo to fix the issue and he replied that he would come out Saturday to fix it (nearly a week after I made him aware of the issue). Sadly, he never showed up. And is now unresponsive.

Second, I was told AFTER submitting a large chunk of payment that an additional fee would be incurred for paying with a credit card. I received an additional $500 bill for paying with my credit card which I have been asked to pay multiple times, despite the issues that exist with the incomplete job (after paying over $40,000 prior to the job being finished).

Very disappointed in the services and I hope that they make it right. Will update the review upon the company completing this job but for now I would recommend NOT working with Brandy or Gustavo at JR Landscape Inc.

We used JR Landscaping LLC for a backyard remodel. They removed a pond and water feature with great care and attention to detail. I could not recommend Gustavo and his crew highly enough.

I hired JR Landscapes to get some trees and planters put in and they did a really fantastic job.

We had a large concrete retaining wall that needed replacing, as well as steps leading up to the home which were in disrepair. The house is a prominent corner property, and badly needed the upgrade. Gustavo and his team transformed the property with the new retaining wall and steps both entering the front and back yard, and the sidewalk and front steps up to the porch. The backyard also needed a new wood fence and gate, which Gustavo replaced. JR Landscapes estimate was lower than other bids we received, and they walked us through every line item on the bid. He and Brandy were very up front with the costs and reached out to us every time there would be something that came up which would affect the overall costs. Once the project started, we couldn't believe how quickly Gustavo and his team worked, and the precision and quality with which the job was completed. They also kept the work area tidy and clean during the project, and once finished, made sure to thoroughly clean up, leaving no trace of their having worked on site for 2 weeks straight. We highly recommend using JR Landscapes for any landscape, fencing and stone/pavers-related project!

Gustavo and team had a clear vision for what would transform our yard spaces into a true dream. They finished the project a week early and made it absolutely incredible. Could not be more pleased, will be recommending them to everyone I know.

At our home in Denver we retained JR Landscape to remove a long and old retaining wall (and two sets of steps onto the property) and replace it with a new wall using locking blocks. Gustav and his assistant ended up building a beautiful retaining wall exactly the way we requested. They created a solid foundation for the wall insuring it will be around for many, many years. On several occasions during the project, Gustav stopped his efforts until he could consult with me on unexpected issues. I highly recommend Gustav for any outdoor projects.

Where do I even start? I am so lucky to have found Gustavo! I had been dealing with a paver patio that had been steadily sinking for a few years. I had several companies come out to "fix" it and all it ended up doing was costing me more money. Gustavo took the time to really examine the issues and was confident he would be able to actually fix it. And he did! He is the only one I would ever trust again with my patio, and he also helped fix my fire pit. His prices are reasonable and he is a very hard worker. He and his family are wonderful people. I cannot say enough good things about him and his business!

Gustavo and team ripped out old front landscaping and replanted new. It now has a design and is manicured. They were prompt, quick, and did a fantastic job! It's beautiful and I highly recommend. Will definitely reach out for Phase 2.

We used JR Landscapes for a 4x20' bed in our front yard. They tested our sprinklers, removed & added 6" of new soil, added: 15 plants, 3 bushes, 1 small tree, stones, mulch, and a drip sprinkler for each plant. Gustavo and his team were always on time, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Brandy completed most of the correspondence via email and made it really easy.
