We have had a great experience working with DLC. In the quote process, Bill was able to answer our questions and make us understand what kinds of treatments he was suggesting and how they could effect the ecology around our home. The folks carrying out the work were very professional and communicative. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tree maintenance in the area.

I was very happy with the team at DLC Arbor Services. Mike was wonderful as he walked me through the health needs for each of the trees at our new home. The crews that have come out since the initial quote have been easy to work with and did a great job.

DLC was the only Arborist company that gave me the correct diagnosis on my trees. They also provided me with detailed explanations around how their treatment plan worked and even suggested I DID NOT apply one of their more expensive products because it would not have any impact on the issues I was seeing in my trees. Very upfront, honest and great to work with. I highly recommend them!

Justin was amazing, very thoughtful and thorough consultation. He was able to tell me all about my pines, oaks, and aspens as well as the proper care. He was also able to include services like a small tree removal, and was conscious of preserving the yard’s privacy in his quote. Overall a bit pricey, but their service was excellent and quick. Had some conflict with Mishelle from scheduling, as they only schedule a few days before the service due to weather. We were able to work it out, but would appreciate a different system going forward.

Preston was kind enough to come over and give us an estimate while working on another house near us. Justin came by to confirm what we needed done, both were professional and helpful. Thanks to the guys who came out to complete the job!!

They are knowledgeable and seem to only trim or treat tress if necessary for the health of the plant.

Great job, one of the best quotes I got for the service, too. Took down a 40-foot cottonwood in just a couple hours and cleaned everything up quite nicely. Highly recommend.

Easy and communicative process! They gave us an honest and accurate quote for removal of a triple stemmed tree including stump grinding, where other services tried to insist we needed to pay extra for unnecessary rigging. I would recommend.

DLC Arbor is a great company to work with. The crew that came to cut down one crab apple tree and trim two other trees in our front yard did a fantastic job. They were friendly, efficient and professional. I will absolutely use them again when needed.

Once they show up DLC does a great job. My only concern is with the multiple cancellations of appointments (7) in the past two months. I believe they are understaffed.

They did a great job trimming and pruning my ash tree. Showed up on time explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. My ash tree looks like a new tree now.

By far the best service we have used! I have a huge ash and they just rolled up with the lift and knocked it out and got rid of all the dead stuff(which was a lot). Great people and great price!

DLC came to trim the dead branches out of a tree in our backyard. The 2 men were very kind and courteous, trimmed the deadwood, picked up and removed all debris. We were very satisfied with the work done and would recommend them to others.

The trees I requested were removed as agreed. However, communication left a lot to be desired. Aside from the confirmation email after I signed the estimate, I didn’t hear from the company for a month and had to reach out myself to find out the schedule. On the day of removal, I wasn’t home, and no one notified me of their arrival or completion.

The job site was mostly clean, but they left some sticks, scratched my fence, and someone put out a cigarette on my decorative brick—which felt disrespectful. The scratches likely happened while moving large, unwieldy pieces, and it seemed speed was prioritized over care.

Overall, the experience could have been much better with stronger communication and more attention to detail. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 3 because your price was one-fifth of a competitor’s.

I called Bill Thompson in a panic over the state of my tree this spring. He came over in the same week and treated it for insects and gave a deep root feed. These before and after photos were taken 13 days apart.

I had a big trim job done on my front ash tree! DLC did a fantastic job! Martin, who was part of the crew deserves a raise, he was very very conscious of the job he was doing and he wanted it to look the way I wanted it to look and he wanted it to look balanced and complete and professional! He really cared about the job. I hope the company takes notice of his work ethic. I will be using DLC again.
