Recently, Bill from DLC Arbor services came to my home to assess my dying tree. He told me this was a grave situation and needed to be addressed right away. At first, they were talking about bringing a crane and pulling the tree over my house because it was too dangerous to climb and remove Piece by piece. I got a second opinion Who thought the tree was OK for A while so I scheduled The earliest I could (1 week) and Sure enough during the next windstorm the tree fell on my fence and Into my neighbors yard. Bill was right on the money. As soon as it fell I let him know Right away.. He was happy to come clean it up same day, even though I went elsewhere, looking for another estimate. Do not make the same mistake I made. Listen to Bill he knows what he’s talking about. If he says you have an emergency, you definitely do. Thanks, DLC for your quick work and clean up. Excellent job!

DLC has been our go to for several years at a couple different houses. They’re consistent, organized, knowledgeable and affordable. Appreciate Anthony and his team’s support. They made the removal of the sick cottonwood in our yard look easy with their dual trucks and really cool grappling truck. They kept the site clear and clean. Thanks team!

DLC was great to work with. They were the most affordable option of the three quotes that we got to prune branches on 4 different trees, including one that was awkward to access and extending over an array of solar panels. They did a very professional job and left things spotless when they finished.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with DLC. First, pricing was extremely reasonable, which is always good. However where they will forever have my loyalty was the service. I needed two trees removed and it was hellish trying to get the permits to do so. The trees were silver maples and limbs were falling off where the middle of the foot wide limbs were basically powder and bore infested, one had dropped within a foot of my neighbor's car and I was really concerned that it would eventually kill someone. Justin really assisted with helping me through the whole situation and even wrote the letter that finally helped to convince the Forestry office to issue a permit to cut both trees down. It was really nice to feel like the experts were on my side to advise me well and help me navigate the whole process.
On the day of, they were on time, very courteous, even of the neighbors who had completely ignored the no parking signs, and were done long before the allotted time.
The whole process of working with the team Ali, Sydney, Justin, and the guys who were on the job site was so smooth. I cannot recommend them enough.

Large Pine Tree Removal & Stump Grind

Pricing - Phenomenal! I obtained 3 bids from well-established Arborist’s. The estimate from DLC Landscape and Arbor was by far the most competitive.

Quality of Work – Excellent! Originally, DLC had planned to use their unique “Clamp and Saw”. However, it was out of position, so a 5-man crew showed up. They were efficient, courteous and professional. The crew arrived at 9 am. The tree and crew were cleaned up and gone by 1 pm.

Communication – Superior! I received the estimate, scheduling and bill payment via text as well as email. I always knew when the crew would arrive and what my total cost would be. Although DLC had originally planned to use the more economical Clamp & Saw, they didn’t try any kind of bait and switch or jack up the estimate due to crew change.

My experience was a good one although I was disappointed not to see the mythical Clamp and Saw in action. Trust the Ladybug!

We highly recommend Taylor Tree Removal. They were quick and efficient in dealing with our rot compromised tree - one which had just dropped a large limb.
They are well equipped for various jobs; we in particular were interested in having a hydraulic lift as our tree was tall. (They have several sizes of lifts.) This made cutting large high limbs safe for the cutter to buck up. (We didn’t want someone having to clamber around high above the ground with the possibility of a fall.) They were also able to lower each heavy segment to the ground without damaging yard features or the sidewalk.
We were also appreciative on their expertise on choices of types of replacement trees - of their pro’s and con’s. (We were wanting to put in the best tree adjacent to the old one: one more drought hardy for the changing climate Denver is moving into.) We were also conscious of internal rot after the problem our current tree had. They knew the pro’s and con’s of many species and had good planting/fertilizing tips.
We also appreciated their help with and concern for an unexpected problem. One of the limb segments lowered had a squirrel’s nest in it containing three young squirrels. They knew that if we left this segment alone off to the side, the mother would likely come and remove them to a new location. Luckily, this is what happened. However, as we waited, they told us how to care for baby squirrels. They also said that if we weren’t wanting to do this, they always took them home to raise them. This is a level of concern that I believe goes beyond most trimming services.
I recommend Taylor Tree Removal as professional, conscientious, and a cut above most services. They’ve been at it for many years and that counts.
