Booked a deep clean service for a 1 bed 1 bath and they said it would take about two hours. It doesn’t appear that they dusted, mopped or vacuumed. Counters are still dirty and they didn’t touch the baseboards. I honestly don’t know what they cleaned. Super disappointed with this service. I expected so much more. Would not book again.

We are always so happy to come from work twice a month to a clean house! I can't speak directly about our cleaners as we are not here to greet them or meet them but our house is always very well taken care of each time they clean. We have used 5280 for years and will continue to use them for the reliability and consistency of their work. Thank you!

I specifically chose this company based on reviews. They were not the cheapest and had good communication. The team showed up on time and were here for 4.5 hours. This was for a deep clean before we put our house on the market. Overall it was cleaned but would not call this a “deep clean” service. Most of the molding was untouched. The interior oven was not touched. The tile flooring upstairs had multiple dirt marks that came up easily when we wiped them. For the amount it cost I would hesitate to do it again.

They did an excellent job and were able to work me in in a bind for a move out clean. Thought about 4 star because was not clear on time included in initial quote and I would have been able to plan for it taking them about 2 hours and costing more money than originally quoted. Still very efficient and I’m grateful that Kelley helped me understand the final price breakdown. About standard price for company service and I was very pleased with final product.

These folks have done an outstanding job for us for several years. They arrive on time and consistently ask if we have anything special for them to do. We've been in the middle of a lower level remodel and so some of that work has escaped to the upper parts of the house. They don't complain. They're professional, very responsive. The quality is most often very good and the value is in the good window. Are they perfect? No, nobody can be. BUT, they check all the boxes for us as a professional housekeeping service. Kudos to the ladies for their great effort.

Highly satisfied with the work of The Maids. Just moved into this home few days ago, with the moving mess and the near holidays; The Maids accommodated my schedule and got a crew over here the next day. Prop Manager said it was just “deep cleaned” but I’m pretty tall and noticed build up of dust on the range hood and couple other spots. The Maids got these areas without being told about them.

I have had a great experience with The Maids of Denver.
They split their teams up into 3/4 people. I have had the green team often, and I can't say enough good things about them! Their work is thorough and quick (around an hour for a three story townhouse). They are all kind and respectful of my home. The management is very responsive and communicative! They are good about accommodating schedules and notifying me when the teams are on the way. I would definitely recommend!

Scheduled The Maids to do a move out cleaning for condo we are getting ready to sell. Communication was excellent from initial booking to completion. The cleaning team members were professional and worked together like a well oiled machine. Everyone had an area of focus and no time was wasted coordinating. They got to work immediately. The four team members arrived at time scheduled and did an excellent job. Everything promised was done and the condo looks great. They removed all the trash when done and I definitely would recommend them 10/10.

Our cleaning crew is amazing! They always do a very thorough job cleaning everything and leave cute bows on all the paper products. They are also very friendly whenever we see them in person. Highly recommend them to anyone.
