I've used Denver Cleaning Service Company for years. Even though we started managing the housework on our own last year, my husband and I still book deep cleans with them.

We recently hired them for a moving-out clean, and they knocked it out of the park. The condo practically looked brand-new. If you're searching for a reliable cleaning service in the Denver area, this is the one!

The ladies always show up on time & even have changed the time of day for me when I had a Dr. appointment. When I’ve asked them to clean a special area, they are so accommodating. I’m older with some neck issues & arthritis & this cleaning helps me SO much. We have left our apartment with our dogs when they are cleaning & come back to a beautiful clean space.

Trying to sell a property from 3 states away has been a pain, and I chose Merry Maids out of, like, 5 other cleaning companies because of their competitive rates and the fact that they were the only company who offered to actually tour our residence (which we have been renting) to get an accurate cleaning quote.

After having to already reschedule our clean once for a contractor to re-paint the place, said contractor ghosted us the evening before next scheduled cleaning. I had no idea what state the condo was in (half-painted? contractor dead in the bedroom?) and afraid that I was going to have to reschedule with Merry Maids AGAIN, in addition to our photographer, which would further push back our listing date...

Then here comes Marta the morning of our scheduled clean, not only completely willing to re-schedule just hours before the job was scheduled, but also offering to pop by our property again to see what was going on! Her team pops over in under 15 minutes and communicates that Mr. Contractor was straight up lying about his progress on the paint job and hadn't even stepped foot in the place (contractors lying? shocking, I know). We give Merry Maids the go-ahead to proceed with the cleaning later that morning with plans to sell without a fresh coat of paint. Few hours later Marta calls and gives me all the details of the clean, they charged us exactly as quoted (despite going over time a bit!) and I see a charge on my credit card for that quoted amount an hour later. And from what our realtor told us, the place looked FANTASTIC afterwards.

TL;DR: great communication, above-and-beyond customer service, incredibly friendly staff, and competitive rates on their services.

Our deep-clean was quickly and efficiently accomplished by an excellent team who arrived on time and were friendly and polite, professional, and very cooperative and patient with our concerns. We were very pleased with their excellent work.

We hired Merry Maids to clean our executive rental property regularly. They quoted a "flat" reasonable price at the outset and got off to a good start with room for improvement. Over time the quality of the work improved, but they kept asking for more money saying that certain aspects of the cleaning were not included even though we provided them with a checklist in the beginning. Eventually the cost of cleaning the house crept up to nearly double the "flat rate" due to extra time every time.

To be reasonable we asked that added cleaning costs be documented with photos. We are not always available to personally review before and after. Most recently, the tenants did initial cleaning and this was documented by our property manager. Despite the pre-cleaning, photos were not provided and we were again charged a surprise $220 over our flat rate. We expressed discontent over the unauthorized added fees and the response was to offer to refund the overage while defending the charges.
I do think they would make a good choice for a weekly house cleaning but not so much for an executive rental.

I had met with a gentleman who did a walk through the day before my cleaning was scheduled. He said that they would do the closets, the kitchen (cabinets too) baseboards, blinds, window sills, vacuum the carpets, damp mop the floors and clean the bathrooms... they did a decent job on what they did do, but the baseboards were not wiped down, the window sills were only cleaned when the windows were closed, the cabinet and drawers in the bathroom were not clean, and the drawers in the kitchen were not cleaned. The gentleman said they would need 4 hours... they showed up almost a half an hour late, and left after three hours. I’m not sure I got what I paid for...

Merry Maids did a deep cleaning on my rental house. The previous Tennant's were less than clean to say the least. The did an excellent job and Brian Peterson personally followed up to make sure everything was right. I highly recommend Merry Maids.

I love our Merry Maids services! Always here on time, efficient process and always to help with a problem. We can count on a good cleaning and dusting; our favorites are Jenni and Morgan, great attention to important issues and weather conditions to the floors.

This is the first time I have used Merry Maids. The requested job was for a move-out cleaning of my 650-sq. ft. 1B1B apartment. The estimate went well, the franchise owner and I were able to work out a plan that fit my budget when the initial quote came in a bit too high for me. Some things were lost in translation when communicating to the cleaning team - but I had a list prepared for them as we were ultimately doing an hourly rate of "anything goes," and they executed it even better than I instructed! They had such good instincts on what to work on next and managed to get everything done by the 2-hour mark exactly. The cleaning team had most of the supplies they needed to do the job well - I did have to provide a step-stool, luckily I was present during the cleaning to learn of this need early on. Short of these minor miscommunications, the cleaning team was very kind and sociable and also gave it their all for the two hours I had them, which really left a lasting positive impression. Amazing job Angine and Alicia, I had fun spending time with you on this move-out cleaning! Thank you again!

My Merry Maids team always does such a great job. It's so wonderful to come home to a clean house! I love that they send a team of workers, so my cleaning only takes a couple of hours, instead of all day.

From the outset, Merry Maids was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was fantastic setting up my appointment, and I felt very informed and connected when booking, when Alisha and Caitlin were on their way to clean, and afterwards.

I had requested a move-in clean, and I was able to get an appointment exactly when I asked for it. Alisha and Caitlin did wonderful work in my new place!
