Clean house, happy life. Besides the high quality cleaning, I've been particularly impressed with the communication from both the manager Sylisa and the owner Rob. They even send you live tracking when the team is on the way so you know exactly when they will arrive. I thought that was a nice touch. The cleaning crew has always been professional, efficient, thorough, and super easy to work with. Keep up the great work!

Franchise owners are highly unprofessional and lack pricing transparency. The cleaning service is sub par and does not meet normal cleaning standards.

UPDATE: Merry Maids took my concerns very seriously. The manager really wanted to hear about my experience and made staffing changes and apologized for the previous issues. Recently, they asked to give them another chance now they some staffing changes. Merry Maids was very responsive with communication and fitting out schedule/needs. The new group
came back and did a deep clean of our house. They did a phenomenal job. Our house has never looked so clean! For the recent cleaning we would give 5 stars and we were very pleased with the work!

We used to have a clean house and had used this service since 2019. This past year has been a subpar experience. It looks like corners are being cut and parts of the house were missed. Edges of carpets are never cleaned and a damp rag was hardly ever used to clean surfaces. Mopping was hit or miss and there was never consistency. I would pre-scrub counters knowing it was a very quick wipe of a surface. In December, someone left some chemical in our bathtub drain and it corroded the metal. I have documented the cleanings and response from management was lackluster saying they would re-train staff, credits, etc. They said they would switch the cleaning team, and that didn't happen. Nothing has changed and we gave them multiple chances and they said they would give credit for some of the issues, and that never happened either. It is overpriced for what you get and not worth it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had used this service in the past, but will no longer. I called them to inquire about a stolen piece of sentimental jewelry. They offered no remedy or remorse!

I’ve been using Merry Maids for a couple of years. After moving to Denver, and not knowing anyone I randomly tried this company. The owner came to our home and gave us an estimate. Since I have no Spanish competency it was difficult at first. Now that I know about google translate life is much easier. The company has been really helpful about sending at least one English speaker to my home. My biggest problem is that once I get a great team who knows my home one or both leave the company. I will continue to support this company because I like their work and their owner.

Wow--Irene and Ramona were phenomenal! Not only were they friendly and happy, but left behind "gifts" in the house letting us know they took great pride and care in making our home look incredible. From the blankets on the beds uniquely and beautifully folded to rosettes on the toilet paper rolls, we looked forward to walking into each room to see what present they left us. Thank you!

5280 sent Gladys and Sylvia to do a fall deep clean at our home in early October. They cleaned our house from top to bottom and did a thorough job. Every room sparkled and smelled clean. The stainless steel appliances gleamed, the microwave spotless, the dishwasher like new. I highly recommend 5280 for any cleaning job and will hire them again.
